I have called several times and left messages to schedule an appointment. Now after reading the reviews I see that others have had the same trouble. I am a bit concerned with the review that the doctor had a patient that was also his girlfriend. It looked like he was married and his wife worked with him. Maybe a blessing in disguise that I didn’t receive a return call.

I called the office 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail and I still haven’t heard back yet. Just called back today and again, no one answered the phone. I’m beginning to think this office is closed.

I recently found out that several of the 5 star reviews were submitted by family and friends at the request of dr. pastorek’s wife. I also found out that he had a girlfriend that was his patient. He used her to get prescriptions that he wanted to take or try. I would not trust your privacy during telemed visits either, as I heard that his girlfriend often was sitting by him while he talked to his patient.

Jordan is a very knowledgeable Dr with a lot of experience. I was impressed with how patient he was and how he listened to all of my concerns and gave great advice/recommendations on a plan of action going forward. 5 star Dr!

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve been calling to schedule an appointment for three days and no one ever answers the phone. I left a voicemail on the first day with no return call. I even submitted the inquiry form on their website to no avail. Now I am not even sure if this practice is still in business!

To say Dr. Pastoreks customer service is HORRIBLE would be a compliment. Hes extremely rude, shows zero compassion for his patients, doesnt make you feel welcome at all, does a piss poor job of caring for/treating patients. Terrible terrible terrible experience I will NEVER in this life time step foot into his office again and would encourage others not to. If I could give him a negative rating, I would. BY FAR the worst PCP Ive ever had!

I was extremely dissatisfied. He acted extremely distracted and couldnt focus. He couldnt stay on topic. He seemed to want to just move me in and out as fast as possible, with little caring or kindness at all. This was the second time I had gone in. I thought maybe the first was just a bad day, but it wasnt and I wont be back and definitely would not recommend coming here.

I have known Dr. Pastorek for years and I think he is an excellent doctor.  He has always been very easy to talk to and he really listens to my concerns.  His front office staff is very helpful with scheduling my appointments and they are always on top of keeping me in the loop.  I definitely recommend Dr. Pastorek if you are looking for a primary care physician in the Frisco area.

Hes a terrible doctor. He doesnt listen and there isnt any follow-up on tests that were done. I would ask questions and hed just blow me off. When he did answer questions, I felt very uneasy in his answers, as if he didnt really know what he should know. The office staff isnt any better. No one ever answers the phones or returns calls. I am definitely not going back.

Dr Pastorek is professional and congenial. He provides in-depth review of my health. I look forward to my appointments. The BEST !

Horrible. He sat and looked at this phone the entire time. He was scrolling through facebook and texting while I was trying to talk to him. He didnt listen to what I was saying. But even worse, when I asked him questions about my health issues, he didnt seem to know the answers. I was supposed to get testing set up and he and his office have dropped the ball on that too. Im going elsewhere to get the appointment I was supposed to get here.

I brought both of my parents here this past week. Didn’t really know what to expect coming in. They both use to see Dr. Mijares, and when he left the practice it was upsetting. However, I called Dr. Pastorek’s office and we quickly got scheduled for a visit. They took care of their prescriptions and it was much appreciated. It’s hard to switch PCP’s last minute, but this change has gone smoothly. So to all the former patients of Dr. Mijares who were also upset about the sudden change, give Dr. Pastorek and Pure Medicine a second chance!

Thank you Dr. Pastorek for your hard work! Dr. Pastorek has been my go to Doc for years. Cant imagine a better primary care doctor.
