Dr. Behar and his staff are very professional with great knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. They are very organized and on top of things. Stellar communicators.

I was able to convince Zwanger to send over my mammogram report that very day even though it usually takes 24-48 hours. I had had breast cancer so I was anxious. I called the office for 3 hours. I ws disconnected 5 times and sent to a general mailbox the remainder of the calls. I finally called an office in another location and asked them to please have them call me. The receptionist explained that she was the only one there and that she would make sure that the doctor who was in would call me. Well, office is closed and no call. Guess I will be going to bed wondering if I have cancer.

Dr.Behar is great!, front desk receptionist are super friendly and helpful. The only thing that is annoying is being scheduled for a specific time and having to wait over 30-40 mins to be seen. One of the ultrasound techs there can be a bit more nice. I dont remember her name but every time I get her I feel rushed. She always seem irritated and dont want to be bothered with questions.

It was a pleasure - the entire experience. Since Covid, I missed my yearly appointment in 2020. I saw Dr. Torre yesterday (9/22/21) in the brand new office in Garden City. Everything was spectacular - the nurses were very accommodating & friendly. Dr. Torre is very easy to talk to & thorough in her examination. Cant say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Torre is a wonderful, kind, and caring doctor. She isnt like doctors I have had in the past. She takes the time to sit with her patients and actually talk to them, explain whats going on, and talk about their options. She is also very knowledgeable. Her staff is also very pleasant, kind, caring, and attentive. I wish I had found her sooner.

I scheduled an appointment for my first visit with them and the wait was an hour long. The visit itself was fine and thorough. Doctor had good bedside manners. Fast forward 1 month, I received a bill for the visit which should have been covered under preventive care. I called them to get it corrected and was told I needed to take it up with insurance. Insurance said the office needs to call regarding their codes so after all the back and forth with me as the middle person I thought things were taken care of. Now 3 months later I received a bill from collections. I called the doctors office to see whats going on. Again I was told I needed to call the insurance company. We got it figured out finally after all this time but basically these people are getting paid to tell the patients to do their jobs for them. They do not take responsibility and work like robots without accountability, introspection, or thoughts on the tasks. Im sure she was relieved that I fixed my own issues for them. This is my last visit unless the doctors fix their staff.

Ive been going to Dr Torre for almost 20yrs and she is always professional ,. kind..and caring ❤ the front desk girls were very sweet and helpful.Also Brianna got me set up with blood pressure etc and was very warm and friendly..😊

I give one star for the horrible billing customer service I received. I made 2 payments and the billing manager - Alicia - couldnt provide receipts with the date / type of service (required by my HSA provider). She spoke over me and send me irrelevant information. Now, I have to pay out of the pocket for the 2 expenses that were denied because I dont have complete receipts. I would not go back there again.

Although it’s never exciting to visit your gynecologist, I don’t have that dreadful feelIng I used to get when I had to. I’ve only been seeing Dr Kendrick for a few months.I’m always greeted in a sweet and professional manner. Both in person and on the phone. More importantly, I feel comfortable with Dr. Kendrick. She’s a good doctor. One that cares and tells you like it is.

Dr. Torre is a wonderful, thorough physician. She is concerned and listens to you and your concerns. She takes her time & knows the right questions to ask. Im very happy with the entire staff. I love the new offices. They are bright and the art work it terrific. Thank you Ann

This week visit went very well. I was a bit nervous because it was my first pelvic examination while being pregnant. I was dreading going to the appointment this week. But surprisingly Dr. Behar was very gentle, he said everything was looking good and my baby is head down. All the things I wanted to hear knowing I’m mentally preparing for a v-bac.

I WISH I could give a good review. Dr Torre sent me for mammo/sono/bone density in June. I was told I needed to repeat the sono as they saw something. That was the LAST I heard from dr Torre! I repeated the breast sono to be told I needed a breast biopsy! Immediately I called Dr Torre and left a detailed message as I have multiple other medical conditions. Later that day I called again and left another detailed message along with other doctors names and numbers and still no return call. Hence I scheduled my biopsy with NRAD and called all other doctors myself. Monday I called again and again left a detailed message and still no return call! None of my others doctors heard from her either and I thank God for them! It has now been over a week since my treatments at the cancer center and my biopsy and still have bot heard from her! She never even called me to say you need a biopsy!!! NRAD had to call several Times just to get a script to have the biopsy! Never going back! If I could give zero stars I would!

This was my first visit to Femm Pro. My Dr was Tara Halpern I loved her. She made it a very pleasant experience for me. She was professional and friendly. I asked her if she could recommend a good vitamin for me. She took the time to pull it up on her computer and show me which one and where I could get it. Everyone was very friendly .I highly recommend Dr Halpern .

Very courteous and pleasant Dr’s and staff. Love the fact that the wait time is very reasonable, and the office is clean an beautifully decorated.

Dr.Kendrick is the best. She performed a nexplanon removal on myself and made sure I was in the least amount of pain possible. She also made sure I knew of other birth control options that would suit me and my needs better. The office and exam rooms are very clean as well, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This also goes for their snort Massapequa location as well (Dr. Lisa McMillan is who I usually see for my annuals and checkups.)

Very professional staff and everything was done in a timely manner.. I would recommend any to this physicians.

The front desk staff, nurse, and sono tech were extremely pleasant and efficient. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Torre clearly knows what she is doing and explains her answers, and diagnosis thoughtfully. As long as you expect a wait and to be there for about two hours (for an annual), it’s overall a pleasant experience.

Dr Torre is very thorough and compassionate she always makes me feel comfortable and I trust her completely! I highly recommend this office. The receptionists, nurse, and sono tech were all extremely kind and welcoming. I had my first visit with Dr. Torre who was wonderful and very thorough. Everyone from the sono tech to the nurse to Dr. Torre herself would frequently check to see how I was doing or if I was okay. This made me feel like I was in very good hands and made my experience all the more wonderful. Ive never been to a more inviting, welcoming office.

I saw Dr. Torre for an annual checkup. The waiting room was empty and I was almost immediately called in. The staff was extra friendly and very efficient. There was very little wait time before Dr. Torre came in to examine me. She was kind and professional as always and explained everything before I even asked any questions. In addition, I elected to have a pelvic sonogram which is always readily available. The technician was excellent. After the test, Dr. Torre spoke it’s me in her office. All in all it was a very good experience and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Yes! I have been seeing Dr. Torre for over 10 years now and I really like her and her office staff. Only recently though, I have been having such difficulty getting through on the phone, waiting for over 10 minutes on two separate occasions. The girls use to just pick up right away. it is really so annoying. I hope you can do something about that before my next visit.

Horrible experience. Had been bleeding for a month so went in for an emergency/urgent visit. Was seen by the midwife (would have preferred an MD but because I had been suffering for so long, I decided to give it a go). They did the sonogram and took blood for testing and told me to go home and that they would get in touch in a couple days. I kept bleeding for another 10 days and no one reached out from the office. Called the office and finally got connected to the midwife. First she confused me with another patient and then told me to just take birth control even though during the office visit I had told her how the birth control doesn’t suit me and gives me bad side effects. I asked why the office hadn’t reached out in 10 days. Her response: oh you’re not anemic and I had other pressing cases to deal with!! Are you kidding me??! I am bleeding for so long and you think that’s totally normal and I should just deal with it because I am NOT dying!!Update after 2 months: diagnosed with endometrial polyps. Thank you for not taking time out to properly diagnose and losing a patient

After all these years of being a patient at femmpro, Dr. Torre really met my needs! Not only is she caring and very detailed but she puts herself in your shoes. It really shows how much she prioritizes each individual patient. Thankful to have found her.

The staff are super friendly, polite and I was seen in an extremely reasonable amount of time, with minimal waiting! I switched to this office a while ago because my previous GYNO I would wait for hours and did not feel the personal touch that I do here.
