Considering they charge $1,500 for an emergency visit, I expected a lot more. Impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. Staff is wearing basic PPE even though they are treating people with COVID, they didnt see overly concerned about it. Doctor was in for 15 minutes and didnt prescribe anything or talked about potential therapies like monoclonal antibodies, etc. They didnt ask if I needed any refills for my current medications to last through quarantine either. I basically paid $1,500 for a rapid antigen test and walked out with basic discharge instructions to manage symptoms with OTC drugs.

This place has been amazing. From what I see people complain about the costs... I have insurance and it has been nothing out of pocket. Without insurance anywhere will be expensive. The nurses and doctors here are amazing! They have always been quick and attentive. This is my family’s go to spot for any urgent medical issues, stepped on a nail, cold, strep, kitchen knife cut, etc.

After getting the runaround from 2 other places over 2 days I found this gem...I needed a rapid Covid test before I could visit my parents and after waiting 9 hours at another place (signature in Lewisville) and the next day getting turned away, a friend told me to goto Legacy ER...I drove from Dallas with little hope this place would help me, but I was so wrong... they were polite, listened to my needs and got me tested with results in under 30 minutes... They took my insurance, handed me my results and I was on my way with a smile.. These other places should take a page out of their book and just treat people right...Thank you Legacy, I was able to visit my elderly parents without worry... you guys rock...

BEWARE...CHECK THEIR COST BEFORE YOU GO THERE. THEY ARE UNREASONABLY HIGHI would rate them zero for their patient customer service and their charges. I went into their Urgent care after checking that they are in network with my insurance but they moved me to Emergency as I had chest pain. they seems to be out of network for emergency care. REALLY???how in the world would I know. They just hide things to get money from insurance and patient. The diagnosis turned out to be some unknown issue because my chest and lungs are healthy after ECG and Xray.I strongly feel that to make it emergency, they did lab test in addition to the ECG and Xray. My question is, if the ECG and XRAY came out to be good and healthy heart and lungs, why would a doctor to a additional lab test?? just to upcode the service to emergency???And when I called the patient account manager. She just said, I would not be alive and talking if they did do all the test?. Non Sense it it. Is that how they talk to their patient? even otherwise, why would they do ALL THE TEST?? As a medical professionals, wouldnt they know the limit? what test is necessary and what test not??If I did not pay the Bill, they mentioned they will go to collections. I have to then negotiate multiple time to reduce the payment. I ended up paying $1300 for just for a urgent care visit. And their billing dept is another waste of time. They asked me to appeal to insurance. Shouldnt that be billing companies responsibility? I had to collect all documentation and go through the pain of appealing with Insurance. I was able to reduce $7000 bill down to $2000 bill. Will I get credit??? no...billing company get paid for not doing work.think about people with no education on insurance...really we are in a pathetic situation between these incompetent companies.

Went here due to excruciating stomach pains and paid $2,750, not because this place is expensive but rather I was in between insurance policies at the time. MRI, blood work was done, staff were nice, facility was clean but I was told I was backed up and the doctor provided me with solution to get everything out of my system. Here I am two weeks later at the hospital due to the issue worsening with an inflamed small intestine. Paid a lot of money, was hoping to find out what was wrong, was misdiagnosed and treated - which was the most important part of my visit.
