Ive been Dr. Pepperells patient for over 10 years. He has always taken excellent care of me and my family. I recommend him to anyone looking for a physician in the Frisco area.

I was their patient from 3 years ago. It’s 4th time to get feeling so embarrassed. Front desk woman is so… She just ignores their patients, not listens and just hang up the phone. They changed my appointments twice without any notice. This time I got the letter to make appointment. But she says I am not in their patients lists. When I was in person, it was the same attitude. Couldn’t get any help several time. I liked my doctor. But I don’t want to come here anymore

I have been a patient of Dr.Bhargavas for over 4 years now and I absolutely love her and the office! Wonderful staff, very efficient! Her assistant (Aveen) is wonderful as well always returns my calls the same day! Everyone is very professional and I have referred my own family and friends here as well!

I have been a patient here for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it I have seen both of the physicians and theyre both wonderful! They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond! The staff is also wonderful, my call is always returned in a timely manner, and I never have issues getting my prescriptions refilled like I have at my previous office! I have recommended several family & friends to Dr.Bhargava and Dr.Pepperell and theyve all loved this practice!!

Ive used this practice since i was 16 and im now 30. It started out great but has completely gone down hill in customer service and care. Dr. Barghava has called in different prescriptions than she told me she was going to, told me i was negative for whooping cough and the health department called to tell me i was positive. She should not be allowed to practice medecine. She is not the doctor she used to be

Planning to move away from this place. Never keep their appointment time. Staff are not friendly either. Only thing going for them is they have a great Dr. Anupama Barghav.

Dr. Pepperall couldnt be more kind and professional. He does fantastic explaining his diagnosis in a simple manor. He also doesnt let you leave until hes answered all your questions. I also love that I have a semi-annual physical.

Dr. Bhargava is caring, takes her time, pays attention, and is concerned about giving the best care.Front office staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.The nurse was rude.

Dr. Pepperell and his staff - his PA Christy - are absolutely amazing. He is kind, compassionate, and a great doctor. I highly recommend!!!

My family has been going here for years and I have never had an issue with anything. When my insurance company needed a receipt, they were always ready to assist. Our primary doctor is Pepperall, however I have heard great things about Dr. Bhargava as well. I would recommend this location and these doctors to anyone in need.

Called today to see about being seen. The lady was very nice but she stopped me short of what I had to say because her Doctors are not accepting any NEW cash patients... What??? Its cash are you serious?! This practive Id obviously in it for just the money and not to help. Glad I was told no now because had I been there and found out how crummy the doctors are Id be in more trouble. Be ware!

The front desk lady was highly unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 3:15 and got there at 3. She acted as if 15 min was not enough time to check someone in???? However had enough time to chit chat with her friend infront of my face acting like I’m not a priority. Being in the health care means you should realize people come to a doctor becuase they are uncomfortable and concerned about something serious. We don’t come to pick out what color we want our nails to be this week! Highly disgusted with her attitude towards me.

Dont ask the front desk people anything about the lab or few for procedures. They have zero knowledge and instead will give wrong information, which will trouble you. I went there came with a big bill without getting cured and being referred to other specialist.

Dr. Bhargava is an absolutely incredible doctor. I cant say enough good things about her. Shes been my family doctor since the moment I established a PCP and I recommend her to (literally) everyone. Over the past several years she has become the primary care provider for my husband, my daughter, my mom, my dad, my closest friend, two coworkers/staff, and some friends through church. My family and I work in the healthcare industry, so we know how important it is to have a doctor who knows their stuff, is available when it matters, and that you can trust their diagnosis/treatment plan is accurate/will work. Dr. Bhargava is a family physician who gives specialist care. Shes highly knowledgeable in such a large scope of health conditions. Shes handled my husbands allergy testing and shots, my daughters asthma, my friends migraines, and shes even hooked up an IV in the office for me when I had pneumonia! Her bedside manner, professionalism, diligence, dedication, and compassion are what every patient wants and needs in a doctor. I highly recommend her.
