I spoke with Ms. Brenda B. Having to resign from my current job to be the primary caregiver to my elderly mom; I found myself in a position having to find medical insurance to both my 22-year-old daughter and myself.I feel blessed receiving the call from Ms. Brenda B. I had just completed an application with another insurance company but cancelled it once I spoke with Ms. Brenda B. She was so kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel like she really cared and that she was assisting a family member with the best possible insurance based on my need and situation.She was very patient and answered all my 50,000 (fifty thousand) questions with 25,000 being repeat questions.If your company does something outstanding for the employee of the month or year - I highly recommend Ms. Brenda B. Earlier today I called to ask a few questions regarding my current policy. I explained my situation with a nice young woman named Tabrina who listened to my long-winded story with compassion. She told me that she has a daughter with similar conditions and was very understanding of my concerns and gave me specific information that helped me tremendously! Health insurance can be a bit overwhelming at times, and it meant a great deal to me that this nice young lady spoke to me like a real person and actually wanted to help me! Thanks again, Tabrina!

I was laid off and needed insurance. I spoke to Joe on 9/16/2020 and he explained to me in detail what will be covered and how much out of pocket for doctors visit and pharmacy co-pay. . He was very informative and made me feel secure that I will be covered.I am now back to work full time and work insurance has kicked in. I called to cancel and spoke to Autumn. She was very professional and pleasant. I thought at first that I will have a hard time canceling. She made it flawless.I will definitely recommend Premier Health Solutions to friends and family. There is no way I can overstate the quality of service which this company (particularly their employee Autumn )has been of service to me in a time of need.My primary care provider had dropped my insurance this past spring and I was told by the marketplace that I couldn’t get insurance until January 2021 but no one gave me any guidance as to what I could do instead no one would sell me any insurance. But through this wonderful cost sharing plan which my doctor was happy to accept, I was able to go through this difficult health year for everyone without missing a beat. I recently lost my health insurance due to COVID and losing my job! I had to find myself an affordable option for health insurance and was somehow set up with a plan through Premier Health! I had some issues regarding prescription coverage and thought it would be a nightmare of an experience calling my insurance company, because honestly isn’t it always?! Well, I was blessed when Autumn S answered my call! She was so professional and made me feel at ease. She even tackled the issue as much as she had power to and called my doctors office. I am so happy I have my coverage with Premier and that they have wonderful people like Autumn working for them!

This company is a SCAM. Do not use this service. They failed to send the information about my loved one’s insurance policy and charged over $300 monthly for a year. The only thing we received was an “insurance card” that we later found out at a doctor’s office was completely useless and nonexistent. Extremely unfortunate that we fell for these SCAMMERS. Only writing this review so that another person doesn’t make the same mistake.

I believe this company is running a scam. I attempted to purchase health insurance by applying through an open enrollment website. Immediately received a flurry of phone calls. Spoke with an agent who offered me unbelievable coverage for myself & my family. Was told enrollment was limited and Id have to act fast,. which would require paying the first month ($745) and a $125 enrollment fee. Everything seemed very professional. Was assured my payment would not be processed until after I received their mailing (within 10 days) and could review their written policy. They gave me agent names and numbers to call and their toll free customer service number, in case I had any questions or concerns. The second I hung up, they charged my credit card. The transaction came through as Premier Health - Frisco, TX. I attempted to call the numbers given to me and they were all non-working numbers. I have since found them online and have called numerous times and they claim I am not in their system or a policyholder. Either someone is posing as them or they are a front for the entire scam. Based upon the large amount of negative reviews, I would assume they are in on it. Shame on them for stealing money from hard-working people. If anyone has had a similar experience, they should contact the Texas Consumer Protection Division and file a complaint.

They claim to be a health insurance company but then email you that they are a a shared plan.In two months I paid 900 dollars and got nothing in return. I was told they would cover my wifes monthly check ups; all she needed was to pay co pay. When she went for her check up and the hospital never heard of this company the nurses personally called with my wife to confront them about it. The rep on the phone was told my plan only covered preventive care!I not only called to cancel but called my bank to block a IMEMEBERBILL.COM. Apparently, this third party handles the billing transactions of Premier Health Solutions.When you have multiple LLC and third parties involved in a company this is scam written all over it. its just a legal scam.Update: the responses is a lie, first, the rep said what I purchased was not active til 30 days after but now they are saying it was available immediately. You guys want to reach out after I cancelled in mid august yesterday 9/2 by 1 email by a Thomas McPhee to resolve my enrollment. When i called while being enrolled no one wanted to help and walk through my situation, now after I cancel you want resolve my enrollment? How about be accountable with your reps lying to customers? How about a miss. Margaret who stated she was a supervisor would cancel my enrollment hung up and never did it. this company is incompetent from the head down.

We never received any package for additional information in the mail like they had promised & now I am facing issues with identity theft. They do not answer the phone. They do not get back to you. The promised coverage documents never arrived and now they tell me that they dont have any record of my enrolling my daughters, even though they charged my credit card and took my money. I have yet to hear back from them, although Ive left several messages. The fact that others have had similar experiences says to me that this is not a trustworthy outfit and one should be very cautious about dealing with them, especially since they do not employ enough people to field calls and are so slow and less that competent with customer service.

I called this company to get a quote on the policies available. After listening to a recording saying that this is not major medical insurance, I immediately told them that I was not interested. Now prior to that I was told that they needed my debit card info so that they could lock in the low rate and I was also told that this was major medical insurance. After I told them that I was not interested they still debit my card for $620.54 and when I called to speak to THOMAS, the supervisor, no one would allow me to speak with him. None of the customer service reps understand English and they hung up on me repeatedly. I called my bank, the news station in Texas, and the Texas insurance department to file a fraud claim. This company should not be allowed to operate, especially at a time when people are dying from this virus and no one is working. Shame on you for taking advantage of people at a time like this. You are disgusting and I will do all that I can to make sure that you dont freely do this to others.

My experience with this company was horrible! I never received any health insurance card or information regarding what the plan covered. When I called them regarding these issues I was told that they were going to email me. They never did. I called again to confirm that they my email address was correct and they said that they would email me again. This also never happened. I then went to research the company further and found these awful reviews so I called to cancel my insurance plan. When I got someone on the phone they were extremely rude and told me that they would send a cancelation confirmation email. This also never happened. Now, I have reported them to my bank to make sure they dont keep pulling money out of my account. Sadly, I do not think I will ever see my money again. What is even more troubling is knowing how hard people work for their money and these criminals have no issue taking it. Please beware that this is a scam so that they dont hurt you like they hurt me. I really hope this company and those affiliated with it get what they deserve. These are horrible people with even worse intentions.

I tried to cancel policy May 1st. This was after discovering either my pediatrician or my primary care physician was not in network. I can not remember which. Either way I called and was assured it would be cancelled. When I initially signed policy I was informed I had 10 days to cancel. I ended getting coverages with UCA on May 1st. Copies of charges on card, along with email to my wife as primary from UCA, reflect I went with another carrier. I called the merchant back a couple of weeks later after I notice the charges had not come off of my card. I informed them of this and they told me it would come off. After I noticed it was approaching the end of the month I filed a dispute on May 25th in order to stop the process once again. No proof of cancellation was provided by merchant. At no time did I utilize their services.IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT EMAIL ME AT [email protected] (Serious individuals only please!) FYI they get sued and lose alot!

I spoke to an agent to get a quote for insurance- they stated in order to save my quote they needed a debit card to hold the quote and stated they would not charge the card- I was supposed to get insurance information via mail or email indicating what the plan covered and did not cover and my co pays etc. I never received this information. The agent was supposed to call me on 12/02/19- I did not speak to the agent on this day, yet my bank account has a pending transaction for 498.50 that I never authorized. I called to have the company remove this charge and got voicemail. THIS IS NOT THE WAY to do business. I have a formal complaint with TDI (TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE) READY TO POST- i AM disputing the payment with my bank, however as this is toward the end of the open enrollment period this unauthorized charge may result in my paying a higher annual premium for insurance elsewhere as I am waiting for my funds to be reinstated to my account. I cannot believe that you need a sale so bad that you take a payment without authorization. I dont even know what the name of the insurance policy is or what it covers. VERY POOR decision making on the part of the agent and the company that employs them. I will NEVER do business with this company. I expect full restitution, a formal written apology and if the delay in refunding my money causes my annual premium to be higher as a result of being out of the open enrollment period, I expect full restitution for the difference. If I could give you a negative 10 star I would have, but I cannot post anything without giving you at least 1 star. I cannot believe this has happened, this is the insurance industry. How is this even a possibility?

I am very upset. I originally was told I was signing up for a medical insurance ppo plan. I paid the first payment and then another payment was taken from my account. I never recieved any medical cards for a ppo plan and came to find out that i was instead signed up for a discount medical plan. That was never mentioned before. When i called to cancel and get a refund, I was told that I could not get a refund because it was past the 30 day limit. ANOTHER thing i was never told. So while I was supposed to be signed up for FirstHealth insurance, I was instead scammed into some discount plan and am out hundreds of dollars. Spoke to an agent on the phone two days ago and they sold me an insurance plan - I did NOT sign anything authorizing payment, yet $325.40 was taken from my card. THIS IS NOTQUALIFYING HEALTH COVERAGE (“MINIMUM ESSENTIALCOVERAGE”) THAT SATISFIES THE HEALTH COVERAGEREQUIREMENT OF THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. IF YOU DON’THAVE MINIMUM ESSENTIAL COVERAGE, YOU MAY OWE ANADDITIONAL PAYMENT WITH YOUR TAXESAdditionally, there is among the documents they send you (after you give them your payment info on the phone) a form for signature authorizing payment, which I have not signed. I opened it to read all the fine print and closed it and called them directly to cancel because this does not meet my needs in any way.I spoke to Natasha @ 9:07 AM CST on 1/31/2020 (today) and when i explained that i wanted to cancel she immediately tried to sell me a different product. I stated that I just wanted to cancel and wanted a refund, stating that I have not signed anything authorizing payment and she outright called me a liar. She said I used an IP address listed in texas (I live near dallas, so yeah, my ip address is in texas) and she said i signed using an android phone (which is what i used to review the documents, but again, didnt sign anything). She became very abrasive and said that I already signed and wasnt able to get a refund.This will be reported to the Texas Board of Insurance. I will be dealing with this through my financial institution. If this company tries to continue to bill me, I will absolutely seek the help of an attorney.
