I was a patient here for about 2 and 1/2 years. I’ll be upfront and say I am posting this due to being extremely disappointed in how David’s office handled a certain situation. To keep a long story short, I had to reschedule 2 consecutive appointments (not NO SHOW, not cancel, but reschedule. I rescheduled for the next available time). My appointment was coming up and the day before my appointment I got a letter in the mail from Dr Candalario saying nothing more than he would no longer be offering his doctoral services to me. It didn’t say why or if he was moving or if I had done anything wrong. Just that he was no longer my doctor. I tried calling on Thursday but couldn’t get anyone and left a message. Tried calling on Friday but the office manager was at another clinic. Tried calling that clinic but she didn’t end up going there after all. Tried Monday morning and left a message. Finally they called me back and when I asked what the letter was about, she simply said it was because I needed to reschedule 2 consecutive appointments and because my medication has recently changed, it was vital that I come back without rescheduling”. Well that’s great guys, maybe at least give someone the courtesy of letting them know that there is a problem to correct. Good luck. Wouldn’t go back if you paid me. I guess he’s got enough patients.

Bright and open and interested in my health issues. Excellent listener and communicator. Well Informed about possible courses of treatment.

The virtual experience was still very efficient and everyone on staff was super helpful in making sure I received the care I needed. Overall, a very positive visit!

Dr Candelario was fantastic to meet with. He happily answered all my questions and a few others that came up while we talked. I also appreciated using video technology and hope that trend continues!

Great doctor’s office. Listens to your concerns and takes their time. Never felt rushed. Staff is first rate too!

5 minute wait to see the doctor. Nurse assistant was courteous and efficient. Dr. Candelario was very caring and listened to my concerns, He was knowledgeable and explained his course of action to me. He is a very pleasant man and easy to talk to.. It was nice to have a doctor who addressed my concerns.

Dr. Candelario is very personable. He takes time to listen to you and really get to know you. This is so important. Very friendly and efficient.

My husband had an 8:30 appt with Dr Candelario on June 19, 2020. He took vacation to make this appt. When he arrived at 8:20 he was told he missed his appt because they had moved his spot to 8:00 and the doctor didn’t have time to see him. The receptionist said if you’re 15 minutes late, you’re considered a “no show”. He was 10 minutes EARLY for his scheduled 8:30 appt! There was NO communication of his appt being changed - no text, no call, no email. He had no idea his appt had been moved! Mad, disappointed, lack of professionalism - indescribable to be treated this way.

Best doc ever!Dr. Candelario is knowledgeable and takes time to listen in order to find best solutions for his patients.Weather it’s scheduling right tests or dealing with Pharmacy, Dr. Candelario and his staff is always responsive and quick to get things done right. I never have to wonder how long or if my messages will reach Dr. Candelario when calling his office.My husband and I first started seeing Dr. Candelario at Mckinney location, so when he moved to Dallas office we just had to find him and follow. To our surprise, months later not only he remembered us, he recalled exact prescriptions he had last written for us!!Very personable, no nonsense doctor.

Excellent Dr. Great first time experience. Knowledgeable as to my illness and prescribe medication to lessen my discomforts.

I received a letter from Dr. Candelarios office stating that they no longer want to be my physician because I was abusive to a staff member. I immediately called and asked what exactly happened because I was incredibly surprised. The office manager said that I hung up on the staff member and was rude. I asked if I raised my voice or used bad language and she said it doesnt appear as if you did.I said that I was in the office with a specialist and wanted to ask the name of the medicine that caused me to feel ill. The staff member said she didnt know and didnt know how to find out. I said that is her job and her doctor prescribed it so it should be in the notes somewhere. She said she would look.I was on hold a while and I was in the office with the specialist so I hung up. The next thing I know I received the cancellation letter. I told the office manager my story and she told Dr Candelario and he said he still didnt want to see me anymore.I have no problem changing doctors but it is time consuming and a matter of principle. So just beware if his office staff does something wrong and you actually complain about it you might have to find yourself another doctor. Just how the system is supposed to work :)

Excellence is the standard at this place. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The center is clean at all times. Just a great place to be treated.

The office is clean and the staff is very professional and caring, but I dont seem to get the same level of service and/or care that I had become accustomed to in the past with Dr. Holtz.

Dr. Candelario takes more time with patients than any Dr. Ive seen. He makes sure that you understand everything thats being done and answers questions patiently and informatively. Highly recommended.

Dr Canderlario listens to the problem and helps to find a solution. He is wonderful as is his staff and Medical Assistant Claudia.

Dr Candelario saw my 15 year old daughter and was patient and listened to her as she described her symptoms. He ordered blood work and ruled out many things. I like that he did not feel like he had to solve it in his office and noticed she needed to be referred out to a specialist.

Convenient location, really nice and knowledgeable staff. Pretty quick in and out.

As a first time patient with Dr Candelario, and as a follow up to an Emergency Room visit, he spent plenty of time with me and made an extra effort to get me a referral for further testing the next day. All-in-all, this was a great first time experience.
