I was very nervous about getting back into working out but they made me feel super comfortable about it. Loving the small group classes and flexibility with my schedule. Every trainer there has been super awesome and helpful. They are there to encourage you to get in one more set or push your body just a little bit further. I can already feel and see the difference in just a few weeks. Absolutely recommend!!!

I have been going to Conquer Fitness for about a year now, and I have never truly enjoyed going to work out as much as I do here. I started with the group classes, and immediately knew their workout style was right in line with mine. The classes are easily adaptable, and not intimidating in any way. The trainers push you in the best way possible to achieve your fitness goals. Ive worked out my whole life, but havent seen results like I have with Conquer!

I absolutely love this gym! My gym closed and was looking for a new one. My friend told me about Conquer and how it was a small group fitness setting. I love this one better than my old one! There is variety with the workouts every day and every week they challenge you to do more. The accountability is amazing! It keeps pushing me to go and stay motivated. I have been going to Conquer Fitness and Performance for about three months and feel like this is an absolutely great place to go to workout especially with a personal training. The attention the staff gives to each individual member is great. The facility is nice, spacious, and the workouts are always challenging. The staff makes it feel like it’s a family environment and there is always a challenge going on which keeps things interesting if you’re a competitive person like myself.I work with one of the trainers “Melissa” I think she is wonderful. She is the best trainer I ever had. She keeps you motivated with her energy and the workouts she creates are challenging because she takes the time to learn you and plan out the works to ensure you are meeting the goals you set for yourself.If you’re looking for a place to work out and train with experts, I highly recommend giving Conquer Fitness and Performance a try, as this is a great investment in yourself.

I absolutely LOVE this gym. The classes are tough yet fun and enjoyable and the trainers as well as the other members are great. The trainers ensure that your form is good when working out, something you dont get at big box gyms.John has helped me immensely on my weight loss journey and always willing to share his experience regarding diet and/or nutrition. These workouts work, I feel (and look) much stronger than when I started out 6 months ago.

I currently go three times a week and look forward to it. In 2020, I biked some but wanted to get back to lifting. John and the team are knowledgeable and help you mid workout to correct form, where needed. They each have their unique approach and energy to the way they train but very effective overall. The trainers make it fun to workout while focusing on helping me do it the right way. Great music and environment for just about anyone.

I’ve been going to Conquer now for over a year and wouldn’t ever consider another gym. The instructors are amazing, fun and unlike other gyms I’ve been too, actually care about your success. The class sizes are perfect and even though I can barely move my arms to type this review after yesterday’s workout, I can’t wait to be back in.

We go as a family and love it! John keeps us all engaged and working hard throughout every session. He explains proper technique, mixes up the exercises/stations, and keeps us focused. The equipment is top notch. The private/semi-private setting is great for our family.

Before conquer fitness Frisco it was hard for me to achieve my overall fitness goals. I would keep working out and I felt like nothing was changing. From the time I stepped into Conquer Fitness I knew that I was in good hands. Between the staff and the workouts I have felt properly trained and pushed to where I want to be. I have already seen a huge change to my body and continue to keep that motivation. Every staff member is amazing and will get you to your healthiest physical and mental state.

Hard work Pays off has always been the Motto I have striven to live by. After College football I told myself that I wouldnt work out until I was fat. Well that got a little out of hand, my playing weight was 255. I once got up to 263 but was unable to hold that weight for more than a week. Then came some desk jobs and coaching hours, and then Covid hit, which was almost a month of margaritas and online Poker. I looked down at the scale it toped 292 and I almost fell flat out. I knew I had to do something, fast. I was strolling through Instagram and this guy with a good haircut comes across my feed talking about if Im looking to get in the gym and workout in semi private class environment, with an experienced training staff. I started this weight loss journey in June. There was a couple times John even modified my workout, due to sprains and (me getting old), to get the same results. John and the whole Conquer Fitness team has made this journey great, enjoyable and have you honestly wanting to compete to become the best version of yourself. I wish I would have taken real Before and After photos but when I look at the scale and think about how I feel, the amount of energy I have each day, and just being overall happier, is proof enough to myself. I absolutely LOVE working out at Conquer Fitness! We drive from downtown Dallas almost every morning to join in on these challenging, yet satisfying workouts. I literally have only one week of working out one on one with these amazing people, and it has been the best week I’ve had in over ten years. John is very serious about what he does and wants the best for his clients. You can tell how caring he is for one’s well being. He also seems to be very compassionate and understanding, and often shares his own experiences he’s had over the years. I have been training with Jackobie who is a godsend for me. She is tough, yet very welcoming and encouraging. She has done more for my depression in one week than the anti depressants I’ve been on for the last three months. Looking forward to also taking some of the other trainers’ classes in the future. David always has the entire gym pumped during his class with his amazing energy. This is my 4th week since I joined Conquer and so far I am loving the experience. I have never been so consistent to the gym but I really feel motivated to go to this gym almost everyday. The workouts sessions are very well defined. I was only into running before, but wanted to try my hands on lifting weights and improve stamina for cardio and I think this is the perfect place for it. The trainers are very experienced and are very helpful and patient, they really guide you to perform exercise in correct way. Groups are also perfect in size such that every individual does get attention from the trainer. All in all, great experience and I would highly recommend it.

One of the BEST fitness class I have ever joined! I love the way John and other trainers gives you individual attention and motivation to perform better. Not to forget, the emails suggestions for healthy recipes and breakdown of food intake provided 😊You have different classes to focus on different kinds of training. Although Conquer Fitness excels at one-on-one personal training, the option that I most enjoy, and consistently attend, are the small group 45-min HIIT classes (Sun-Sat). Get in, sweat, get out! Conquer’s specialty is helping folks get back to being their best selves and I can DEF attest to this! The owner/lead trainer (John D) is a Ph.D. Physical Therapy and has brought together a staff of expert trainers who are all friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. The gym itself is clean and well-equipped; it is located in Central Frisco… therefore super-convenient! 💙If one wants to build muscle & burn fat, this is the place to go 💪🔥

Needing a place to get Physical Therapy for my knee and getting in a great workout at the sametime made this a place I had to try. After trying few places in the area, I truly love this place and place stays clean at all times. I highly recommend this place for a workout /PT and worth the 10 minute drive for me. I’ve tried many free trials at different gyms and walked away at the end, but this one stuck on me l. I signed up for a 3 classes per week membership. I feel better since starting out, and enjoy going back each time for a varied workout.The gym combines a deep knowledge of physical therapy and practical support during group classes tailored to my needs.As someone meandering around the foothills of middle-age, I’m conscious of staying injury free rather than benching 250 and I’m accommodated in this regard.The classes are small enough that you quickly start to recognise people who show up regularly and it’s a friendly crowd of different folk.I like the small “c” community feel - it’s not “like share comment subscribe hashtag gymgoalsfrisco” as far as I can see.The training is serious, but there’s no one yelling things at you; the motivation is gentle and personal rather than loud and faked and broadcast at high volume.The knowledge and equipment are there for you if you want them.

My wife and I both work full-time and we have 3 young kids, so its hard to prioritize going to the gym. Conquer Fitness has helped me get back into regular exercise after more than 5 years away from working out. Ive been going for a year now and am really pleased with the program.There are a few reasons why I recommend Conquer Fitness. First, the class-like nature, where Im scheduled to work out and its on the calendar, keeps me from flaking out. The fact that Ive signed up for a session keeps me accountable because Ive made a commitment. Second, John and his staff are very knowledgeable and have developed a serious exercise program. John has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a background in PT, so he knows what hes doing. I have a chronic injury that I have to be careful about reinjuring, and John helped me develop a training program thats customized for my needs. Its a nice mix of heavy lifting (I like traditional lifts like squats/ deadlift), functional movements, and cardio. Finally, the workouts are a good balance of small enough (

John has been very helpful with developing a sustainable nutrition plan that is easy to follow and not just some fad diet. It has helped me develop a healthy lifestyle. I have been with Conquer Fitness for almost two months now and I love it. I’m in my 50’s and I’m hard to motivate, but the small classes they offer make it fun and easy to enjoy. I actually look forward to going. You are able to go at your own pace, never any pressure to do more than you are able. John, Tony and Reshoo are all GREAT trainers. They always have time to help you with your form and they are always available to answer any questions you may have. Also it is a bonus that the owner/trainer,John, is a licensed PT. John is very knowledgeable about personal training AND has the benefit of being a doctor of Physical Therapy as well. He has helped me and my wife lose weight, gain muscle, develop good exercise and diet routines, AND helped us with our middle age physical therapy needs to avoid injuries. His entire team is very professional, helpful, and courteous. There is a variety of training options between personal training and group classes. The facility is top notch and very clean too. Alright where to start ok i started going to the gym on a whim ( a science experiment so to speak to see why people love it so much). i know nothing when it comes to working out so i was nervous. when i applied i have to say john texted me for a good time to call and chat about my fitness goals i wanted to talk via text but if hadn’t made me call i probably have chickened out. ( like i said this was a whim lol) but after setting up that free consult i was kinda hooked he worked with me on a payment schedule making it affordable for me to get in shape. which is awesome because i dont make that much. now the environment at conquer is awesome your not surrounded by a bunch of skinny minis your surrounded by people that look like real people people that are on the weight loss or strength journey with you. u become part of a family. i know i am rambling here but its hard to put in words just how great this place is!!! i love it and i find myself axtually enjoying myself to workout i look forward to going to the gym. for example i never loved running ever i’m not a runner but surprisingly my fave machine is the treadmill just to see how far i can push my body and i dont think i would have ever really gotten on a treadmill and pushed myself if i hadnt attended a hybrid class where u do push yourself but its fun doing so!!!again sorry for rambling theres just so much u can say about this place lol

I actually like the space provided at this gym. It has everything needed for a good workout; plus the trainers are versatile and experienced. Be it stretching, technique, personal training, strength, weight loss, and more, you’ll get what you’re looking for here. The price is what you pay for and the trainers know what they are talking about. I’ve worked with John, Tony, and Reshoo and they are great. If you want to get yourself back in shape or take your fitness to the next level sign up at Conquer Fitness. I personally hate working out and have been paying for a gym membership for years. Before I started at Conquer Fitness I knew how to bench, curl dumbbells and run on a treadmill. This place has taught me so many different movements and I’m starting to understand my different muscle groups. Conquer Fitness is an awesome gym! What I love about this gym is that it is not huge, yet it still has everything you could ever need without being crowded. You can work on your own, or you can attend workout classes. I highly recommend taking the classes. Each day is a different type of workout that is fully effective in getting results in weight loss and muscle gains! John will give you nutritional goals to set according to the desired results you have set for yourself. My goal was to lose as much weight as possible. So, I did a 4-week weight loss challenge and lost 34.2 lbs and in just 4 weeks!!! I worked really hard, but the support and encouragement that I got from John, his trainers, and the other members of the gym really made the difference in keeping me motivated. There is really nothing negative to say about this gym (except I live far away from it). I highly recommend anyone looking for a great gym to go to Conquer Fitness!!!

The Barre class is awesome. It may look easy but it really challenges you and focuses on toning. Really good atttention on abs and stretching. Reshoo is fantastic. She teaches the class for all levels - if youre a beginner with more experienced people, you dont feel intimidated or self conscience. She encourages people to do what they can vs trying to do too much and hurt yourself. Shes outstanding at making sure your form is correct so you get the most out of every movement. She mixes up the exercises every class so you dont get bored and are challenged every time. Try it!The whole gym has great people and instructors. Smaller classes allow for more personalized feedback. Its a great experience - check it out!

When I first learned about this gym I figured it was just like all the others I’ve been to. Well from the 1st complimentary class I attended, I felt inspired and at the end of the workout I was not tired. This was a big plus for me, as when I got home I could carry on with my day. Joining Conquer fitness is the best decision I’ve made for myself. With each classes I feel even more motivated by the personal attention and team mates. John and his crew (Tony & Reshoo) are amazing , they take care of every individual member to improve their fitness levels , every week they come up with different work out sessions , so your body will not get accustomed to it and feel lazy, one such example could be hybrid class which is blend of strength and short amount of cardio workouts. I started attending Conquer Fitness as part of a 5 - week Challenge/Promotion they had going on to get a feel for the place without a long term commitment. I wanted to start back working out once the gyms re-opened, after being closed due to Covid, but wanted something other than the Big Box gym. The limited size groups, the cleanliness of the facility and cleaning practices they have in place gave me some piece of mind and allowed me to focus more on my workout.What I didnt expect was the client focus I found, partnered with a family feeling atmosphere. The guidance from the trainers coupled with the workouts they designed take the guess work out of working out. The equipment is in excellent condition, the facility is clean and welcoming. These things along with the comradery from those that attend at the same time, really help to keep me accountable. I look forward to my 4 days at Conquer Fitness and am happy to call it my gym home. Conquer Fitness is the best gym by far! The management and staff are very knowledgeable about weight loss and gaining muscle. All of their classes are beneficial in losing weight and building strength. The staff motivates you to do your best and they encourage you to keep on going even know you want to quit. This is the hands down best decision I took.Was here for a fitness challenge. John is amazing. His coaching is exceptional. I have seen the best version of me through regular exercises here.Equipments are all new. They take really good care of people. My 7 weeks here was a great success.Should open a branch in Plano :)

The personal attention and accountability are what help me the most. John keeps track of your individual progress and is always helping you push yourself further than you believe you can go. Don’t think you have to be a ninja warrior to benefit from this, I am an overweight mom in her mid 40’s and after starting this program I feel strong and know my endurance is improving!

John, the owner, is incredibly passionate about his business and it shows when he trains. He is very patient, always available for questions, and a huge bonus - he is a physical therapist, which is a great resource when it comes to addressing old and new injuries.Ive been trying to find a new gym after moving, and this is what has set it apart from the rest:- small class sizes for more personal attention- a huge assortment of equipment that includes weight machines, cardio equipment, and free weights- a variety of class types to constantly challenge you (weightlifting, boot camp, core and cardio, bodyweight, etc)- rep ranges change every week, to easily track strength gains- members have to sanitize their area after each stationConquer is a great place to train for all fitness levels, and youll definitely see improvement with the motivation and guidance they provide!

I have been going to Conquer Fitness for a few months now and can honestly say I have gotten so much stronger and look forward to working out every week. I love the encouragement and motivation; even on days that I am tired or not feeling it, I feel so great in the end knowing that I “conquered” the workout. Just starteed working out here and loooooove this place. I would recommend to anyone wanting to change their life. John and Carmela are amazing and pay close attention to everyone in the class. Now as for results I will update in a month or two but so far Im loving it. Update: Its been two months and I have lost 15 pounds with hard work and diet changes. This place is life changing, its worth every penny and more. If you have a hard time getting back in shape give John a call, my journey is not over but I see the light. Great place to workout, facility is clean & John is awesome. The workouts vary so you are never bored. His knowledge on nutrition & weight loss is endless. Also if you have an injury or pain, he is a physical therapist so he can help you with options to reduce pain. I highly recommend.

The workouts are very individualized and every aspect of the movement is watched by my trainer. Being over 70 with double hip replacement,and one knee replacement, it is very important to me that I dont get hurt. I have been amazed that in my first month that my strengh and indurance has increased with a weight loss of just over 10 lbs.

I would recommend this place, john is a physical therapist who owns this place.Designed some excercises for over all strengthening of your body and with small group of people where you could benefit like having personal trainer. Comparitively less praise for having your own personel trainer.
