It was my first time ever getting lash extentions and I think they did a great job! I read reviews before going in and Courtney was listed a few times with positive reviews so I chose her to do my extentions. She was amazing, professional and kind. She guided me through the volumes and different lash types which was helpful. I love how my lashes turned out!

I’m on day 4 and it already looks like I need a fill. I’ve only been happy about my lashes when a certain person did them but this time i had gotten someone they recommended since she wasn’t available and I was going on a trip so I needed it done this week. I paid the extra 65$ for the volume hybrid lashes but when I got the classic lashes those look more full than what I have received. Plus the last 2 times I’ve been there I’ve had issues with my account and how many credits I have it’s just irritating having to wait around so they can figure it out

I got my lashes, they looked great and was super happy had a great experience but now that Im on day 4 I have noticed a lot of the extensions falling off and I did all as recommended not getting them wet for 2 days and no make up at all ☹️ I don’t recommend it’s a waste of money as they don’t last 3-4 weeks as they said (they dont even last a week)

Not happy with results lashed are going on all different directions and stick together. Pre appointment they give you information on what you need to do including charging your credit card if you cancel. However they cancelled my appointment 2 hrs prior No consequences for them. Be aware you will not be told of Post lash application instructions until your done nothing in writing just a brief verbal.. Dont shower, Dont Cook, Dont Sleep on your stomach... Unrealistic for eyelash extensions Ive had less restrictions post Surgery.

I get compliments because they are longer and thicker, but look natural. Courtney is gentle (I sometimes fall asleep), friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio in Geneva!

Me and my friend came here and they looked really good but after the first day we both noticed they were falling out a lot and now on day 3 I barley have any still on my eyelashes...it’s not really worth the money or time since they barley even lasted 3 days

For some reason my lashes did not take and I went back the following week and Alexis fixed them for me at no charge!!!!! Everyone was great. Anna was absolutely amazing. I had not had lash extensions before so she helped guide me to pick exactly what I wanted. She was very nice and I LOVE the way they turned out. Also, she told me a lot of information on how to keep them clean and how to care for them properly.

I’ve had great experiences at this location. I’ve had multiple technicians who are very professional and ask great questions about what look you want and how to care for your lashes. Claudia has been my technician for multiple appointments. She is very accommodating in ensuring you’re comfortable during the appointment and makes sure I’m always happy with the outcome of my service. I’ve been a member for a year now and will continue to be.

Lashes don’t last very long and techs don’t seem to have much experience. I just thought it was a little outrageous that if you cancel your membership that is $89 for a full set and decide to come back, a full set is between $200-300. But oh well, I found someone in Arlington heights that has been doing it for awhile and does great work.

My initial experiences with Amazing Lash Studio, Geneva, were good. The appointments were easy to schedule and I was satisfied with the look of the lashes. I became a member in January of 2016. It wasnt until around August of the same year that I noticed that my natural lashes were falling out. Id had thick curly lashes to begin with. I immediately attempted to cancel my membership and was told by staff that it was better to suspend the account for 3 months, as my lashes would grow back, so I did.Three months later, I visited the studio for an appointment to see if my lashes had recovered. They had not. Again, I told the staff that I wanted to cancel. Again, they said to not cancel and just suspend my account, so I did. Three months later a debit appeared on my account for a refill. I called the studio and inquired about it. I was told that since I had not canceled my membership, I was being charged. Of course, I told them that I had been trying to cancel for months and did not at their advice.I spoke to the manager, Monica, and she refused to credit the money back and told me that I would have a service credit with the studio. Why on earth would I want a service credit for a service I no longer want?!

I have been going to a nail salon for about 6 months to get eyelash extensions. She was a great girl who did them and meant well but after looking online and finding this place , I had to make the tough decision to leave and try out Amazing Lash Studio. I do not regret this decision whatsoever!!! Very laid back setting but professional. I had Bianca (sp?) For my first visit yesterday and she was just simply amazing!! She was very friendly and talkative. It made me feel good to be there. They explain everything to you. The first 48 hours and aftercare. I made the best choice to come here and will be returning again and again. Thank you so much ladies!!! And Bianca, thank you for the GORGEOUS eyelashes. Love them!!!!!!!!

I’ve heard from a handful of ladies that Amazing Lash Studio was the place to go.. I’ve contemplated a long time to see if lash extensions was something I’d want to commit to. I’m not big on make up as a daily routine but I do agree that lashes and eyebrows can make or break your appearance. I went in on Tuesday evening and my stylist Janet did amazing. She was so gentle throughout the whole process and my lashes came out beautiful. I went with the “gorgeous” style and I’m in love! I signed up for the VIP membership which is definitely worth it when you take a look at the overall value of the upkeep. I look forward to seeing Janet again and the girls up front are very nice and informative as well!

I got the gorgeous set (I ask for 1 level down so theyre not tooo long for me) by Janet and I absolutely loved them! If they werent so expensive I would seriously get them all year round. I tend to get them done when I go on vacation so I will be back in the next 2 months to get them done. The front desk girls are super nice and welcoming too!

I came to this location for a full set on Friday (4/19/2019) in which it was my first time there. Literally the next day I already had fall out. I then waited until Monday to give them a call to see if there was anything they can do to correct them and they were kind enough to set up an appointment to correct the fall out. Not even 48 hours later and I began to have fall out AGAIN. I’ve had my lashes done somewhere and never had this issue. It’s definitely very inconvenient and upsetting that I spent that much $$ for this to be happening when I just got them done.

Paula does my lashes and they always turn out perfect. I fall asleep every time because the process is literally effortless and not the least bit irritating for my eyes... unlike the experiences ive had at some other salons.

This location is the BEST and the front desk and stylists are great here. Always clean and on time with services. I wont go anywhere else and take the hour drive monthly because Ive been to other ALS salons and they are the best here!

Have never had lash extensions before coming here and had an amazing experience! I did my research and went with no makeup clean face and had a consultation. We decided a look and length and I had a 2 hour appt getting the lashes on. It was an amazing difference! I brought the lash cleanser and gently clean them with a fan makeup brush to keep them clean and brush them out. They last well in between fills and every lash artist I have had has been amazing and thorough! I would highly recommend this company and membership for lash extensions.

My eyelashes looked great right after I got them done; however, its been three days and and I’ve had over half fall off. Not sure how they say it supposed to last a couple weeks. Very disappointed and will never go to this company again!

Paid $114 dollars for my introductory set and my lashes basically came off within 3 days.Called amazing lash studio to do a correction and the lashes still didn’t last a good week. I am very infuriated withy the fact that I just wasted $114 on something that couldn’t even last a week! A waste of money

The people are friendly at Amazing Lash Studio...unfortunately the lashes only seem to stay on for about 1 week, 2 at most. I had issues with my first full set and they were nice about having me come back within 3 days and fixing them (no extra fees except I left the new technician a tip) when I called which I appreciated. When I went to get my fill about 2 weeks after the correction was done the girl told me that if you have less than 25% left (which I did) they charge you an additional fee on top of the membership rate you already pay each month...I did not know this when I signed up for the membership...I thought no matter what I only paid $69.99 a month. Since she saw that I had issues with my first full set she told me she was not going to charge me the additional fee at that appointment, very nice of her! Going forward I do not know if they will all be that kind. I do everything they tell me to do to care for my lashes and I actually do not wear makeup except for the random special occasion so I really thought the lashes would last me longer. Also, I purchased a lash brush thinking that would help make my lashes last longer and the brush broke after 2 days. The lash brush was originally $20 but I got it for $18 with my member discount. Hoping the next time I go in for a fill the lashes last longer and I do not get charged any additional fees otherwise I might have to consider cancelling my membership unfortunately. It’s too much money to spend monthly if the lashes aren’t staying on.

I have never seemed to have a great experience here. They advertise a salon quality, and the quality does NOT match the price. I got my lashes filled on Sunday and they already look bad 4 days later. I have had a multitude of issues here including being overcharged for upgrades I didnt receive. My lashes have never stayed well despite taking care of them exactly as directed. The overall environment isnt pleasant, either.

I have had many different people as my schedule changes and everybody have been very nice, caring, and attentive to detail. Anything that I have brought up has been addressed at no cost to me. They really stand behind their work!

I had my lashes done by Jaide yesterday for the first time after having been going to my regular gal there for the last few years, who has since left. Needless to say, I was used to perfection when it came to lash application and was not sure if anyone else could even come close to that. Im very happy to say Jaide exceeded my expectations and did a really beautiful job on my lashes, not to mention she is a very sweet young lady. She is my new gal from now on.

This place is great for the price. Ive comparison shopped and you get a fair deal and service is great. I get a ton of compliments on my lashes. The only thing bnb is I dont think paying the extra $20-30 is worth the boost offer. It really doesnt make that big of a difference.

I can’t even rate this place because it is a very dishonest place. I am a new customer and called to make an appt for a fill because my regular person was not available. I was quoted a price that I felt was reasonable since I only needed a few lashes to fill in a gap. The price for a full set for first time customers is 89.99. I was told my fill would be 69.99. I paid for my fill and left not paying any attention to what they charged me because I had been quoted a price on the phone already. Later that day I get home putting things away and realize they charged me 107.00. I called and got Miss Daisy. I tell her the situation and she was like yes so I try to explain another way you charge 89.99 for a Full set you said the day before it would be 69.99 for my fill why would I pay for a fill when I could get a full set cheaper, her reply that’s our prices. I repeat how foolish that sounds then she said if I was a member I would get the price of 69.99. I asked what could they offer that would convince me this was an establishment I would want to do business with. Miss Daisy, sweet so smart Miss Daisy, replies our products and our service lol. Horrible deceptive place will never go back and will never refer anyone. Thank you Miss Daisy.

I swear by this location! I have had appointments with many of their technicians and they all have done a great job. Everyone is always happy and welcoming from when you walk in the door to when you leave. My personal favorite lash technicians are Kourtney or Andera!

The job is mostly done by poorly trained technicians. None of the employees are Certified Lash Stylists, none can proudly display their credentials. Young girls are hired and trained for a few days. They practice on paying customers. GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!If by any chance you decide to call their corporate office, beware of their receptionist Andrea: she pretended to transfer me twice to her manager. Finally, when I called third time, she revealed that she is not allowed to let me talk to anybody above her. Juvenile!

I use to work at this location for a short time when they first opened and returned to receive a service from their new Naperville location a few months back as well. Having had services as well as experiencing the work environment I can attest to both sides from the owner, to the management, and staff everyone is professional, kind, and provide great services!
