All appointments were on time and on arrival I was immediately let into the room to be measured for an orthotic insert. Jabari was efficient and when I returned for my inserts, he answered all my questions and fitted the orthotics per my concerns that they could be used in more than one shoe only. I am thrilled, my posture improved immediately and my knee pain went away. When I took off my shoes, the knee pain returned,. Needless to say, I am once again a happy walker.
