Reply: no you did not text 45 minutes before my appointment. My original appointment was for 7:30 (Ive posted my booking confirmation), the first text I got was at 7:17. That is not 45 minutes in advance! I have posted the text records (you claim to have) that prove this. In general its not wise to lie, but especially not when the customer can provide proof. And I was offered just a few dollars off my service only after you cancelled my appointment the second time, however, I had to speak up and REQUEST this discount. It is entirely unprofessional that I had to request this at all considering I DROVE THERE TWICE to accommodate your schedule. A discount should have been offered at the first cancellation but it wasnt. So after the SECOND cancellation, I asked for the 20% discount that your salon already offers on Yelp as a few dollars off is not appropriate when you are at fault twice. My request was not unreasonable, you are.----------------------This salon was a horrible experience. I booked an appointment and drove there a few minutes early out of courtesy. As I was parking they last minute texted me and told me they made a scheduling error and would not be able to do the 4 hands massage I booked. They suggested I come back two hours later when they would be able to do it, or to keep my original appointment and pick a different massage. I happily agreed to come back two hours later. Well...I show up early again and am rudely greeted at the front desk. I say I have an appointment and the desk person picks up a phone and walks away without saying anything to me. Someone else comes to the desk and tells me they AGAIN cant do my massage because they made a second scheduling error. I tried to reschedule with them for a THIRD time but they refused to offer a discount considering I drove there twice and cancelled plans with friends to accommodate them. You can try to book with them but is it worth the runaround?

Much like the precious review, I showed up to my appointment time to find they had taken a walk-in in my place after forgetting they had my appointment scheduled. Mind you, they weren’t busy so there was no excuse to forget about my appointment. They proceeded to say I needed to come back in an hour and were unable to take me on my appointment time. Beware if you value your time and your schedule is tight for services.

2nd time at the Lilac Day Spa. Will definitely be returning. Great massage. Very clean and professional. I booked the appointment from their website, it all went very well. Reasonable prices as well.

It was a cute little space that was very private and felt like a step out of the real world. The massages were fantastic, and my boyfriend and I have plans to come back again.

My massage experience was excellent!!!After checking the temperature, she asked if I need a foot bath. YES! it was great. Hot foot bath with some herbal treatment for feet. That was the beginning of the massage. Tina is so attentive. I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. She listened to everything I needed and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. The signature combination massage was so professional but relaxing.The staff is so nice, the room is spacious and quiet. Definitely come back!

Very clean & I felt very welcomed when coming into the spa. Felt highly satisfied and comfortable with the Safety precautions that were taking place to protect from COVID-19. Im sure the therapist checked the intake form carefully and she gave me a perfect pressure on my back. Released the neck shoulder and lower back pain. She also asked about how do I like the pressure and which part is in tension. Overall, she is professional, kind and friendly therapist. The experience was relaxing and impressed. Definitely come back! Highly recommend the natural BianStone treatment!

Ive been to most of the massage spas in Gaithersburg/Germantown area, Lilac spa ranks top on my list. If you are looking for a calm, peaceful and professional massage in a a well maintained store, look no further - Lilac is where you want to be.I will be going to the store again.
