Dr. Raja was amazing and Michael helped me pick out the perfect frames! Glasses came in quickly - 10 or 11 days with a holiday and two weekends thrown in there. 12/10 recommend!

This is the worst clinic I have ever been!!! The manager kept saying if you are late for more than 15 min, we have to reschedule you, but I was there at 10:11. The first sentence he said to me when I entered was not how are you, but we will probably have to reschedule you. No basic respect and humanism! I tried to make him understand I was within 15 min. But he just ignored and kept arguing he needs to make sure the next patient is on time until this next patient eventually showed up after 15 min.The most unprofessional thing he said was: okay, the doctor maybe can see you. But shes gonna guessing. Does this mean, in the past whenever they behind schedule, their doctor was guessing for patients eye prescription?? This violates the ethics of health provider!When I made the appointment, they didnt mention anything about being there in advance to fill paperwork. And this guy said I assume you would know it. OMG! This is the first time Im hearing a place didnt do their responsibility and blame their patient for not making assumption. This is ridiculous! Some clinics build in the paperwork time into their appt time. How would I know if they didnt clarify?Plus, its really hard to predict traffic in this area. This guy didnt show any empathy. I drove all the way here just because they are listed a premier provider in VSP. But they are not worth of it at all! I highly doubt if I were not a tiny, Asian girl, would he treat me the same way as he did?!

The best experience I ever had, Kelly was so nice, she did me a favor because of my emergency case. Dr Gertz is extremely professional, he takes time to listen and time to explain.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience with our eye exams today. Dr. Gertz did a fantastic job with both of us. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Like other reviews have said, the service at V. Eye. P. is outstanding.

I had my first eye exam at this new location, 10 minutes from my house. How conveeeenient! I was greeted by Ernesto, who was a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. They have a really nice selection of glasses and the prices seem fair, especially with insurance. Dr. Gertz was great! He answered all my questions and gave me a thorough eye exam. Ernesto helped me pick out the nicest frame Ive ever had, a Lindberg frame. I cant wait to pick it up. Overall, a great addition to a cool area, Downtown Crown . I highly recommend this place and this DR.

I have not bought glasses there yet, but hey have the best selection of eye-wear Ive seen in the area. They had so many I could not make a choice and need to go back. Will update later once I do
