I’m SO glad I found this place!! The staff is so friendly and professional. They don’t rush you, they explain the procedure you’re about to have in detail, and the results I’ve had are excellent!! I highly recommend them!

I love this place...everyone on the team is so friendly and highly professional. I have had numerous procedures done there - from laser service to cool sculpting to bellafill to tear trough injections and everything has gone well for the most part. I would definitely try all of these procedures again. Some of these procedures - like tear trough injections - are very delicate and things can go wrong...thats why I sought them out in the first place...to fix something that another place had messed up. Ive very happy I found this place!

I have been going for my laser treatments and Paige is my technician. First of, I absolutely adore her! She makes every session so comfortable and relaxing. I actually look forward to seeing her as she makes you feel like a true client and not just another person coming in. The Center is always on time and professional as well as conveniently located. I highly recommend for any service!!

I would give a 10 star if I could. I live in Austin and decided to make the drive to Frisco for the Co2 laser. I did my research and for the price and quality of the Center, I felt it was a win win. I received helpful information and literature in advance on what to expect. Paige Parker performed my treatment and she was very thorough in the post care instructions and she also communicated well during the entire procedure. My face was numbed and I opted for the Pronox gas (I highly recommend it). The 30 minute procedure is not Painful like child birth but you will be a little uncomfortable at times. Nothing that cant be tolerated for the short period of time it takes to complete. The healing process is kinda scary looking but not painful. You need 7 days in hibernation to heal properly but you will not regret the decision. Paige was Amazing and my skin looks years younger!

Wish I could give a 0 stars. Purchased a voucher on Groupon, Booked appointment (with a real person asking many questions) and appt, drove 30 mins, filled out paperwork only to be told that I had redeemed a Groupon in the past (NOT TRUE). When I verified that I was NOT going to be treated using my PAID FOR Groupon, I was told, its in the details of the voucher. Later when I called back after VERIFYING that I had NOT used a Groupon was I told that well, we couldve asked for manager approval. FOR WHAT??? I had NEVER used a Groupon. Waste of my time, never received service and now I have Groupon Bucks instead of treatment.BHRC, you might want to get your facts right before making allegations to potential clients.

Well the staff are great, but I dont feel.like I received 20 units of botox, Ive had a lot better results. My lines between eyebrows are still very prominent. Kinda bummed

This place is clean and staff is friendly. I love Stephanie! She is very informative and gave me exactly what I wanted! This was my first time getting fillers and she made me feel comfortable. I got Restalyne under my eyes and I love it! It was basically painless. Will definitely be a returning customer from now on. 💕

Just a bit annoyed, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center claims to be open the first Saturday of each month from 9:00AM-1:00PM. I had my appointment scheduled almost a month in advance on 1/2/2021 at 11:15AM with Dawn Sanchez. I got here at 11:10AM and went up the the door to go inside and fill out any paperwork that I might’ve had to do. To my surprise, no one was inside the building and now it is 11:30AM and still no one is here. I was super excited to get my lips done but if this is how they conduct business I’m just going to have to call back and get my money back. Mind you, I paid for a Groupon already to get my lips done as a Christmas present for myself. So the amount has already been paid for. I work M-F so Saturday is really the ONLY day I can make it up here. & it’s already a 45 minute drive for me to get here.Also, please fix your voicemail box! I called 4 times and each time I pressed 0 to leave a voicemail, it would say “Goodbye”. I will call Monday morning when they open to inform them of this.UPDATE: I called Monday morning and they apologized sincerely. They said they are open on the 9th of January and that someone mustve accidentally put me down for the 2nd when they werent even opened. I got my appointment rescheduled! The lady who helped me on the phone was super sweet and apologetic which made me feel so much better. Thank you guys!UPDATE UPDATE: I went in for my appointment on Saturday and Stephanie is the absolute best!!!! I highly recommend anyone to go here. The service is amazing.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Literally came here bc we were able to get a groupon for a couple of things and was called the day of an hour before my appointment and was told they were out of the dermal filler I had scheduled for and keep in mind they require you give them a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation but they couldn’t let us know before an hour that they didn’t have it on hand???? They miraculously got it from another location though when I said then they needed to substitute it for another product on hand. Now they have kept me in a room for an hour and still have not come to get me for my appointment which kind you was scheduled for almost an hour ago now. Very unhappy and will not ever return to this location!!!!

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation is great. My mom and I always go see Stephanie and she is so kind and also very educated on all the procedures. The whole staff is awesome really :-)I’ve been to more than a few “med spas” and have had negative experiences so I would not go anywhere else as long as BHRC is around!

The team at BHRC is amazing! I had two treatments of the Excelo laser and, while it’s early, the results seem to look great! The team was so great before, during, and after my treatments and really worked with me to get the results I wanted. I can’t say enough about them!

I dont write this simply because of the services they offer (although they are amazing), but more so because of the people who work there. I recently visited another center of this type (simply because I had a groupon) and I cant tell you how much I wish I hadnt. Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center is the ONLY PLACE TO GO! Every single one of their team is outstanding. Stephanie and Jamie provided me with first class treatment at every turn. Theyre talented, professional and did everything to make my experience the best possible. From the moment you step in the door at BHRC, you know youve made the right choice (and believe me you have!). There are so many places these days to receive the services I have at BHRC (namely the AMAZING Bellafill and CO2 laser resurfacing). Dont waste your time seeking treatments elsewhere. BHRC is the ONLY place to go!PREVIOUS REVIEW:Lets start off with.....WOW.I just had my first round of Bellafill today and I am beyond amazed at my results!! The changes are subtle, but so significant. I have a jawline again for the first time in ages! Plus, Im only 2/3s of the way through the injections. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Look at the pictures in my review!!! My first visit I had a very slight rash. On my second visit, I told the injector Stephanie that I thought it might be from the numbing cream because I had never used a numbing cream before. She did not listen to me and felt it was from the hibiclens (Ive used that as well as alcohol wipes with no issue) and used the numbing cream on me anyway. What resulted was a very bad chemical burn from which I may have permanent scarring. When I called BHRC they wanted me to come in and see their medical director for treatment of it but I declined as I was terrified to let them near my face again. I went to the ER and this was diagnosed as a chemical burn by a trauma plastics expert. Upon letting BHRC know this they told me that it was an allergic reaction and not a burn (without having seen it in person and despite the diagnosis from the expert) and refused to even issue a refund for the service I paid for. Do yourself a favor and do not take the risk with your skin. This burn was EXTREMELY painful and it is likely I will have permanent scars from it.

I literally cried today after my Restylane Lift and hugged Stephanie. I was diagnosed with facial Melanoma 6 months ago and literally had half of my face removed. I used to be an actress and model and I was traumatized. Stephanie...YOU ARE MY QUON!!! and also quoted from the movie Jerry Mcguire...Christy You had me at hello the sweetest most upfront REAL gal I have met in a long time!!! If I could give them 0 stars for customer service I would, I arrived at 3:00 for my appointment and I was using a groupon for my services. The man working behind the counter made me feel less than for using a Groupon , he asked me to show him the actual groupon which I had a screen shot photo of ( he would not accept that). After standing there I had to look up the Groupon again and I explained to him that when scheduling my appointment the woman on the phone said it would be honored and it wasn’t a problem . After going back and forth for 5 plus minutes he finally gave me the paperwork. While sitting there filling out paperwork my phone began to ring , it was the front desk woman calling to tell me they were running behind , the fact that she didn’t even know I had checked in and was sitting in the office for over 10 mins is pretty embarrassing for them. I waited ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN mins past my appointment time before I was seen, the whole time everyone kept saying “uh it’s been one of those days” etc. Making excuses . Finally after waiting I was finally seen for my hydra facial, my technician was good, I really wish she would of explained more to me about my skin and my areas and what skin treatments she would suggest, on a side note they were having a fancy expo party that same evening. Which made me feel VERY RUSHED AND MY SERVICES WERE RUSHED. As the technician was bringing me back she was saying that she was so behind and that she wasn’t going to have enough time to get ready ( you really shouldn’t do that) I will not be returning to this place due to there poor lack of customer service , there are way better spas out there who will treat you right and value your time. I ended up leaving at 5:00 for my 3:00 appointment! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

5/29/2018I went into BHRC Frisco for B-12 shots I purchased from Groupon, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Christina is so helpful, she has made every visit very pleasant. I am very glad I found this place. Thanks to Christina suggestions, I was able to find out I had some underline medical problems, that I was able to get ahead of before they got worst. I am glad I purchased my Groupon, otherwise I would have never found this place. I am looking forward to my next visit.

My friend brought.me here wirh Groupon and I am back for more! Love the gals and Meghan does a great job to make things quick and painless.

What a nightmare this place is. Heather doesnt return calls, shows up at least an hour late for appointments, including follow ups. Ensured me different results from my procedure that I didnt get it actually made my condition much worse and I am scarred...Such a waste of $2000, pain and time off work.Healther tells you that results are not ensured unless you buy their $$$ products. At my follow up I wasnt fully healed but they do not want me to come back. I called numerous times to schedule another follow up due to concerns with my healing process and no one returned my calls nor would they schedule an appointment for me. I should have checked their reviews from the other locations in Flower Mound, Southlake and Highland Park first. The other reviews also repeatedly state that they water down their fillers.and botox. Wow!

The WORST OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN THE U.SThey put one filler on my both cheeks, it came down and made my smile lines look deeper giving no volume into my cheek,instead made my lines deeper ...so dissapointed . I got my lips done here about a year ago by Stephanie and they are so bad. I have to go to a dermatologist to get them fixed....

This place is so bad! I left messages that the Ultherapy did not work at all! I waisted 2999.00! No one ever called me back!
