I loved my doctor when I was there a year ago and the staff was fantastic. My yearly eye exam is now due which I schedule a year in advance. However, In the last 3 weeks my appointment has been moved without my knowledge multiple times. Finally just decided to see someone else

The wait time was average for my appointment that you would expect in a professional setting. Once the tech came to get me things clicked right along. She was very professional in the preliminary set up for my exam with Dr. Yarbrough. He is very thorough with the eye examination and discussion of issues I’ve been experiencing. He is a good listener and answered my questions completely. A plan to go forward with treatment was decided upon and I will follow up with him in the coming weeks. I’m very confident in his ability as my optometrist.

From the time my husband and I entered the doors the Welcome was beyond Fabulous. The entire team that took care of me and my husband provided excellent care. And Kiddos to Dr. Sharon Day. She took her time and explained everything that was going on with my eye treatment. I believe we have finally found an eye care home we can trust and value. Thank you Day Eye Care for the Superb job.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience at Day Eye Care. The doctors and staff are really nice and caring. The office is very clean and I observed cleaning of instruments and hand washing. With Covid-19 being very contagious, everyone I encountered wore a face mask. That makes me feel safer. We picked out the glasses that best fit us. We should get them in 2 weeks! I give the a 10/10!

I knew my glasses prescription was out of date but I didn’t realize how bad it was until Dr Amie Marsh updated my lens prescription. Courteous and professional staff. Definitely recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for thursday. i called monday with my insurance and gave whoever i was talking to my insurance card # and everything. she said she put it in the notes and i’m set up for thursday. i drove all the way from cullman and even took the morning off work to get there and them tell me they don’t take my insurance. WHY WOULD THE GIRL ON THE PHONE NOT TELL ME THAT

The staff is amazing! We have used them for over a year and I have never had a bad experience. Today I was help with purchasing new glasses and they worked with me to find a great pair with my insurance. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase. My exam was fast but efficient I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. Thanks to all the staff you guys are amazing.

Dr Walker is the best Doctor hands down! I felt really rushed and like I was a inconvenience to the tech that was half way helping me pick out glasses, I have had better experiences at day eye care in the past, but Chaston was not very kind or helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about Day Eye Care! I brought my five year old and his sixteen month old with me, the staff were all extremely accommodating. I breastfed my daughter during my eye exam, Dr. Marsh was great working with me to get my exam accomplished peacefully. My five year old was so nervous to get his eyes checked. They took time to explain things to him and let him watch cars while he waited. We only waited maybe five minutes to be seen. I’m sold on every employee I encountered.

Day is the only optometrist I have ever used. I remain a patient there as an adult because the atmosphere is pleasant, friendly staff and thorough doctors. Thank you Day Eye Care fir many many years of great care.

My time at Day Eye Care was very pleasant. Everyone was kind and courteous and listened to me they worked with me until I was satisfied with the contacts I got. Love this place!!!!!

I was in a terrible car wreck, was airlifted to UAB, and spent about 8 weeks in the hospital. I got a traumatic brain injury. Needless to say, my glasses were messed up in the wreck and I was in need of a new pair. I had alread visited so they had my prescription on file, so my boyfriend went up to the office to buy me another pair. After they found out what happened to me they gave him a pair for free. It was a much needed act of kindness, in a dark and difficult time.

Some background, I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years other than the first pair of glasses I got. I would wear the glasses couple hours first day, take them off after and only wear when I had to. Today my husband and I went and pick up two pairs of glasses. I was amazed when I put on my first pair of glasses they did not feel Iike I was going down hill. I told Renae that they were perfect she told us what she did and that she follow her feeling. I then try on my second pair of glasses they to felt perfect also. I will give an update in about two weeks to let everyone know if I am still wearing glasses full time or if they have been put of the dashboard only to be wore as needed. Original management all gone now they are Overpriced and after using them for 30 plus years they required full payment before they would even order my glasses which took almost a month to receive and where wrong when. I received them and they refused to refund my money they dont want anyone business thats paying out of pocket because they cant pencil whip a bunch of stuff they charge the insurance companies extra for

My children and I have been going to Day for the past four years, and my husband for the past two. They get us in on short notice and no matter how busy they are I never feel like we are being hurried through the appointment. They are awesome with the kids even my hyper six year-old. My experience at Day eyecare was exceptional in every way from when I came in as a new patient. I was treated as if I had been a long term customer. The staff worked hard to provide all I wanted and needed in an eye exam. The staff took a pair of glasses I purchased, elsewhere that never fit exactly right, and made the adjustments and now they fit wonderfully. The options in the showroom far exceeded my expectations. Day is great and now my entire family does business there. They stock most brands and prescriptions of contact lens, so when my children let me know they are out of contacts and the pair in there eyes are two weeks old, there is no down time for ordering, I just stop by and pickup new ones.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to gardendale eye care!! They where super fast, friendly , Very helpful and without insurance your eye exam is 79 bucks!! I definitely recommend them!! Great people great Atmosphere! Best of all I was able to walk out of there with my glasses!!!

Ive worn glasses since I was 18 months old (1960s) and have had 4 operations on my eyes.
