What a neat facility. Super cheap clearance gear and friendly shop.

Love this rink, I go there to figure skate all the time. Its the closest one to me and Ive never had a problem there. The ice is always clean before a session, the staff are always courteous at the desk, its not usually very crowded, and the skaters actually seem to respect each others space. They could work on their etiquette on the phone as Ive called up to ask them questions before and they always seem to be in a hurry to hang up, and have lied to me before because they dont know how their own online sign up process works, but its usually kids running the desk so I always take what they say with a grain of salt and the understanding that this might be their first job.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought figure skates for my daughter for $165. They ordered the wrong size. To exchange they said we needed a managers approval. We left countless voicemails, messages and in person visits. We tried for nearly five months to get a manager to contact us. High management turnover was one of the issues and another was the rink closure for the month of July. Nobody EVER contacted us back. They will take your money but there is zero customer service if there is a problem.Today I stopped by to try to speak to a manager. The manager did not come out to speak with me. He let the front desk worker do his dirty work. We were unapologetically told there was nothing they could do because it had been five months. We told the front desk girl that nobody would contact us back and she just starred at us. No sorry, care or concern.
