Do not go to this place.1-Poor service2- Complete rip off they try to force me so many times to paying 50% tips.I gave them 25% tip and they like no thats. little you need to tip 50% and it became an argument. If i have to tip you over 25% it will be at free will and at my discretion as a customer. They over press you,even from the entrance very poor welcoming, its all pressure about the money from the get go. How can you force people to pay %50. Its not that we lack the money,its just that the ripping system you put in place insult people intelligence. No one should go to this place. Youre stealing from your customers.

I walked in for the first time to do a foot massage and ask some questions as a new customer, two minutes after start talking to the older woman at the front desk, a white gentleman came behind me and then she completely ignored me and took him before me. I am not a type of person who argue with people but this drove me crazy and asked why she took him over me even though I know she discriminated me because of the color of my skin.. she told me she doesn’t have time.This is my very first public comment, I have a video it will go public as well.

Great pressure...she was able to find the sore spots and work them out. Was able to get a same day appointment and the price is very reasonable. Ill absolutely recommend, and will stop by again when Im in the area for work...

My husband and each had a great massage here. I had a foot massage which included massage up to the knee. The space was comfortable, the masseuse was professional and the price was reasonable. I have had similar massages in at least ten Asian countries as well as large US cities and I found this to be on par. My husband had a full body massage and found the same professional, focused service. We were both happy with the experience -- no complaints.

I have to respond to the review by Erica below. Ive been going here for some time and never experienced anything Id consider illegal. I will admit Ive moaned (more like a yelp) when they dig into that sore spot in my lower back. My only complaint is when I find a therapist that is really good and figures out how to deal with all my sore spots, after a while she leaves. I guess thats the nature of the business and is not a serious problem as Ive always ended up with another good one. (I hope this review doesnt send too many people there as I like being able to get an appointment when I need it. :-) )

Very peaceful and friendly. To me having a serene and CLEAN environment is very import so I can relax and enjoy. They customize my massage each time to what hurts. Great staff that makes you feel comfortable.

I’ve been here probably a dozen times and only had one massage that was not the greatest. All of the staff are very friendly and do a good job. Very clean, good lighting, never had to wait. Either as a walk-in or if i make an appointment they are always accommodating. One time I was shorted maybe 10 minutes but every other time was perfect or even a little long. Fantastic!!

The female who gave me back massage was good but i didnt like that i felt pressure to tip 50%!! From the older lady at the front desk. Tip is at customers discretion.. Plus they own the business. I wont be back.

Went to this place and heard moans from the other rooms! There only male customers and i was the only female. If you read the reviews most of the 5 star raters are MEN! What could this mean? This place Is definitely not only for massages. Disgusting. And they pressure you into tipping which is absurd.

While the lighting was peacefully dim, the ambience was offset by the constant talking back and forth between the masseuses. The music was barely heard, there were no relaxing scents and oils present to assist with relaxation, however for the price both my wife and I paid, it was worth it.

Never have to wait. You can usually walk in. Clean and relaxing. Always feel the pain pretty much go away always.

It was ok. People were very friendly but all in all not a very relaxing place. I got a foot massage. (I wish places would not advertise reflexology and not be trained for it) A foot massage is not exactly a reflexology treatment. It was not near my home so I wont go back.

One of the best massage shops in the area. The rooms are private enough and clean, with dimmable lights and a quiet music playing in the background. My only wish is that the walls separating treatment rooms went all the way up to the ceiling. The lady whos done deep-tissue massage for me was very professional, she clearly got a good training and spoke good English (which is not always the case in some other Asian massage places). At the beginning she asked me how strong a massage I want, and throughout the session asked several times if I am OK and if she should adjust the pressure. This was my first time here (because of Groupon), but I will definitely come back.

I really like this place and Im almost like a massage entrepreneur. Read on for an honest review and comparison to other similar places in the area...Whenever I go to a massage place that also features reflexology, I expect it to be somewhat rough. Sometimes thats just what you need to get those kinks out. I was expecting them same when I entered this establishment as the one store prior to this opening was a reflexology place. Being from the area, I knew off the bat that I was not expecting flair and decor comparable to Elizabeth Arden but I was pleasantly surprised. As you walk in, its pretty plan but the rooms are simple but homey. The lights are at just the right setting so you can see but you can relax. Each room has their own switch so you can adjust if needed. the walls have a sconce, mirror and hooks for your belongings and they have heated pads for the colder months.The rooms are private but the walls do not touch the ceiling. To me, thats not an issue as they do keep the back area rather quiet.There was another review that was negative about the pressure. I really think it depends on your pain tolerance and who you have. If you just talk to the receptionist (her name is Jennifer) she can help you find the right fit. Every therapist has their strengths. The two therapists Ive had are Lucy and Grace who are both amazing but have different techniques. If Im just looking to relax after a long week, if choose Lucy - I fell into a deep sleep halfway through. If I had a hard week and have a lot of kinks, Grace is my girl. You wont even have to tell her where youre feeling pain. I will admit with her, sometimes it does hurt but trust me, you feel like a new person afterwards. You are also able to just tell the therapists to be more gentle...no one will object.I really like this place. It was a surprise, really affordable and close to my house. Massage Envy, Elizabeth Arden, Nirvana, and Cahras are all close by but this is where I choose to go. Theyre way more personable and are always open to working around my schedule.

If I could give NO stars I would! I just had a massage from here and I handed the lady part of her tip in cash and before I could say to either put the remainder on the card or that I need to run to Giant next door (which Ive done before)...she pulls out a sign saying tip for a 90 min massage is $30 (since when does 20% OF $79 = $30? AND when did tipping become mandated?)! Dont get me wrong, I do tip and will tip well for outstanding customer service but I WAS BEYOND appalled by this! Mind you Ive been to this establishment mutilple times and have NEVER had this happen. I get massages on the regular but Massage Season will NEVER get my business EVER again nor will I ever refer this establishment to anyone! Im still in disbelief!

The worst Experienced i have ever had here, they noted time when i enter and they came after 5 mins to do massage, and after 15 mins they saying that your 30 minutes is done. I called and asked for specified person, they said okay and after i went they sent someone else. i never recommend. If there is minus rating i give minus 100. If you want a relaxing, non-deep massage, this is not the place for you. The massage I had was so intense that I did not relax throughout the whole hour and a half of the massage. In fact I came away with pain down my spine- which I didnt have before I went to the massage. The tech I had did not understand or speak English. So when I asked her to stop the massage she just keep going. Not a great massage!

Very clean with great service. Others have complained because of the noise because the walls to not go all the way to the ceiling but I believe they make up for it in service and pricing.

So I come to this place weekly and was misstreated but the owner, so I had a 90 minute massage and wasn’t at all happy with the service. Rather then saying something at the time of checkout I was going to call her once I got in my car, so I signed the credit card slip with leaving the service provider a $10.00 tip, (mind you my other service appts I leave $25.00 to the providers) but she pointed out that the tip I left her was “not in their standards” so I stated to her I wasn’t happy and that I was going to call her the minute I got in the car. She continued to argue with me as If I had did something wrong and proceeded to tell me that I can’t come back ever again....I’m sorry because out of the 7 months going there once a week, I can’t come back because I wasn’t happy with my service provider?! May to treat your customers
