I was treated with such care and concern. My doctor and my nurses were the absolute best. The Medical City Frisco Emergency Room is phenomenal.I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Avoid this ER like the plague. they treated me without empathy or care. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you need medical treatment.

Husband has had chest pains and numbness in left arm all day. Does not want to go to ER because he knows the bills will start pouring in. I am more worried about him than the bills. I called, Alex in the ER dept answered. I explained the situation. He had ZERO care for my husbands condition or my plight. He kept repeating, I cant give advice over the phone...Thanks for not asking a single question, not showing any care at all for my husbands health! Never going there.

They refused to treat or even fully see my husband who likely has an abscess. He is in incredible pain, but they just referred him to a specialist who we wont be able to see for days and refused to give him any kind of pain medication. They had no empathy for him being in terrible pain for over a week. We will be disputing the charges as they did absolutely nothing to help him.

Understaffed and should not be accepting children to this ER. The waiting room is 10ftX16ft. 7 chairs in the small waiting room. Children are in close to proximity to one another and coughing and throwing up on the floor. There is no one at the front desk. You actually have to ring a bell to get service. Orders are not properly written into the system and the nurse said sometimes the orders don’t get into the system. I want not come back here because there are other better facilities that are better staffed and their systems work.

I went to the ER with 6yr old son the bed side manager is Horrible and the care we received was not that of genuine concern. I feel as if it had something to do with our race

I had a great experience with the ER and my 3 year old. He split his head open by hitting his head on his sisters crib. (Doing flips on the ground right next to me while I was changing sisters clothes) Security helped us in, a nurse carried my 2 year old, and we were seen right away. We saw 4 nurses and 2 doctors, all were friendly, kind and great with kids. His wound was cleaned, topical lidocaine applied with an orange wrap (at his request) to make him look like a ninja, then more lidocaine and 4 staples. My son thanked them, gave them all a high five and we were walked out by security at the end.

Best hospital in North Texas for labor and delivery. Shout out to nurse Meg, Margo, Ebony, and Mia.

I came in with my 18 month old after he fell off the couch and wouldn’t put any weight on his leg. I was taken back to a room quickly, then spent the next two hours there waiting. The nurse and the insurance lady were super nice. The nurse even found some crackers for my toddler who was starving. But, the doctor spent maybe 30 seconds with me total. He was not good with children at all, which I find odd, since they advertise it as a children’s Er? He seemed annoyed that I was there, and like he hated his job. I don’t understand how this is a children’s Er, since we were the only kid in the entire place. I also find it very unprofessional that he didn’t even do a full body exam. (Like check his hips, etc). He came in and asked me what I wanted x rayed. I’m not at all impressed. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because the nurse was great.

Very bad service. Waited in the ER with me daughter for and hour before noon and still didn’t even make it the back. Need to close the ER don’t know about the rest of the hospital. But I see why the have 2 and a half stars. FOR A HOSPITAL, if you have an emergency please choose another ER.

They do not care not one lick, oh and don’t be a black patient they will treat you even worse. The facility is not clean either.

I was greeted within minutes, with compassion and care. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I must say this was the best hospital experience. I took my Mom to Presbyterian Hospital few months ago in Plano. It was the worst experience.
