Worst service ever!! I have been waiting for an update regarding important blood work after 13 days now, and no one has bothered to call me. Whats worst is the customer service for not being able to contact the location in League City, Texas (or, any other location as well) is not available...at all. I called the main number and requested a call back after entering my phone number. The line went dead and did not confirm anything. I gave up after doing this twice. I am frustrated, and wish that I was not paying for such lame service.

The staff is very helpful and the services are great.
