I got a RF micro needling here and bought 2 sessions for a very high price. But the procedure was done for 10 minutes which is typically done with a overlap or single pass approach of at least 30 min for entire face. When asked , the owner was not very supportive and dismissed the concern as thats how we do it here. I would have appreciated if addressed the concern.

Do not go here!!!! They were rude! I purchased a Groupon and so did my friend. They did not want to service us because we had Groupons. I was told that it was not a true IPL photo facial and to tell Groupon to give me my money back after they already redeem the money!

Do NOT go to VIP MED SPA AND WEIGHT SOLUTIONS IN FRISCO TX. I purchased a Groupon for an IPL Photofacial for $69.00 that is normally around $345 service without the Groupon. Once the staff at VIP MED SPA and Weight Solutions in Frisco knew I had a Groupon I was suddenly treated with disrespect. I was told the Groupon is not a true IPL Photofacial service even though that is what it states in the Groupon. I even showed them the advertisement on Groupon that I purchased. The Groupon says 1 IPL Photofacial (where the $345 is scratched through) and the $69.00 (80% off) appears.I was also told they do not have control over what Groupon advertises and the staff member asked me to get my money back from Groupon after they had redeemed my money. I spent over 2 hours on Groupon trying to figure out how to get my money back. I couldnt, so I now have a credit with Groupon. The staff at VIP MED SPA and WEIGHT SOLUTIONS discriminated against me for having a Groupon. I have never been treated so rudely.

I went in for laser today and Sarah was phenomenal!! She was very informative.She was so patient and took her time and made me feel taken care of. She did my treatment and I am so happy with her consult! Not to mention their prices are unbeatable!!! 11/10

It was my first time getting work done and the doctor was so nice and informative. He told me why he was putting an injection in a certain place before he did it and explained why he wasnt putting the injection in another area. He made me feel so comfortable, I ended up laughing most the time. 10/10 will be back.

The Dr is amazing at what he does. It was with a heavy heart I had to cancel my membership due to the spouse running the office so unprofessional. First off she charged me twice and refused to acknowledge her mistake and tried to blame the staff. The key that incident go and when I tried to use my new membership she couldn’t find my account then tried to accuse me of not paying the membership.Had to remind her of the incident and still like that never apologized. She then tried to insist I had already had the treatment that we get with having a monthly membership with them when clearly I hadn’t. She has no professionalism and truly disappointed in her way of handling the situation. If her husband fires her then he would do much better with the two girls in the front. Same two girls she tried to blame for charging my card twice. Oh and may I add another fact she did a poor job when it came to the Botox. Her husband had to fix her mess. The sad part is that I had to pay again.

They stood me up! I had my appointment and it was closed when I arrived. Very frustrating...

I loved it from the moment I walked in and was greeted with warm smiles! It was very ascetically pleasing and clean. I did not Ha e to wait but a minute. When we went back to the room, my nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended a different injectable for the area I was doing than what I had planned on. She said what I was going to use was for small areas not a whole forehead. She was fast, it was painless and still looks great several months later! Highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a Groupon for 20 units to have injected into my masseter muscle as I have bad tmj pain. It should have been a red flag that I had to wait 30 minutes and when I went to the desk to say I need to reschedule as I had to pick up my son they magically were available right then and took me back. She injected my jaw with several injections and a couple that I thought were in odd placement compared with past injectors of my jaw. One week later and my smile is very lopsided. I look like I had a stroke because I can’t upturn one side of my mouth. The Botox had either been placed in the wrong spot or it had spread somehow to my mouth. I called and asked if they could help. I went back in and she said it was a normal side effect and that it must have really worked. My tmj still has pain as it’s not paralyzed but my cheek sure is. I explained I never had this happen in the past and felt the Botox was in the wrong area. Said nothing can fix that but she can inject the other side to try and even what’s left of smile if I want to buy more Botox. I disagreed that “this is normal” and said I didn’t want to spend anymore money there. I don’t recommend this place.

Nisha and staff were great. Botox was new to me but it came out great! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.... I will be back.

We came in for B12 shots and have gotten several other treatments! They have great customer service and feels like you have known them for years! I love the Misha and the Dr. they are both great and super sweet. Pricing is affordable!

I went to this location for Botox and it was a wonderful first experience. The facility was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and my appointment was on time. The nurse who did my injections was really friendly and open to answering all my questions (I had quite a few with this being my first time) I had 20 units put in my forehead in January and it’s lasted about 4 months for me. I’m grateful for this experience as I was super nervous at first. Highly recommend!

Had a great first time experience for an IPL Photofacial treatment with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process as we went along. one of my darker age spots lightened almost immediately and I believe after my second treatment may disappear completely. Bought a Groupon for 20 units to do my crowsfeet and the doctor convinced me to buy 10 units more for my forehead that was wearing off. After 5 days I saw no changes at all. I’ve had Botox many time before. I usually see improvement by day 2 or 3. There was nothing even by day 5. I called and complained and scheduled to go in. The doctor said I needed to give it more time but injected 5 units more. Immediately I saw improvement, which was kind of strange. Usually only fillers give immediate results. Also when he injected the first time, I could barely feel the needle and the areas werent even red like normal or the feeling of numbness from the Botox. This time it was. The whole experience was very sketchy. So basically the only results I got was from the 5 units he injected the second visit. My crowsfeet still need to be redone. I wasted my money. I do not recommend this place. Something is not right about how this doctor is mixing his Botox. I almost want to say it’s saline he is injecting and Botox sometimes. Even his technique seems off. I wonder if he even has training in injectables or did he just decide to offer the service as a practitioner and wing it.

Disastrous botox results-no response from employees or owners. Nurse Cheryl injected botox in my lips, which was her idea. Two days later I couldn’t speak properly, drink from a glass or straw, or eat without food falling out of the sides of my mouth. I called Cheryl immediately and she said she would investigate possible solutions and call me back the next day, which she never did. Then I called for the office manager or doctor. They are married and were on vacation for a few weeks. So I just sent a letter to the wife, Nisha, and asked her to call me upon her return. She never did. Finally, I called her. She said she would talk it over with the doctor and get back with me, but she never did. During this time I was very polite and patient even though I was living a nightmare. Im in face to face sales, so it just made it impossible for me to do my job. A few weeks later, I sent another letter to her husband. This communication wasnt so polite, but all I asked for was a refund of what I had paid his office. Of course, he didnt respond either. I lived like this for over 3 months. The true test of a good doctor/business is the their response when there is a problem. VIP Med Spa fails epically.

I was so nervous to have Botox and lip injections for the first time and the doctor made me feel at ease, which for me is hard to do!!! A lot of people have told me it’s so painful to have lol injections done, but not at VIP Weight loss center! I will definitely be going back!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went 10 days ago with a Groupon coupon that I paid for $119 for 20 units for my crowfeet. The woman in the front offer me to buy more units. I said no. I know the botox was diluted and the doctor there injected me on my lower temple between my right eye and my right ear. He injected me so hard that today I am still bruised very bad. My right ear is hurt and messed up. Need to go see a ear specialist. My right eye is now seeing blurry as well. I believe he intentionally hurt me. I have never had injections for my crowfeet near my ear or temple. Ladies, be careful, if you are not willing to spend, you may get hurt.

Ive been going here for a year and every visit has been perfect. The doctor is very personable. I get botox, fillers, and kybella. Every treatment has been successful.

I had an awesome experience at the VIP Med Spa. Im so happy I found them on Groupon! The Doc gave me great advice. He got me in and out within 30 minutes. I received botox injections in the glabella area (the 11s) and in the outer, upper jawline area. Im so happy with my results and I will be going back for filler. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable about all injectionables. I highly recommend!!!

I do not recommend this place they messed up my lips and wanted me to purchase another syringe my lips look horrible bumpy like I have cold sore all over my mouth Shetal the boss forced me to purchase the Microneedling with radio frequency for $450 telling me that I will see results only after one treatment not just that I didn’t see any results but it messed up my face big time I started breaking out after that one treatment.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are true. They dont arrive on time to open. Even the employees are left outside to wait. Yes of course the dr and wife are foreigners so there is a language barrier. They are in the middle of nowhere, hence why prices are semi-cheap. Just not worth the trip or treatment.

The staff is very nice to you until you purchase their product after purchasing they won’t even talk to you they messed up my lips big-time.

Had quite a bit of procedures done today. Dr. AJ had angel hands for the Botox, Fillers and Hormone Pellets done today. Im very sensitive to needles, he was very gentle and make sure I was o.k. while he performed procedures. I was also informed of special offers at the front office which I couldnt pass awesome discount and got Laser treatment for myself and hubby.. Very happy with my visit today. Will have to agree with others. Doctor doesnt know how to administer properly. Im almost beginning. to think he has had no training or this isnt really a doctor! Everyones reviews are the same. Didnt care for front desk woman. Completely rude!Took me a while to write this review, but I have to say the doctor should get some tips on practicing how to deliver the medications because I never have had problems with injections until that visit. If they keep their prices extremely low they may keep business, orherwise may fade away. I think the doctor maybe should be checked out for authenticity because if there is that many complaints and no compliant forms given and such then this business could be phony

My girlfriend got her lips and done here and the doctor, DR. PATHAK did not spread the filler evenly and put it on the inside of her lip. Then when she asked and commented about it he started getting offended and refused to help fix it. The front office workers refused to give their names and wouldn’t give us any complaint forms or even a phone number. The front desk lady was rude and very unhelpful. Needless to say we will not be going back and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
