After 25 months we are finally finished. In a little over two years Dr. Buchwald has gotten to know my daughter and treats us like family on every visit. He is always professional but on a very personal level including scolding her when necessary. For the last 18 months we have made the drive from Sherman to Frisco. In the end it was all worth every penny and every minute. She has the perfect smile.

I took my two daughters here for a consultation a few months back. We all love this office! Everyone is so nice and welcoming here. You definitely get the feeling like they care about each of the patients as if they were family. Dr. Buchwald said my oldest daughter isn’t quite ready for braces and he wants to see her again in 6 months to check if she’s ready. She was upset that she couldn’t get braces yet (kids actually want braces these days??) but I really liked how he had her best interest in mind and didn’t rush her into braces before she was ready for them! My younger daughter was a different story. She needed a phase 1 of braces because she is so crowded and has a crossbite. Dr. Buchwald explained everything in the consultation so thoroughly so we both knew exactly what would be done. Dr. Buchwald has a great way of relating to the kids and explaining things in terms they can understand. At the end of the visit, my son was actually excited to get his braces put on. I would definitely recommend this office!

At first I was nervous about going to the Orthodontist, but after seeing Tucker🐶 and Murphy 🐶, they immediately calmed me down. I also enjoyed the staff, Dr. Buchwald and Felicha were very nice.
