Dr Wills is the greatest. I’ve seen multiple different chiropractors at this location and he is by far the best. He always takes the time to talk to me about what’s going on and focuses on relieving pain. I make sure to go on the days that he’s there because I don’t think I’ll ever want to go to someone else!

I love that the business makes it super convenient to visit and that it is as needed with no appointments. The staff and Drs are super friendly and make people feel super welcome! Not as intensive as going through an official Chiropractic Doctors office but still gets it done. Great value for my money! Ive been coming here for a year and a half and plan on keeping with it. I definitely recommended this place to people and will continue to do so!

Being able to walk right in with no appointment makes it easy to fit my schedule, and it not took a few visits before my years long neck pain was gone. Its easy, effective, and affordable. Highly recommend.

I was literally (and I mean literally) crying in pain daily because of back pain until one day I was dropping my sister off and saw the sign for a $29 first visit....well it couldn’t hurt more then I was already hurting so I checked it out. I was amazed...I wasn’t hurting as bad....and it usually only takes about 5 minutes so I can fit it in on my lunch break. Twice a week for the first two months and then once a week since to keep the pain at bay.

The Joint in Gahanna is a fantastic office with great staff both on both the front end and the clinical side. Minimal wait times even when they are busy. All of the chiropractors are great but I always try to visit when Dr. Lauren is scheduled because she has made a world of difference in how I feel physically. Even in quick visits, she actually takes the time to see how things are going and really get to know her patients and their bodies so she can help ensure everything gets back to where and how it needs to be. Ive had problems with my neck and lower back for years because those areas are a little hypermobile, and those problems are exacerbated because of my height. Additionally, Im getting back into working out regularly after over a year off due to some health issues, so things have just felt a little off even being careful at the gym. Regularly visiting Dr. Lauren has basically eliminated my lumbar pain, helped keep my shoulders and ribs in check, and we are starting to make some serious progress on my neck to an extent that Ive never had with another chiropractor. I would highly recommend visiting this office and especially seeing Dr. Lauren for your chiropractic needs!

Today was my first time visiting a chiropractor and I am very satisfied that I chose the joint chiropractor as the first place to visit for the first time... As soon as you enter the establishment your made to feel at home on a very professional level and I am referring to the receptionist named Rachel... Then you are educated on the physical beings of the body and you are able to ask questions that are going to be properly answered and also the chiropractor that provided the services to me today made me feel comfortable and not to mention his outstanding chiropractor practice that left me feeling to be honest here at least 20 years younger and way more flexible than when I first entered 1 1/2 hour earlier.... I totally recommend this place

I fell three feet to the ground about 2 months ago and have had headaches everyday, ever since. Also, my previously injured shoulder got wrenched. I finally came in and after the doctor adjusted me, the headache went away and my shoulder loosened up! I wish I had come in sooner. Much relief , and Im able to come in to get adjusted without breaking the bank! Thank you!

Great experience. I never thought the subscription method would be used in Chiropractic, but it does, and it works great. It allows me to be much more timely and consistent in my chiropractic care, without having to stress about co-pays and all that. The joint has a very nice service and the docs have all been great. My treatment is specific to me, tailored in a way that helps me maintain the health metrics important to me. I highly recommend them, without reservation.

Ever since my last trip here Ive had really bad popping in my upper back and neck. Ive spoke to my Doctor, and they highly recommend against coming back to this place to not let them do anymore potential harm. Im very concerned as I also get this strange ticking from my left leg into my head when walking time to time now as well.... Please go see a real doctor if your having pain.

Was in so much pain that my shoulder was frozen. Called The Joint and it was affordable and they were very friendly. It was in Oct 2018. It is now June 2019, I’m getting range of motion back in shoulder and feeling a lot better. I am on there wellness plan and I definitely notice if I miss. Would highly recommend The Joint it has saved my life without surgery or pills! Thank you all so much keep doing what you do!!

I just recently started going here. I have to say that the staff here at the Joint, will probably be the nicest people you will ever encounter on a daily basis, especially Ciera, the receptionist!!The chiropractors are nice too!! They take their time to talk to you, they go over all of your concerns and ask you where you need their attention to go.I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 9 or 10 yrs old, I’m now in my mid 30’s. I have been treated by many chiropractors over the years. But no one has ever adjusted me like the way Dr. Jessica has. She may be a little “vertically challenged” (her words, no mine) but she is the quintessential definition of “great things coming in small packages” (my words!!) I’m by no means a small guy either. And she has absolutely no issues of getting my body to calm down, relax, and my body to release like it should.She is one of the newest additions to this office, and I’m beyond excited knowing that I can see her anytime I need, as long as it’s Tuesday through Saturday.Definitely go in, get a consultation and then experience for yourself one of if not the best chiropractic experiences you will ever have!!

I stopped going there a few months back because the chiropractor didnt wear a face mask even once the mandate was in place. He also tries to talk politics, which I am not interested in hearing about from someone in a business-customer setting.

The Joint is a great way for busy professionals to enjoy chiropractic care. Walk in, scan your tag, sit down for a minute, or two, get an adjustment. Dr. Sharples is great. He addresses the chronic issues first and then often addresses any new aches or pains within the same session. Highly recommend this business and this business model.

I went here because I have a disc pressing on my sciatic nerve. The doctor wasnt able to help me physically but he gave me some good advice. He actually took the time out to meet with me and discuss my condition. I really appreciated his honesty and compassion. When I get to the point where I am able to go to him I will be back. You dont find too many people who are genuine like that anymore.

My experience at the Joint Chiropractic has been nothing but good since I signed up for a monthly subscription. The receptionist there is beyond nice and both doctors there are amazing. Their attention to detail and care is the best that I have ever received from a chiropractor. I have very bad scoliosis and I went to the chiropractor originally because I had suffered a fall and jammed my neck into my spine. After only two adjustments I was feeling back to normal, and after for adjustments I am noticing changes in my spine and my muscles that I have never noticed before. My muscles are becoming stronger around my spine I am noticing a difference everyday while working my desk job how much better my spine is feeling. I have had lifelong pain because I was born with scoliosis but I feel like I have finally found a chiropractor that I can trust and that actually works. They are fast the pricing is reasonable and I am glad that I was recommended to them. If you are looking for a chiropractor I would definitely recommend them.

In the month of January my wife fell and fell off the stairs and felt sore so I took her to The Joint Quiropractic in Gahana where they offered us a 4 visit treatment to follow up on the treatment we accepted and signed a form after 4 visits The chiropractor informed us that she was better and that we had finished. Later, with time, I noticed charges that were repeated , so I decided to call by leaving a message in the Voicemail box and they never called back, Then so we Are on this of the Covid 19 and until today I could call to make the claim so call and they tell me that there is a signed form and that they can not do anything they just canceled the form and that if I wanted to call the Manager immediately call and in a very unprofessional refused to refund the money arguing that it has the form that my wife signed and denied that the chitopractor would have told us that it was the end of treatment, my wife signed that because They explained to us what it was and how many visits we had ,now they only accept to return only one month when there were 3 ex charges for $ 69.00 eachI never make this type of complaints and less in writing but this time they are stealing my childrens money even when my wife I signed, so they tricked my wife into signing and then making extra charges. The reason for this complaint is to let people know that in The Joint Chiropractic you can be deceived BE CAREFUL.

Immediate relief from the pain I was in after the first visit. I had concerns of being adjusted after having a back surgery, Dr. Sharples walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease.

I dont usually go to the chiropractor but I woke up this morning from excruciating back pain. I had to go to work but the pain continued. I was really happy when I realized that this place was nearby and I did not need an appointment so I was able to go during my work break. The staff was more than helpful!! They even gave me an ice pack to take with me. Very thankful for them today!!

Unhappy customer--- I am a college student without a current chiropractic plan at the Joint, AKA I pay $39 each time I come. Today, I tried to pay for an appointment with cash and they didnt have literally $1 in change; suggesting I go next door to get exact change for the service. Thats not my job as a customer... Wont ever be coming back, with exact change or not.
