Dr. Rubin, Savannah, and Roxy all made this the best dental experience for me and my 4 year old. My son was not having any of it, but the whole team was so kind and helpful and made sure we got everything needed to get a thorough treatment plan. We will definitely continue to come here for our little ones dental needs!!

We were referred by the hospital I delivered at for my baby’s tongue tie issue. We were squeezed into the schedule with a day’s notice (super pleased as nursing has been difficult). We were brought to a nursing room where I was able to nurse my baby while we waited to see the doctor. He came in and did the consultation in the same room. Then was even able to do the procedure the same day!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sentelle is very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process! We have nothing but good things to say! I’ll be bringing my 2 year old for all of her future dental visits as well as my 2 week old when we get to that point. Highly recommend.

Newly moved to Texas and needed a check up and to check out new pain near our daughter’s molar. Our daughter had been scared to let anyone touch her mouth before, even more so with pain. Her anxiety is normal of a 2 1/2 year old but Savannah was warm and non-threatening from the very beginning of our interaction. Her calm pleasant & friendly demeanor helped my daughter’s anxiety meltaway. Before long she was looking inside my daughter’s mouth, scraping plaque from her teeth, brushing and even flossing with my daughter cooperating willingly. We were both so proud of her. Dr. Sentelle also took his time to warm up to her as she got more anxious when more people came in but eventually she cooperated as well. It couldn’t have been a better experience for my daughter. It was really important to me that it was a positive experience so she isn’t scared to return. Roxy was also incredibly helpful making the process clear and transparent, alleviating my own stress, as we were out of network. The environment is super kid focused from the moment you walk in. They really put a lot of thought into the whole process from a kid’s perspective. I couldn’t recommend this place more and definitely will be returning with my son as well.

Great customer service, the layout of the practice is well thought out for kids and their family. The MDs are knowledgeable, patient and kind. My family felt very welcomed and we recommend to other families.

There are many pediatric dentists in our area, but we have chosen Frisco Kids Dentistry as our sons new primary dentist even thought they aren’t in network with our insurance. Dr. Sentelle and all the staff went above and beyond to walk us through the procedure our son needed beforehand and answered more questions than we even asked. We felt very assured he was in the best hands. Our family is so so grateful to have such an amazing team providing care to our babies. Roxy and Stephanie were especially helpful throughout the entire procedure and even called afterwards to check on our baby. The care is truly unbeatable.

Love everything about this place and its people. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful, the assistants are so kind and put my kids at ease and Drs Rubin and Sentella are awesome, spend their time explaining things and again, helpful. Dread my kids getting older and having to move on! Lol.

So grateful for this practice for helping my daughter with her lip and tongue tie. We were referred by our pediatrician and were able to have a detailed consultation and the procedure the next day. The whole office was so caring during the process and our sweet girl is eating and growing well now.

Dr. Sentelle is always so helpful! He goes above and beyond to educate my son about how to properly take care of his dental health. They talk about brushing and flossing, and other measures you can take to ensure you minimize the ability to get cavities. We love ALL of the staff, especially Dr. Rubin too!

I was very very impressed with the whole staff of FKD. They were all so incredibly nice. Dr. Rubin did a wonderful job coaching me through and performing my daughter’s tongue and lip tie release. It felt life instead of helping my infant, they were trying to help themselves to the money in my pockets. The staff immediately “diagnosed” the problem and then went right to how to pay.I suggest seeing your pediatrician before having any procedures done to your child. These pleople only care about the money in your pockets.

I don’t have enough GREAT words to describe this practice. Dr. Rubin is truly AMAZING!! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! My little daughter had lost a tooth and was concerned it wasnt growing in. She asked me when her next dentist appointment was because she had to ask Dr. Rubin about it. She even asked if we could call him to ask! What kid actually wants to see their dentist?!? That’s just how awesome Dr. Rubin is. We had an impromptu visit today and she was actually excited to go. She used to get nervous for visits but Dr. Rubin has changed all that. I am sooooo grateful I found this practice. The entire staff is sooooo amazing and caring as well.

We had a wonderful experience with the whole team and Dr Sentelle today during our baby daughter’s frenectomy (tongue tie release) procedure. The entire team was gentle and caring. Dr Sentelle is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. They have a CO2 laser that they use for the procedure so our daughter’s procedure was done in less than 10 mins without any bleeding or stitches. Not many offices invest in technology like this, we were very impressed and could tell they truly prioritize patient comfort. We would highly recommend this office!

What a phenomenal experience! From the moment we walked in, the visit, to the moment we left - a truly end-to-end excellent dental experience, especially for a little one. The office is so nicely decorated, I actually felt like I was at a theme park. This would be the place as an adult, I would want to get my teeth cleaned. Every little detail is thought about here - from the TVs on the ceiling for kids to watch while they are getting their teeth cleaned, to the room interaction where everyone gets to feel part of the experience, Dr. Rubin makes getting your teeth a fun going experience - a great experience. I highly recommend this place for your kids and will post pictures from our next visit. :)

We brought our oldest daughter hear for a lip and tongue tie procedure when she was about 1 month old. They provided amazing service and were able to get us in for the procedure very quickly. Everyone there was very helpful and informative. They made the process as smooth as possible and provided a calm and relaxing space to nurse my baby after the procedure. We are now taking our youngest daughter to this office for the same procedure. They make parents feel comfortable with having a procedure completed on their child at such a young age! I couldn’t say anything better about this office!

We traveled from the Rio Grande Valley for a consultation with Dr. Rubin for my 7 month olds lip and tongue ties. The consultation was great! Dr. Rubin did a thorough examination and explained everything very clearly. He took time to listen to us and answer all of our questions. We felt very informed and were able to comfortably make the decision to go ahead with the frenectomy procedure. They offered to do the frenectomy later that same day so we wouldn’t have to make another trip which was great! Dr. Rubin did and excellent job releasing her ties and took the time to show me the stretches needed. He also had me do the stretches while he watched to make sure I was doing them correctly which was great! The staff was all wonderful! We were very pleased with experience at Frisco Kid’s Dentistry!

This is by far the absolute best Childrens Dentistry office we have ever been to. They are so welcoming and caring. The office is beautiful and clean and geared towards the comfort of children. The staff has so much knowledge on children behaviors, different abilities, special needs, and are so incredibly accommodating and comforting to children with dental anxiety. They also have a less aggressive approach then other dental facilities when it comes to treatment which I love. I would sing the praises of this office from the mountain tops if I could but will have to settle for YELP and all my friends. Truly blessed to have been recommended to this office by a dear friend. I cannot thank her enough.

I was referred to Frisco Kid’sDentistry by my pediatrician because my newborn had to get his class 2 tongue tie taken care of so he wouldn’t have any trouble nursing now or with speech in the future. From the first phone call to set up a consultation appointment, I could tell this practice was very well run. They were all so kind and efficient and even the initial paperwork was easy because it was all sent to my email to complete on my cellphone so I didn’t have to go in early to finish any of that! We met with Dr. David Sentelle who was very informative and so kind to make sure we knew the procedure would be quick and easy. Really great staff and overall experience, I would definitely recommend parents choose this practice for any tongue or lip tie removal procedures.

I can’t not say enough good things about this place. I have been there twice, once to get my daughters lip tie/ tongue tie fixed and then for her first visit. The place is always clean, has fun activities for the kids as you wait and the staff always has a smile on their face. They are patient and very nice. Will continue to go and will recommend everyone to them.

Dr. Sentelles office is conveniently located, and all staff members from the office to the assistants are always so friendly and great with my children! We love going in there!! And, playing old school video games in the waiting area is also fun for adults. I wish we had found Dr. Sentelle when we originally started dental care with our children because we are now having to go back and correct fillings that were done incorrectly in another local office. Too, Dr. Sentelle and his staff have such a kind and gentle way with describing procedures and trying to make each visit as positive as possible. I really think my children would not have such anxiety about the dentist if our dental journey had begun at Frisco Kids Dentistry!

Dr. Rubin and his staff are excellent with little kids and teens! They are great explaining dental care and the importance of brushing and flossing to the kids and parents. Fantastic facility with video screens above each chair so kids are entertained during the tooth cleaning.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this group of people that work at this office are. My son has autism and struggles so much with anything medical. They were very understanding, calm and obviously very well trained in dealing with developmental disorders. The office is clean, modern and there are so many things for your other kiddos to do while they wait for brother or sister to finish their appointment.

The waiting area and office are full of fun distractions for kids to keep their anxieties at bay. They have video games, ipads, kid-friendly movies, refreshments for parents, and a very cool Texas themed decor. The best part is the staff. Everyone is so kind and truly focused on your child and ensuring that every need is met. My son has sensory issues and we avoid red dye. The staff is so gentle and attentive with him without being condensing. They watch out for every detail. We were offered sunglasses for the glare from the large spotlight, a weighted blanket, dye-free cleaning paste, a fidget and to take breaks as needed. Morgan is the best dental hygienist! I always know what is going on with my kid’s dental health and Dr Rubin does a great job of asking the right questions and explaining many issues. He truly cares about his patients long term. I am glad we have such a honest and genuine healthcare provider in Frisco. It is rare to find a staff & doctor this nice anymore.
