My rep is Allan Caffey. He has been awesome since the first call just to get info on what the company has to offer. If I have a problem, I text him and he immediately jumps into action to get what I need done right then and there. The plan is amazing but very different from normal health insurances. It takes time to understand how things work and how to do things which makes having a good rep very important. This company offers great plans for extremely low prices.

I’ve read all of the reviews and it seems we just got stuck with the wrong agent because i did not see his name once. Jason Volcansek is our agent and we have had a horrible experience with Revolt. He is unresponsive, made false claims and the way that he handles our doctor appointments is “hand the phone to the receptionist”. In our initial correspondence and presentation, prescriptions were covered. They’re not. Jason literally told us to get GoodRX (the coupon app). So we’ve paid out of pocket for every single prescription but with “coupons”. Jason is also not a doctor but has suggested medication that is “cheaper”. So giving medical advice seems out of the insurance company’s wheelhouse. It seems as though we just got a bad agent and everyone else is happy with Ben, Mark etc.

We have been very pleased with everything Revolt Healthcare Alliance provides! The cost of our policy is great and the checks that I have received are very fast and always surprises me on how much I get back. The best part is the concierge service that Scotty provides. No matter when I call he answers and is quick to help. Would highly recommend
