Dan is great and sincerely tries to help every patient. He replaced my left shoulder and now my right one is bad. He is very skillful at using cortisone injections to give me more time before surgery. Today I went in for my regular 3 month injection and he treated me with two injections for different bone contacts in the joint and my shoulder is a lot less painful! Good Doc and nice guy!

He is very very good. Communicates well. Is patient focused. His staff is awesome.

Dr. Maurer always takes the time to explain what is happening with my knee and explains the x-ray results. Did a fantastic job on my torn rotator cuff repair, I now have full range of motion of my shoulder and no pain.

The entire experience from start to finish was great! The staff is welcoming and took and interest in me and my problem. Dr. Maurer and Nicole are excellent and very friendly. I can’t recommend their office highly enough.

Dr. Maurer is a great surgeon. He has performed three surgeries for me in six years. I will return to him for others. The only reason for four stars is that I waited an hour to see him. In fairness he must listen and explain to all his patients as he does with me.

Dr. Mauer has been our family surgeon for many years. Just recently I needed advice on whether I need hip surgery but after he took time to discuss my condition he guided me in a different direction. Its nice to have a Doctor who cares and puts his patient first.

At the beginning, too much paperwork to fill out, it should be no more than three pages. they ask questions that were really not of their business.From what I saw about the staff, customer service could use allot of Improvement. I have learned the staff is the reflection of the doctor.As for the doctor, he was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I do not like to be treated like an assembly line. All I saw was a money making machine.Will I be back, probably not, would I recommend him probably not. 5 minutes is just not enough to form an opinion but enough not to go back. Doctors are a dime a dozen. Dont settle

I’m ecstatic over the results of a shoulder replacement done here by Dr. Maurer. I’d had 2 prior surgeries by a supposed“Shoulder Specialist”, which were BOTCHED. In other words, they failed. Dr. Maurer performed a meticulous surgery, and my post operative success is 100%, and I’m ready for physical therapy. The office staff is gracious and kind, and I’m elated with my entire experience with this office.

Dr. Maurer gave me a shot for carpal tunnel in Aug. 2020. He hit the medium nerve which hurt so bad I screamed intensely. I asked why it hurt so much this time and his answer was, well you were upset when you came in. I have had four of these shots and was not upset, in fact looking forward to it. The pain continued to be worse and I had surgery June, 2021 for severe carpal tunnel syndrome. The nerve was so damaged that I have tingling and pain that is predicted to never go away. A prior doctor gave me the injections with a locator device. When I asked Maurer how he knew where to give injection he said, anatomy which was obviously not very smart! He showed no sympathy and offered no apology.

Dr Maurer performed surgery on my Knees last year and left me in a worse condition than when I walked in. I completeded all the recommended therapy session and still had significant pain. The wait time for each visit is over an hour although there was very few people in the office. His last words to me were, I guess you are going to have to live with the pain the rest of your life. - WOW!

This is about the fifth time and fifth different medical problem I’ve had which Dr. Mauer and his office have addressed. Dr. Mauer and this practice is the best experience I’ve ever had with any medical related provider. Prior to surgery Dr. Maurer promised that surgery would make me pain free. In my case he was exactly correct. Home recovery has been easy and very pain free.

This doctor literally walked out while I was asking him questions, are you kidding me? I had been in for elbow pain three times before and he just wanted to give me cortisone shots (which by the way actually did more damage). He cares ZERO for his patients, he is all about surgery and the money. I WOULD NOT GO HERE, AVOID and go try to find a physician that will actually try to cure you and not just get you worse so you can get surgery thru him.

A great experience
