Dr. Demetriou is an excellent doctor with tremendous knowledge and skill in the field of gastroenterology. He listens to any questions and concerns and addresses them thoroughly. He performed my procedure with perfection and no complications. He follows up with you to see how you are doing. His staff is also very hard working and responsive. Appointments and scheduling was very easy.

I love the Dr. He is amazing but his staff is lacking. Trying to call when the office is open and you can’t get through. The manager is very cold and not compassionate clearly does not like her job. It was a less than pleasurable experience.

Every time I call they are 3 -4 months out!! Came in for a issue I was having and when all the tests were done I then needed a appointment for the next step. I was told they were 3-4 months out. Just to review results!! Seriously act like you care about your patients!! Why does it take 3 months to review results and decide the next plan of action!!! The dr is good when you can finally see him. I should have went elsewhere before I started the tests.

Dr. Chris and his team treated me like family. I went in for a Colonoscopy and Celiac Disease testing. Thankfully everything turn out ok for me. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed the throughout the whole process. His staff was super friendly and attentive. I have never dealt with such imbeciles in my whole life. Their billing department is useless. My procedure was incorrectly coded and 12 months later, they still havent corrected it. The one star is strictly for the office decor.
