The first time I went in for my eye appointment the eye doctor was professional and nice but the clerk who sells the glasses was extremely rude. So I went back to look for glasses and when I walk in he was there not wearing a mask so I tried on glasses and out of nowhere he tells me that I have to wear a mask even though Im the only person in there and I dont know how Im supposed to see what my face looks like with the glasses that Im literally about to buy while wearing a mask, so yet again he had to go out of his way to be rude. So I just left, lost a customer because I was about to buy glasses and you just had to be rude.

Dr. Brodak is amazing, as for the workers I would not say the same. When picking up the phone I was not greeted in a nice tone. I also have had to call multiple times, multiple days and did not get anything resolve about my situation. I only recommend going here if you are patient.

First of all,, they said you take my insurance then after I did my eyes exam they charged me $85 which some other places without insurance much cheaper. Secondly I ordered the glass same thing front desk girl told me they take my insurance and she showed me where I can pick up galss from this section so I choose one pier then after she put all my info in the computer then told me I have to pay $350 I was shocked. I asked her so what is my insurance covered she said oh just the Fram which $65 . They dont explain that before. Very unhappy.

Dr. Brodak is simply the best! My eye exam was so fast and efficient. Other times when I went to other ophthalmologists, I was rushed and couldn’t even keep my prescription.For Eyes is excellent. I did the eye exam quickly and right after was given my eye prescription. Then I went on to choose a couple of glasses. That’s where it takes a bit of time since they have to add all the information accurately.The gentleman there was so friendly.I was recommended to go there and I have recommended others to go.The associates speak Spanish too 😊

I’m a dedicated customer of Dr Brodak. I trust him impeccably. However, the service out front was intolerable this morning. I took my wife in to have RX filled. She picked out the frames she liked and had a seat. There was only one person manning the service counter. It was after 25 minutes the associate was not even close to wrapping up the transaction. It was more like they were having a nice personal conversation instead of a business conversation. It just went on and on. We finally had to leave because my wife was starting to get impatient. Dr Brodak will always be my optometrist but my prescriptions will be filled elsewhere

What a great experience I had with the Dr. and staff. Impeccable customer service, highly recommend this place. I do not normally write reviews however they really did an outstanding job, one I will remember. Thank you for the kindness and help I received. My eye is now better.

Store hours online reflect 6 pm. Hours are changed due to COVID to 5 pm. Came in at 5 pm since no notice was given when I was called over the phone to pick up my contacts. Wasn’t let in and just pointed at the sign after speaking on the phone and saying I would come at 5. Would have came earlier if I told otherwise. Then the worker just points at the sign.

The staff at Dr.Brodacks is very unprofessional, which saddes me because he is one of the nicest persons Ive known in my life.I had a very bad experience with his wife who handles the front desk. She needs to work on her customer service skills before he loses more clients. There are many other places we can go to and my family and I will no longer be going to them. Sad that after so many years of going to them they dont appreciate their clients.

My family and I went to get our eyes examined at Dr. Brodaks office. The office staff were very professional and extremely efficient. The measure of safety in the office made me feel comfortable even during these trying Covid times. Dr. Brodak conducted a complete and thorough examination for each of us. We were very satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end.

I have been coming to this specific clinic since i was 5. Even with the new doctor, Dr. Bradok, i stayed. The doctor is GREAT! Super nice and sweet!My biggest issue is with the office staff at for eyes. the receptionist was extremely rude to me when I had questions regarding getting new contacts, almost made it impossible for me to ask any type of question without her saying OH sorry we really cant help you. Also, I had ordered contacts at the sales desk and they never called notifying me that they had arrived. I actually went in multiple times double checking to pick them up (avoiding them being returned to the lab). I pay out of pocket for my contacts and no one called me and they were mailed back to the lab. It took me over a month to get in contact with a manager to have my account credited for the money i spent. Til this day, when i go in to order my contacts, the manager is conveniently not there. After this next time, Ill be looking for a new place to order my contacts. The doctor is great, but I am extremely disappointed with the office staff.. just really sad to see them have poor customer service- again, Ive been coming since I was 5 years old. Its gotten worse!

This place was absolutely wonderful! They take the best safety measures due to Covid. Each person has their temperature taken along with having to use hand sanitizer when you arrive. They cleaned EVERY seat after every person which was amazing even while being totally busy! Kudos!Now lets talk about service! Each and EVERY person that I talked to from tbe moment i arrived was pleasure! Dr Brodak was Very helpful and explained each process and made me feel very welcomed. I will be sure to come back to him!! Jeremy was the last stop and got me the glasses that I wanted at a price i couldnt beat! You can always tell when people enjoy what they fo for a living. Thank you all!

Ive been going here for 4-5 years, only visit twice a year. This year has been the worst experience with them. I love the doctor, hes great. Very attentive and kind. The office staff on the other hand are another breed. Theyre so rude for no reason, they arent helpful about financial issues, and overall very condescending. I could never reach them through the phone about my glasses order and only received my new pair after 3 weeks of waiting.

A year ago I had an eye exam in this place I loved the attention the girls at the reception were super charming, I returned on November 25 to take the exam again the girl told me there was no space I asked her if I could make an appointment, he told me that it was not necessary an appointment to arrive on the 27th that they had space the staff is new, today I introduce myself again and the girl at the reception treated me super hateful, rude, despite being Hispanic and speaking Spanish very bad attention.

I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I’ve been here multiple times myself and with my husband. Dr Mathew is awesome and his staff have always been helpful and professional.

The eye doctor is very kind and attentive. However the front office manager lacks professionalism and empathy. The front office has no sense of customer service. I will be immediately removing my family of 6 to a different eye doctor office.

I’ve got a high school crush on the associate that helped me buy four pairs of glasses so this review is somewhat biased, sorry. :) Check this location out though – it’s conveniently located on the MC bus line.

Dr Brodak is one of a kind! My family and I have been going to him for the past 4 years. He is such an amazing doctor that we don’t live in the area anymore, but still make appointments to have our eyes checked by him!

9/22/14 I have gone to this location for years. I am debating on changing. The Dr. is very good; the receptionist has a lot to be desired. Very condescending and demanding; I think I will be changing this year. Construction going on at room to left of receptionist; no where to sit.9/30/14; update per yesterdays experience I am forced to find another optometrist. The receptionist was again rude and condescending, asking if I had an apt. I reminded her the Dr. wanted to see me for follow-up in a week having an infection of my eye and given eye antibiotic. Also, sometimes no one picks up to make an apt. She advised I had to take that up with the front office She was gong to squeeze me in; but then commented she could not fit me in until Friday. I was using one eye to get around; she was laughing/giggling with Anna whom I pointed out that it was not funny and clearly she was sabotaging my ability to be seen. I also advised she gave incorrect Insurance instructions; as covering the last apt as medical rather than the referral coming from the Insurance company; it had to come from my Primary care Dr. since the apt had transpired they needed to fax the diagnosis to my physician vs. the Insurance company faxing a referral to them. She advised I was misinformed She then had Anna perform one of the tests. Then she asked I get away from her space as I was waiting, she then asked Ana to escort me out, and call the police she went to see the Dr. and refused to give me my records. When the Dr. came out I reiterated my frustration with the demeanor of the receptionist and the insurance hassle, he advised the receptionist was his wife, I did not know; it should not matter, he asked I go elsewhere; I asked for the records to go see another optometrist and she refused. A patient by law is entitled to their records and she was withholding them. Do not go to these unprofessional people. Apparently, she is the Drs. wife; I did not know that, nor should that have any bearing on her demeanor. She acts as if she runs the For Eyes office. Also, the Dr. prescribed the Rx at Tier 4 which costs $100. when he could have prescribed a tier 2 or 3 [generic]10/1/2014 contacted the board of optometry. For Eyes main office apologized but not satisfactorily.

Picked up my eye glasses on a Thursday evening after being called. Got there right at 7:00 unaware that closing time is 7:00pm. I walked in and stated that i was there to pick up my glasses. I was given my glasses and a thank you. No, lets see how they fit or how do they look.When i got into the car i tried both pair of glasses on. The lens were filty and nose pads didnt fit. Not a pleasant experience.

Dr. Brodak is one of the best in regards to professionalism and competency. Ive been there twice and he is consistently attentive to quality of care and service to the patients concerns. He really listens and demonstrates his talents. I had an urgent walk-in due to sensation of a foreign object trapped under my eyelid. It caused a lot of pain, discomfort and watery eye. He assessed the general condition then proceeded to visualize w/ special eye drops and special lighting to observe any corneal damages. He located the object and removed it accordingly. My savior!!!

Love the doctor he is great but his staff in the back office the ladys that make appointments and billings questions are so rude you need 2 get a new staff

I had a good experience interacting with friendly staff and quickly got what I expected.

I tried calling in to buy a single pair of acuvue oasys contacts (with existing prescription) for an event tonight. Spoke to 3 people, first 2 gave bad and lazy service, the last one at least was informative. First one said doctors office does that. Second one Said front office does that. Last one explained that they dont keep them in stock. Was on hold a long time. None of them spoke like they cared at all about making a sale.

Dr.Brodak took good care of my entire family. My children are very greatful for his kind interaction to them. The staff are very professional and patient oriented. Dr.Brodak and staff exceeded beyond expectation

TERRIBLE i have been wearing glasses since i was in kindergarden so i desided to get contact lences now that im 30 i was so exsited but very disapointed one month later i get my contact and didnt even show me how to put them on never got a trail ones and when i get them my rigth eye was wrong had to ship them back ugh!!!!!! I dnt recomend this one to no one

We had an appointment at 2:15 but they sent me a text message that my appointment was at 1:45 we got there 1:20 and the secretary was very rude we waited for 3 hours 😮 there were people that came after us and they passed first bad bad bad service and I will never come here again

I like the exam. I used to like the front. Turns out the medical section measure my PD as 70 but when I get glasses they measure 66.5 mm. Were my glasses wrong the past 10 years?
