Ive had my auto and homeowners insurance with Pavle Allstate for almost two years and have been very pleased. I shopped prices really hard after being screwed by Liberty Mutual, and they were extremely competitive. John and his team have been very responsive whenever I had questions, and they helped me reduce my homeowners premium significantly after getting a new roof. I havent had to file any claims yet, so that will be the real test. ;-) Given my experience thus far, I would not hesitate to recommend John Pavle to anyone needing auto or homeowners insurance.

John doesnt read any of the emails I sent about canceling my policy. He still had me on schedule for an automatic withdrawal. Also, I tried to call about canceling and not withdrawing payment, but no one answered. Just bad communication all around.

This agency is horrible! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I dealt with Tammy over and she is very very unprofessional. They give you good service to get you signed up, but after that they could care less about the customer. I canceled my auto policy and about six weeks later they took money out of my account. I finally got the money returned to my account but the amount was not correct. This issue is still not taken care of. I would suggest to anyone do not do business with this agency! You can find any place that will treat you better than this company.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. A month after closing, they CHANGED my square footage amount with NO NOTIFICATION or confirmation by me or any sort of documentation. This is FRAUD. When asked who made this change and based on what legal documentation they had to support this, they couldnt answer me and stopped responding to emails. After hounding them by phone, they couldnt give me a straight answer and said the info they had was from Texas CAD. LIES! I sent them a screenshot of the correct sq ft I bought my home with at closing. They had no verifiable proof to make this change. When I asked if I would be refunded that amount, they said NO. I canceled my insurance 2 weeks ago, still have not received confirmation of a cancellation or a reimbursement of my escrow that already went out to them. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, they are weasels trying to SCAM their customers. I would not be this upset if they had dealt with this in the appropriate professional way by GETTING BACK TO ME and actually responding to their customers upsets. Instead they have avoided me. As a small business owner myself, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will be making a fraud complaint in regards to this.

Tammy made a mistake on a change requested to my policy. Then they are making me jump through hoops to correct their mistake. The follow up on emails is extremely slow. I worked for Allstate in another state and I know how to do their job, and knowing they are not doing their job correct is even more frustrating. There are many agents to choose from within 5 miles of their location. Pick another agent.

Worst insurance agent in America beware you have been warned! AllState is a great company but this is a bad insurance agent! His assistant Tammy Schriver is the worst agent I have come across in a long time. Please choose another agent it will save you a lot of headaches down the road!

Been a customer for years and yall cant spell my name right. Got a call from yall a few weeks ago about homeowners insurance and you couldnt beat the price I currently am paying.

I was constantly mislead to believe that my policy coverages were what it was supposed to be but it was not the case when I filed the claim. The are lying on my face and expecting me to take their word for it and not what was given to me by another all state agent in writing proving otherwise. The insurance agent John never is in the office, no one respond to my calls, and when I went there twice their manager Will Hopkins was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not ever recommend anyone to go with this agency.
