Wonderful building and great staff! Security guard was very nice and walked me to the elevator- with a brand new building wasn’t sure where to go.

I highly recommend Orthopedic Associates of Dallas. Dr. Sheena Black performed a scope, a MPFL reconstruction, and a TTO on my right knee after a freak accident in 2/2018. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The recovery time was long but she was there every step of the way. Dr. Black was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was not a common procedure which I was fairly nervous about at first but I was ensured that the procedure would go well, as it did. After recovery I was right back to work performing tasks such as working in attics and crawl spaces with no problem. Her PA, Patrick, was also extremely kind and very knowledgeable as well. Every staff member and nurse was also very kind. While it was not a fortunate situation to go through I was very lucky to choose Dr. Black and the Orthopedic Associates of Dallas. They turned a fairly bleak situation into a manageable one with my knee feeling better than it was prior to my injury.

I was able to schedule a next day appointment for a second opinion on a shoulder injury. The doctor I saw was Dr. Flanagin. He was very transparent and honest about his recommendations. He addressed all of my questions and would have spent any amount of time with me that I needed. The staff and location were very nice as well. Sabrina, who took my x-rays was very friendly. I would recommend this practice.

Years ago I had extensive surgery on my shoulder from the top shoulder surgeon at a premier teaching hospital in NYC. That surgeon was known as the best shoulder surgeon for good reason. I recently had shoulder surgery with Dr. Flanagin. I can sincerely say that he is every bit skilled as my long ago surgeon and far exceeded that doctor in terms of spending time with me, both pre and post-op. The previous surgeon had residents do the follow up work. Dr. Flanigin spent an incredible amount of time with me answering every question I had. I give him five stars not only for his fine surgical skills but for his people skills. He is awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone. George Mulford

This office is in one of the professional buildings at Baylor Frisco. This is such a nice location, easy to park and it is free. The staff and doctors are very compassionate. Highly recommend this practice.

Doctors and staff in the office are great, but the lack follow up, 2-3 days for medical issues is unacceptable.

Dr. Rhodes is great and the office is very nice, but the front office staff seems to have some irrational fear of answering their phone. I am typing this review as I sit on hold for the 30th minute and counting. Myself and the place where I am scheduled to get an MRI at have been trying for a week to get ahold of this office in order to get insurance authorization for my MRI. I am now having to reschedule my appointment due to OAD’s incompetence. This is not a new problem at all as for the past 7 months throughout the process of my shoulder injury/surgery I have been put on hold every time I call, most of the time ending with me giving up after 20+ minutes on the line. Can’t remember the last time these people have actually answered one of my calls. Again, the doctors are great, but whoever is in charge of answering the phones is making it really hard for me to want to keep using Orthopedic Associates of Dallas for my persistent shoulder problems. -20 stars for the front office. ANSWER YOUR PHONE. PLEASE

Had the worst experience ever with BSW Plano Orthopedic Associates of Dallas..... they charged me without checking my insurance and even forgot about checking with the insurance.... when i call they dont admit their fault and i now i have to chase my insurance to get the money that i paid back...
