I went there as new patient since the location is less than 5 minutes from my house for my annual checkup for convenience. To my surprise there is no blood work performed at this office. So, my fasting was a wasted effort. Everything there is outsource to a laboratory facility which you have to schedule an appointment for. Not even a flu vaccine shot is available here. My wellness checkup is normally 100% paid for by my insurance, but since they used the incorrect medical code instead of a preventive code, I was billed. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved with Loren Floyd the Front Desk Manager. She told me she did not have time to be on hold with the insurance company and laboratory facility to resolve my issue. So, I decided to go back to my old doctors office since they do everything there inhouse for annual checkup, blood work, vaccination shots, and have excellent customer service when it comes to billing issues.

Dr. Caldwell is a great doctor. She listens carefully to my answers and desires to help me see the big picture when discussing my health. She explains treatments and medications in a thorough yet pleasant manner. I always feel encouraged after spending appointment time with her.
