Love Dr. Ty and Kelly,have been with them over 8 years and they have made both my boys fell so confortable and welcome. All staff are so joyful and friendly and the place is awesome for kids. Thank you to all for everything.

I cannot express enough, how awesome Frisco Dentistry for kids have been working with my boys over the years. Dr. Ty, specifically, has twice now, had to do an emergency glue session with my son, after my son has had a couple traumatic teeth breaking situations! One of the times he had to meet us there after hours. But not only Dr. Ty. All of the staff are warm, friendly and caring. And Dr. Kelli was wonderful too the one time we saw her when Dr. Ty was not in the office. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Hinze exceeded my expectations. Im a prosthodontist and I take care of adult teeth every day but whenever it comes to my children I needed to trust in the hands of the best there is.He went above and beyond to make sure that my girl is comfortable and feeling safe in the chair, his bedside manner is amazing and on top of that he calls at night after hours to make sure shes ok. If I can give him a 💯 stars I would.

This was our first visit with Dr Ty for my 9 year and 1 year old. I was very impressed with staff and Dr Ty. My oldest is on the spectrum so I needed to be sure the dentists we choose would have the patience and ability to go at her pace. Dr Ty was amazing! I couldnt of asked for a better experience for both my kiddos. He is full of great information, and can tell he really cares about this patients.

We’ve been going to this dental practice for many years. I really do love the dentists. However, this past experience we had; we will never be back. I get that dentists have a protocol and reasons for the ways they do things. However, a mother should never be belittled in regard to a parenting decision, especially in front of their kids. I declined the x-rays which I have communicated on multiple occasions that I am only comfortable with them every other year. The dental hygienist that was pressuring me into changing my mind looked at me like I was the worst mother on the planet and continued to tell me that I was neglecting my children, multiple times. This was all said in front of my children. We were then told we needed to go back into the waiting room. Thirty minutes later I went to the front desk asking what was happening and if we needed to find a different place. After more waiting we were brought to the back for just cleanings and they refused service for the exam by the dentist, Dr. Kelli. During the cleaning I was approached by no less than three more hygienists about my decision not to x-ray with very judgmental comments. Dr. Kelli never came to talk to us and never saw my children. After pulling three kids a little early out of school, taking off of work and racing over there to get them to their appointments to then be treated like this is unacceptable. We will never be back.

Best place for kids, I was recommended by my kids pediatrician to come to this nice place, today was my first time here with my 3 babys, the personal was amazing dr Ty is very nice with the kids and very patient, thank you so much for everything!

I can not say enough positive things about this office. My 4 year did not have the best dental experience at her previous dentist and they recommended a pediatric DDS see her. We ended up at Frisco dentistry for kids by some miracle because every single person in that office has been an angel. My daughter is “strong willed” and can be a hard patient to work with. It makes me feel so much more confident When Dr.Ty walks out of the room with a huge smile and goes over her treatment with me. He doesn’t look stressed or frazzled or even effected by her outburst. That’s when you know you have great pediatric dentist. Places like this are hard to find, so we are patients for life! Dr.Ty and his entire staff are amazing.

This office is amazing! We visited two other pediatric dentists in the area who wanted to sedate my children in the hospital to perform their dental work. We didn’t feel comfortable with the recommendations they were giving, and the level of work they were wanting to do. So we began calling dentists in the area to see who they refer complex cases to. Every office we called said they refer to Dr. Kelli if they aren’t able to handle the case in their office. We are so so happy we did. My 4yo son ended up needing two root canals and she was able to perform all of his work without him being sedated or a visit to the hospital. She also was able to complete my 3yo’s extensive dental work in office with no tears. She completed both in less than 3 hours and they are happy at home now with no pain. The staff was absolutely wonderful and gave us updates frequently throughout the visit. They were able to keep both of the kids distracted and comfortable. They gave prizes at the end, and went through everything thoroughly with us. It was such a great visit. So happy to have found FD4K!

Wonderful, professional, caring doctors. My kids love to go to the dentist because of them. We have had many procedures done and all have been done in a professional way, on time and pain free. We have always been treated with kindness and patience by everyone in their staff and have never felt rushed or overcharged.Dr. Ty and Dr. Kelly love what they do and it shows everywhere.

Absolutely the best pediatric dentist office I have ever found! Both Dr Ty (our primary) and Dr Kelli (who handled one of our dental emergencies) are fantastic with kids and highly skilled professionals! Then add in the office staff and environment that are just as great and this means your kids will be happy to go to the dentist! I would highly recommend this office to any family needing pediatric services. They are the best!

My daughter’s first visit was today and we were so impressed. Friendly staff, from the first face you see to the very last! We especially loved our tech, Nicol, who was so professional and fun. My daughter was scared when it was time for the doctor’s exam (for no reason at all 🤷🏼‍♀️) and I was mortified that she threw a fit but Dr. Ty was reassuring and so kind! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist in NTX!

This is a phenomenal dental office for kids! The minute you step in you’ll see what I mean. They really know how to make it fun for the kids and to reduce the stress of a dental visit. From the waiting room, to the ceiling mounted flat screens with a plethora of kid movies to choose from, to every kind person who works here, this dentistry for kids rocks! I’ve noticed that they are so gentle that they occasionally have a timid adult in the chair to get some dental work done. Over the past four years, our kids have had their teeth pulled, their teeth cleaned, and cavities corrected here and every time they walk out with a smile on their face.

This is a great dental office for kids. Dr. Ty is very patient and caring and has taken wonderful care of my daughter. I highly recommend them!

Five stars all the way around. The entire staff is really phenomenal. Our sons have seen both dentists (who are great with kids) over the years and our oldest son, who is now too old to see a pediatric dentist, started with Dr. Kelli right after she opened her office here in Frisco. The boys actually love coming to the dentist. My youngest (age 8) had a scooter accident a little over a year ago and cracked one of his teeth which caused him to need a root canal. I was scared for him, but Dr. Kelli saw him quickly and he did great (so did she!)...he had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this office.

Im not sure where to begin??? From the get go, this office has taken care of our son in the utmost professional and compassionate way possible. Our son has severe autism and is functionally non-verbal. After a recent dental visit with Childrens hospital where he received a clear dental report, he showed signs of discomfort. In a panic, I called Dr. Rubins office, they saw my son right away and diagnosed his dental issues. We were given a plan and they were able to treat my son accordingly. Fast forward to almost a decade later, they are still taking care of our son and we are more than delighted with the progress! We have dealt with numerous medical offices due to our sons condition, and by far, Dr. Rubins staff provides exceptional care. EVERYONE in the office, treats our son with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin for any child!

My daughter is a huge fan of Dr. Kelli and her team. I am so appreciative of how they have catered to my daughters needs and made us feel so special. Despite being at a doctors office we always leave with a smile, and a perfect smile I might add thanks to FD4K!!!

My son needed to have a tooth extracted. This dentist did an amazing job. There was a great play area for my other kids to wait in while while she extracted the tooth. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.

My 4 and 6 year old visited the office this morning. It is very kid friendly with lots of activities for waiting children. My 4 year old was difficult and the hygienist was incredibly patient and did a great job with him. By the end of the visit, he was smiling and helping. Every person I came into contact with was so friendly. My 6 year old requested to go back to this dentist for her next visit! In or out of my insurance network, this office will be our location for dental needs!

We needed help for my son who had a dental emergency after hours. He wasnt even a patient here at the time but they still helped us. I have never experienced service like that. The atmosphere here was great for kids and the staff was very, very helpful Highly recommend.

Nothing but THREE CHEERS for Dr. Paul and his staff at Frisco Kids Dentistry! The staff has been accommodating and friendly for over 7 years of cleanings and dental advice, including times of emergency! We had a tooth emergency and charged right into their office (in fear of loosing a tooth to an injury) and they handled my child and myself in a calm, supportive and helpful manner. You can count on Dr. Rubin and his staff for excellent dental advice, even in a pinch... Hip Hip Horray! Thanks Frisco Kids Dentistry!

I love Dr. Kelli my kids have never gone to another dentist. My big PROBLEM is when my kids need a procedure they can never do it after school. My kids have perfect attendance and School is TOP PRIORITY. No one seems to get that at the office. My daughter needs a simple tooth pulled which takes 2 minutes and they refuse to do it over spring break while she is out of school and is already in the office being seem by the doctor. I must put my kids first so I am looking for another dentist.

My baby Parmis is a tough baby at dentistry due to the two bad experiences she had with her previous dentists already. It was hard for us to convince her to go to dentistry once more. We played games with her about dental sugar bug removal, showed her favorite cartoon characters going to dentistry, and other stuff to persuade her to. I am always concerned what staffs are going to do with Parmis when she gets reluctant with the procedures.Last Thursday, she had an appointment for her teeth cleaning. Jen, RDH welcomed Parmis very well. Let Parmis choose her favorite movie and toothbrush, gave her a sunglass, and ultimately gave her a coin as reward for being a good girl during the procedure. Her soft voice and warm greeting was a good start to gain Parmis trust. After cleaning the upper jaw, Parmis began to get unhappy with the procedure and exactly before finishing the last two teeth, she stopped to cooperate with Jen. This was the time that I was really concerned about; “Now, what Jen is going to do?” It was tempting for pervious dentistries to continue their job for whatever cost, without considering my babies feeling and the consequences that might have like crying, hating from dentistry, dreaming bad at night and so on. Jen stopped her job, talked with Parmis very friendly, and listened to her. Her pleasant demeanor could regain Parmis trust and gave her the opportunity to adjust herself and believe that nothing was going wrong. She did very proficiently. Jen invested two minutes of her time to make that visit a no-problem experience for Parmis. It ended up with Dr. Ty’s joyful last checkup.Jen RDH, thank you very much for your patient and letting Parmis have willing to come back to your dentistry again.Parmis’s parents

The front desk assistant is so rude! I was running 15 mins late and she called like i was a problem for her told me they had another kid that needed medicine. I told her i would be there i 9 minutes and she said that was not good enough. When I got to the office she continued her attitude with me refusing to allow me to speak to the office manager. She was so unprofessional i almost pulled my kid out the door. I just told everyone behind the counter not to allow that woman to have any contact with my kid. Our first appointment we were 10 mins early and waited 30 mins past our appointment time. Really????? This is a KIDS DENISTRY if u dont like ur job than u dont nees to work there. This lady should be ashamed of herself!!!!!!!!
