If I could give negative stars I would!! I made called to make a new patient appointment with Dr Berg back in JUNE!! They said she couldn’t take me till September! So I accepted. They call me TODAY a day before my appointment to tell me she is no longer accepting new patients! Are u kidding me?? How unprofessional and disrespectful!!! Do NOT go to her OR dr. Minigutti. He did the same thing with my husband!!

Dr. Berg is smart, thorough and very refreshing. Her office is incredibly nice and you get the feeling that you are being well taken care of, which is extremely rare during these times. I highly recommend.

Love Dr. Berg! Shes so patient and carefully listens with compassion, sympathy and understanding. She’s a ROCKSTAR! Her staff so caring and always so friendly! ❤️

I would like to start with the fact that have been a patient of Dr. Berg for over 7 years. All this years have been really great except last 6 months have been a misery. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times (Feb to May to Aug). Part of it is understandable due to COVID. However my last visit was on 08/12/20 was a disaster. I received mixed messages from the office of my appointment (Frisco / McKinney). When I reached Frisco office, I was asked to go to McKinney. Just make sure that I would be still be accepted I asked the front desk at Frisco to inform McKinney office which she did and confirmed. Due to the detour, I reached McKinney office about 10 mins late from my scheduled appointment. The front desk acknowledged that Doctor would see me. However when the lady talked to nurse, she bluntly refused it. Instead she offered me a reschedule for Dr. Berg in September or see a nurse practitioner next day (which I had already seen NP earlier). I have been waiting 6 MONHTS to see Dr. Berg and this is the treatment I received.Nonetheless the office lost a patient and gained a bad reputation. Will be reporting this to my insurance company as well.

Best Dr. office in North Texas. Dr. Berg and all her staff are great. They truly care about their patients, schedule adequate time for appointments, and get to the root of any issues you have. That scale might be busted though.... ;)

I HATE going to the doctors office UNTIL NOW!! NP Olivia is absolutely amazing and such a joy to be around. She is beyond patient with you and explains everything and answers any questions you have. She has a calming effect and truly cares about her patients. I recommend this office to everyone!

Dr S Berg is the best physician I’ve ever seen and I’m 52 years old. I’ve seen a few. She acts as though I’m her only patient. She listens to and figures out how to help me with whatever issues I’m having at that visit. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I recommend her without hesitation!!!!!

If I could, I would give her 100 stars. The entire practice is amazing, from the front office to the MA to the lab to the doctor. I am new to the area so had to wait a bit to get in for my first visit, but they are so easy to communicate with and very detail oriented. You cannot go wrong here.

I have left several messages with Valerie to obtain an ASAP appointment for my husband with no call back. I have been waiting since 7/16.

Dr Berg cares about her patients she spends time to discuss your whole health and really cares about getting you better.
