Dr. Mitchell and her staff are amazing. They are all so kind! My kids have been patients of hers for 7 years and plan on being here a long time!! We especially love Laura at the front desk! She is very helpful!

My son has needed a few extractions (baby teeth, loose teeth that wont come out on their own) and he doesnt dread going in for the procedure. Dr. Laura and her staff are so friendly and her chairside manner is gentle and keeps him calm. I wish she was my dentist!!

I brought my twin toddlers in today for the first time at this office and I’m so excited we found them! The staff was super caring and sweet on my kids. When we left my toddler yelled, “that was fun!” haha in the history of dental I don’t know if that’s ever been said but I’m glad we found an office that makes kids feel that way :)

I have been taking my 3 sons to Dr. Mitchell for many years now and they look forward to seeing her and her staff. I can tell you all the reasons why I love this place, but it is more fitting to get the opinion of my 3 kids. My 3 year old loves it for the toothbrush and toy she gets when she leaves. My 5 year old loves it because the doctors are always careful and they don’t hurt her. Lastly, my oldest (8) loves the toothpaste choices and how fun it is there!! My kids love going to the dentist! If they would take me, I would choose them too!!

We love Dr. Mitchell and all of the staff! Both my 6 and 4 year old have been going there for the past 2 years and theyre always so great. The office is super clean and Dr. Mitchell does a great job explaining issues and/or concerns and then the plan of action. I would recommend her to anyone.

We were so lucky to find Dr Mitchell when we moved to the DFW area. We make the drive from Murphy to Frisco because it is well worth it. Her and her staff’s attention to detail is exceptional and they are always so friendly. Somehow they get my 5 year old to think taking x-rays are fun and the kids Riley and Emma are always so excited for their visits! I recommend her any chance I get :)

Amazing, kind, intuitive staff with a positive demeanor critical to keeping kids comfortable; top notch cutting edge equipment; welcoming decor and atmosphere. I tell my kids I wish I had iPads to play with, a TV on the ceiling, and sunglasses to shield the bright light, when I was a kid going to the dentist. I may have been much less terrified. Dr. Mitchell is second to none.

We absolutely love Frisco Mini Molars. They’ve made the experience the best it can be for my timid toddler. The ladies are all so sweet and calming to her, and help her feel very comfortable. We were referred to Mini Molars, and I would refer them to my friends too (I actually did last week).

My child is 2.5 years old and he just had his second dental checkup (6 month cleaning) with Dr. Mitchell. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mitchell and her staff! My son didnt cry or scream during his entire cleaning and I owe that to the demeanor of Dr. Mitchell and her staff! Dr. Mitchell is great with kids, being a mom herself of two little ones probably helps :). I have never had to wait in the waiting room and the facility is VERY clean. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are wonderful. We take our 6yo there and she actually enjoys It! She had some overcrowded teeth and Had to have 3 pulled. Now she looks like a real hillbilly! But seriously, take your kids here, they are great! There was one really short girl who works there (sorry cant recall her name) that is just precious working with our daughter.

I Took My 5 year old son to Frisco Mini Molar. Before I took him there , I asked them again and again if they cover the insurance I have and every time they said that they do take that Insurance. They gave me an estimate on hoe much our portion of payment would be and how much insurance would cover. After paying a huge amount ( Insurance and personal payment) for the procedure, I received another bill for around $600 that I was not expecting ( You can not have such a huge gap between estimate and actual ). I called them to sort out the issue but they are not ready to listen to me. I would give them negative stars for their customer service and 2 stars for the actual procedure. I will never go back to them.

Our children have been patients here for 6 years now and were so thankful our pediatrician recommended FMM. (Feels like family!) Dr. Mitchell and her staff are amazing! Theyre very professional, patient with the kids, dont try and force any uneccesary procedures on you, have a good bedside manner and no lengthy wait times. Added bonus - the office is bright, clean and colorful and the little perks (cavity free wall, little surprises they give their little patients at the end of each visit) make my kiddos look forward to their dental visits.Highly recommend them.

Dr. Mitchell AND her staff are absolutely the best. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience for the child who at home cries and throws a fit when it is time to brush. They are caring and gentle and make my son relaxed and happy. We had an emergency at night when my 3 year old fell into a speaker and almost knocked out his three front teeth. I was very unnerved, but Dr. Mitchell called me back right away after hours, had me take pictures to send to her, calmed my fears, and got me in first think in the morning. Luckily under her care, my son still has his teeth! I cant imagine any other staff taking such care of their patients.

I cant say enough about Dr. Mitchell. She was incredible. I took my child to numerous dentist and she was able to ease hum and velan nos teeth and do a check Up. He was in país and would not let us touch him. Was not eating or drinking and we could not brush his teeth. Dr. Mitchell is amazing and she has the most wonderful staff to complement her and her office. I had the best experience. Enzo even came home and dressed up as a dentist and is trying to clean all of our teeth. That never happened before with anyone he has ever had to see. That is great! Thank you everyone at the office for being so great and Dr Mitchell, you are a very special person. Thank you also because I am so relieved that we found Mini Molars for our son.

Very pleased with the staff that handled my son being very upset about being at the dentist. Hes 3 yo and in the recent past has had to be at an ER and held down for stitches in his forehead after having busted open his head at daycare so naturally he associates laying back at the Drs office as something that is scary and something that will hurt. He got very scared when he has to lay back to get his teeth cleaned. Despite his continued screaming and crying the staff handled themselves so professionally and calm and spoke to him so sweetly and that made me and my husband feel less stressed during an already stressful situation. Very impressed with how they handled him (even after when he wouldnt give a high-five). They get it and for that I didnt feel added stress for feeling judged or embarrassed. I know hell grow to love it there (he loved leaving because he got a PRIZE) but that will come with time. If it had gone another direction I cant say wed be bringing him back to the dentist til hes much older (just kidding). But really were very impressed!

Im just going to say my son is NOTT easy at alll when it comes to his appointments. We just came to his 6 month check up and cleaning and Im still impressed as the first time.They do an exceptional job of working with him and being so paitent. The place is so cute and clean and they always give a free toy and new tootbrush as we leave. Even though my son is not a fan of the process of cleaning his teeth, he still waved bye to everyone! I would recommend them to every one!

This office practices predatory billing practices. After I paid my bill onsite and my insurance paid the other portion they proceeded to keep billing additional money owed. The amount which is less then $250. I called at the time and left a message indicating that I was being unfairly billed. Over 2.5 years later they have now placed a negative file against my credit report. I am in the process of disputing this but I would never recommend anyone go there for any service what so ever.
