Everyone was incredibly kind to me while I was in a LOT of pain! They took great care of me and everything clearly runs extremely well!! The wait was short and all of the staff were thorough.

The whole process at I care ER was very easy and efficient. Everyone was very nice and helpful from the lady on the phone to the nurse and the doctor. This place was highly recommended from a friend of mine and I was not disappointed.

Arrived at their ER at 3AM. Was immediately, evaluated, and initial treatment began. X-Rays and CT scans followed. Diagnosis was made along with prescriptions. Released to return home by 7am. Nurse, Doctor, and Tech were kind, professional and thorough.

I’ve had nothing but excellent care and service here over the couple times that I’ve utilized this facility. Medical staff is nice and take an interest. I recommend them if you’re trying to stay clear of the actual hospital if your not in diar need of medical help.

Would give zero stars if possible. Daughter had sore throat. Trying to follow the rules we called their number at the entrance prior to walking in. It just left us stuck in a loop of the phone tree. I walked in, explained trying to call and their phone system wasn’t working. The receptionist couldn’t stop smacking her gum long enough to care. Said “yeah nope ya gonna have to go back to the car and fill out all the registration paperwork and insurance on ya phone then we will get to ya”. Absolutely unprofessional service and unacceptable communication. If that is how they greet patients then I can only imagine the care from the provider. I told her no thank you we would be going down to Legacy Urgent Care and ER instead and like we should have in the first place. I wanted to try iCare because it’s right by the house. Not for us.

Efficient from when patient walks in. Waited no more that 5 minutes before being taken in. First nurse did all the usual: blood pressure, etc. doctor came in right afterwards. Discussed problem ; nurse came immediately in room with injection. Then another nurse brought me my prescriptions. Wasn’t even there an hour!!! Plus, all were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend

I’ve had to come to icare on three separate occasions and each and every time it’s been a pleasant experience despite circumstances. The doctors and nurses are so kind and I’m always rightly charged. Not overpriced. Thank you icare for giving us a place to come when emergencies take place!

The doctor was a joke. He told me the sharp stabbing pains deep in my dead were because I had dandruff. Literally prescribed me head a shoulders.

Pretty quick and smooth experience to get a covid test! Would just be good if it was more obvious as to which entrance to use for covid tests. It used to be around the back, but then I got pointed to the front, then they sent me round the back again!

Called before I showed up, very friendly staff. Registered on my phone, got called to come in, everything went fast and smooth. Def will come back, hopefully i dont have to but if i do, i know where to go when im around this area.

The nurse today was very polite, friendly and helpful. The doctor that came in to discuss my symptoms was very professional, yet you could tell he cared about what I was saying. If I could choose these two as my PHP’s I would.

After waiting over an hour to be seen at a different urgent care only to be told they wouldnt be able to see me, I was frantically calling around to find somewhere to go. I called this place at 7:41pm and they told me if I could get here before 8:00pm they could process me in for urgent care services. I drove 8 minutes and got there with minutes to spare and reception was still friendly and got me processed in quickly with minimal paperwork. I did see patients come in at 8:05pm and the receptionist had to let them know that they missed the deadline for urgent care but then proceeded to help them find another urgent care that was still open. He checked one that was across the street and saw that they closed at 8:00pm too and he continued his search until he found them one that was still open.The facility is large and clean with nice amenities (water fridge, keurig machine bev station). Staff was courteous and they processed me quickly. By the time I walked out, only 25 min had passed from the time I made my call. This may not be the nearest urgent care to me but this will be the one I will be returning to in the future and recommending to everyone.

This ER always listens and takes care of your needs. I have never had a bad experience here. They understand you are in pain when you come in. Also its never busy and I get seen right away. Staff here is super friendly and its a very clean establishment.

I had a billing issue that was not explained correctly by my insurance and billing however the facility director talked me off a ledge and helped me understand the billing and process with insurance. Really efficient. I was not the patient. We went in for a Covid19 test because 9 yr old was sent home from school with yellowish runny nose & sore throat, no fever. The front desk saw that I was sweating, a little off balance & shacky. They asked if I was OK did I need a chair. I was hot, in pain, I have neuropathy so my balance is almost always compromised. The nurse came in waiting room to see what was wrong with me.They were as competent with my grandson as they were with me. Complemented him on his maturity & reaction to tests. Absolutely felt they would have any situation in excellent care. Thanks Angela & Alissa and front desk too.

I was sitting in the waiting room with my wife and watched a male employee aggressively threaten some poor man that was struggling to speak with a mask on and a screen in front of him, and just wanted to get covid tested. It escalated very fast based on the gas on the fire from this staffer. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope that man got the right help as he didnt sound well. I dont recommend this place.

(Frisco, TX location) Watch out for these people and their shady billing. Always confirm out of pocket expenses before you allow them to do any work. When you get a surprise bill in the mail then you will understand what I am posting about.Horrible bed side manner, not very knowledgeable and driven ONLY by over billing you for items that you will not question or wont notice. CVS and Walgreens are more reliable and close by.Taking advantage of the sick and those in need, based on an over complex system, is despicable.When you try to discuss over the phone, they hang up on you with some flippy attack.When trying to find a main corporate phone #, there is no one to be found.Very sketchy organization.(fyi, the RESPONSE BY OWNER that may follow this review is not made to help me, its made to try to make them look innocent to unsuspecting prospects- there are so many better options, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!)

Today was our 3rd time coming in for a Covid-19 screening. The nurses, technicians and doctors are kind. Checking in from the car was easy and the wait to be called in was reasonable. We had good experiences. And all 3 times tested negative 🙂.

I was at this facility for my Covid testing and I was told at the entrance it will 40 mins for my Covid testing.I was asked to wait in my car but after 50 mins I called back and I was told it will take another hour or hour and a half. Though I clearly mentioned I have symptoms and body is in pain.When I said how come you never called me back to inform me that instead of 40 mins it will take 2 hours or so, the staff replied I understand but you have to be in car park even if you move out we will not take your test.This is my worst Covid testing experience so far.Highly not recommended

Not a great experience. The nurse was caring and friendly. As well we the front office. However, the doctor did not spend more than two minutes with me. Not too happy with that. Also, super expensive! And for nothing but a urine sample.
