Embracing Hands is great. Di is very professional, yet she makes the experience fun and more friendly than like a visit to the doctor. I am currently getting laser hair removal on my back and will be doing my chest and stomach as well next visit.

Di started out well but my daughter & I both paid up front. It got to the point where we were having to call 3,4 & even 5 times to get in and she never had times that worked with our schedules we had to work around hers because this is a part time job for her! In the end we gave up! I lacked 2 treatments that I had paid for and my daughter lacked 6 treatments! She looked at legal action but discovered between time & money it wasn’t worth pursuing so lesson learned NEVER pay up front if your spa treatment person is not a well known & established facility like Sona med spas! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
