I have had a great experience here. Dr Kyle and his staff are very polite and helpful. I was suffering quite a bit for a while and Dr Kyle and Team have brought me tremendous relief in my lower back pain. I am way more productive now like I use to be and able to get a good nights rest being pain free. 🙏 I highly recommend being treated here by Dr. Kyle and Staff.

Friendliest staff ever! Front desk girl is funny and every staff member took the time to get to know me. Tyler was especially kind and helpful and is a good Christian man.After visiting 3 other clinics for the same issue, this one really stood out and was no nonsense. I’m now feeling better than ever and am so thankful for their services and expertise.

As usual...always fast. Flexible if u work a bunch of hours n u need to change an appointment. Abbey is always nice and understanding. Docs n techs are great. They do their best to get ur levels where they need to be and get u back to feeling alive again.

Buckeye Physical Medicine & Rehab is wonderful. I’ve never undergone physical medicine treatment before but Dr. Gary has been fantastic! I was struggling with hip and knee pain and the pain has drastically decreased even after just a few visits. Dr. Gary has given me exercises I can do on my own that also help. They have been so flexible and accommodating and am very thankful I walked in!

Since my car accident, the Doctors and staff at Buckeye physical medicine and rehab have gone above and beyond to help me get back on track to health. Going as far as to making sure I have a ride to my appointments, accommodating my changing schedule and helping connect me with a great attorney from the Mancini Law Group. I was considering getting stem cell injections for my back after years of pain, physical therapy, surgery and occasional medication. I was very aware my back would only respond to treatment short-term. The new treatment involves realigning your back with specialized computer controlled traction plus laser applications. It involves several weeks, but I think will be well worth the time and money. So far, so good! Great team at BPM & R who care about your outcome.

Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. I had a ton of questions and staff took the time to answer all of them and walk me through my therapeutic process. Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable.

I had a motorcycle accident back in 2015 and have been to a dozen of different doctors who all said that they could fix me. Well guess what? They didnt! I went out on my own and visited Buckeye PMR, and the doctor there is the best I have ever seen. Very knowledgable and the best part is that after 2 plus years, I am closer to being healthy!

Love the vibe of this group from massage therapist, chiropracters, RN and physical therapy staff. The receptionists are helpful as well. A pleasant place to go even when some of the corrections to my body are a bit painful, each visit I am getting better and feeling stronger. A very therapeutic group of people and friendly too! First of all I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no one answered the phone. Get there and she was like oh I didn’t see you on the schedule?!? They did xrays and a consult and said I had to come back for a treatment plan. Came back to not even be greeted by the front desk! Then I was hit with a $3000.00 after Insurance treatment plan. Told them I wanted adjusted and would think about the extra treatment, that I wasn’t expecting. But was just taken up front. So I asked the front if I don’t agree to this large treatment plan today I can’t be adjusted? She said I don’t know. I was like forget it! I won’t be back! Very unhappy, disappointed and still in pain! Looking for new chiropractor!

Theres something off about this place. High turnover rate among employees, and they seemed to want milk my insurance, seemed like they were trying to prolong my treatment. anytime I went there with a problem they would tell me it was 6 week minimum treatment and every time I went the treatment would not be consistent or very thorough. One time the massage therapist dislocated my shoulder during a massage session, the same shoulder I was there to heal. I eventually just quit and found a better chiropractor. the only person that I like there was the actual physical therapist Stacey, it seemed like she did all the work. but of course everyone is very friendly, its because theyre taking your money. I was referred to them by a previous patient and she could not get them to communicate with her about her billing. she had tried for months to reach somebody and she finally had to go down there in person just to get a response because the secretary at the time (she has since quit) had no idea about anything. after finding another better chiropractor I realize that their office didnt even have the proper equipment to measure how my nerve was healing (there is a clicker that measures and realigns the nerve/vertebrae, it is now computerized and can give live reading on status and healing) they have an outdated version and they didnt use it most of the time . they just wanted to to put me on electric stem and Bill my insurance for that (it doesnt help), they wanted to bill my insurance for a vibrating massage table and in the beginning they tried to give me shots called trigger points that are completely unnecessary but once again would cost a fortune for my insurance or anyone paying out of pocket(as my friend had to) all in all. This place is a business. It speaks volumes when a doctor can actually keep a staff. These people cannot. I do not recommend.

The office is a great place to go to for weight loss. I went about 6 months ago and lost 40 pounds, the first of the weight I wanted to lose. Now I am back again to finish my weight loss goal completely. The staff is professional, friendly and kind. Never have I felt I was doing this all by myself. I have found a great support system to cheer me on to my goals. I am so glad I took a chance and walked through their doors! If you are contemplating this type of weight loss, look no further. This IS where you want to be.

I would highly recommend Gahanna Buckeye PMR Hannah and the rest of the staff are fantastic!! They really care about you and your health. Their goal is to get you healthy and feeling great again!

They got my levels up and I feel amazing but you need to stay on top of them about your blood work. They also give veteran discounts.

I had been dealing with pretty much constant pain from a herniated L4 L5 and bulging L5 S1 for about eight months when I came to Buckeye Physical Medicine and Rehab. I had tried other chiropractors and PT with little success. Buckeye PMR suggested I go through their Decompression Laser Therapy, it made sense when they described it to me, so I decided to give it a try. I have to say it saved my back. I went from being in constant pain and being very limited in my physical activity to being basically pain free and I am back to being able to golf and work out again. I would highly recommend Buckeye PMR, the Doctors and staff were fantastic. Give them a try!

They are Horrible. I went in for my consultation and the Nurse practitioner took my blood pressure, I then went to my own diagnostic center( i did not use Buckeye PMR) for blood work. I went back 2 weeks later and the Dr was late, I was told i could wait the hour it is going to take him to come in plus i was third in line. I had to take leave from work to go there and now they want me to wait up to 3 hours until i get seen i dont think so i leave. Now i receive a bill for $150 for that time the nurse took my blood pressure. No i do not recommend them.

They came to my job and gave away free chair massages. I was told to come to Gahanna location for 2 more free massages. What a rip off!! When I entered the location (very small) I was given pages of medical forms to fill out. No problem- they needed medical card-no problem. When I was called back for an evaluation I was given a sales pitch and x-ray. Place was very dirty. I had to schedule another appt. (I will not go back). Never did get a massage. If they come to your job BEWARE . 1 star is generous!

This was the first place that called me so I scheduled an appointment and the first 30 minutes was signing paperwork and then the employee had about 10 minutes for me and notified me I was going to have to come back another time since they went to lunch in 10 minutes. I came back and went over my X-rays and then I was told I had to meet with an attorney if I wanted to proceed with care. I have been in an accident before and never had to have an attorney for chiropractic care. The attorney just wanted me to sign over 25% of my pain in suffering and said I really didn’t need him if I wanted to deal with paperwork and the insurance company. I walked out right away and went to another local chiropractor who is taking care of my care and insurance company without an attorney. This company does not care about you they are just in it for the money!

Terrible service! I brought them 4 patients and in return when i told them i could not make the ridiculous amount of $175.00 they charged me $400. When my friend received same medicine for 160.Now that i told them I couldnt afford it they dont return my phone calls and give me the run around.Its about making money and not providing a good service.

My experience with Buckeye PMR was great!! The staff was very professional and efficient yet just as friendly and cordial. Those two dont seem to go together all that much in this day and age but, they do at Buckeye PMR!

At first I was skeptical on the benefit Buckeye PMR could provide. Ive been dealing with shoulder weakness and pain for over 3 years. The approach taken by their staff has been nothing less than superb. Not only will you become rehabilitated, youll find the staff knowledgeable in a myriad of fields other than their profession.

Friendly, great attention to the problem, everyone works hard to make sure your needs are met. Wish my insurance was as good.

They really take the time to get to know you! And if you stick with it. You will get better.

After my accident I received phone calls from them saying they were a referral service and an information company that was nationally accredited. They told me that the other chiropractors were not in compliance with what they have. They are total liars and they called me at 6 in the morning. When you call back the telemarketers they wont even speak to you unless you call back from the same phone number. Its the weirdest thing ever. They say they do not want to disclose private information even though the police report is public record. Shady Shady Shady. Stay home from this place if they call you after an accident

In August I had a procedure done. Had to pay $400 of $500 out of pocket for insurance deductible. Then had to pay $55.50 for medication through the mail. I again had to pay for the medication renewal of $55.50 last month.I got a bill today in the mail, basically saying I havnt paid them anything and I owe them $560. NOT! I owe nothing.To top it off, this is the FIRST bill I have received and it says 120+ days past due. LOLAlso they were supposed to contact me when it got close to rhe next time I was due for the procedure and Ive heard nothing.Their hours are random to say the least.Once they fix their problem with my account, I WILL NOT be doing business with them again!

The receptionist Melanie, (new) is very nice, cheerful and helpful, as her ability permits. I was disappointed in the obvious hunger for as much money as possible with a Patient committment to a minimum number of treatments (a lot) in order to achieve and maintain the best results. Having had successful chiropractic care in the past, I am a believer in the care, however, this may not be the place for us. I was told to bring my son in for evaluation also. My son has disabilities and has also had past trmts from an awesome chiropractor. This doc did not touch my son during our initial visit and I am pretty certain by his actions that he had no plans to treat him. Sad, as he could have learned a lot from my gentle, sweet son and perhaps gained experience in treating a population who could truly benefit from the services. I gave them insurance information and was assured by the Dr that I would be notified of the results probably the same day, as the office is pretty quick at that. It is now a week later and I havent heard a peep.I guess my insurance and my sons isnt good enough for them. Contact? Hmm

Very nice staff, but they forgot to tell the pharmacy to fill my prescription and after 1.5 weeks waiting I called and asked where my prescription was and they said they forgot to call it in and would be overnighted and should receive it by fri or mon which is 4-5 days away which doesnt seem overnight.

My experience with Buckeye Medical was fantastic! The entire staff was friendly, courteous, helpful & very concerned about my medical aches & pains as well as my overall general health. I would recommend them to all of my family & friends.

Have always had a good experience at this office.

The office staff is unorganized, and it took several calls over 3 weeks to get monthly medicine ordered. Several times over that same 3 weeks, the office would call me to say I needed another test and another test before ordering medicines which caused me to have to drive back to the office each time. I live 40 minutes away from office so this was a big hassle and waste of my time and gas. I have stopped going to this practice.
