Great service after a terrible experience with another dentist. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail without being condescending. The way they take X-rays and pictures of your teeth is pretty cool too! Love the Netflix and overall ambience of the office and suites as well as the efficient front office that had my plan of care ready and available to me at any time online.

We all love Plush Dentistry. We see Dr Ali while the kids see Dr K. Both the dentists are very knowledgeable and explain very well what they are doing. My kids always look forward to their dentist appointments and Dr K and her staff make it a pleasant experience like always. Krystal is sooo good with my little daughter too and ensures she is comfortable when getting her dental work up done. I highly recommend them.

Plush Dental is a great dental office with the most accommodating staff. They go out of their way to provide comprehensive treatment in a caring environment. I love Plush Dentistry! Dr. K and Dr. Ali are the best, I’ve seen both and am very pleased with both! Their cleaning procedures are very thorough and delicate! They make you feel comfortable the entire time, the assistants are the best! My teeth always feel so smooth! Going to the dentist during this pandemic, I’m sure just like everyone else can be hesitant at first, but they are wonderful with keeping patients safe! Masks are worn by staff and other patients before you come in. They have placed many safety protocols to keep everyone safe and the office is just so beautiful! Ive been looking for a new dentist since my last one Brident Dental was not meeting my expectations or needs what so ever. Its been over a year since I was uninsured, and with my new insurance I was able to find Plush Dentistry. I already get bad enough anxiety, especially visiting a dentist when it sky rockets but I felt absolutely comfortable and welcomed! Veronica was very friendly and helpful from the beginning, we had some trouble getting my x-rays from my previous dentist but we got it situated hassle free. My dentist Sadhai was attentive and understanding of my anxiety! He made sure I felt safe and comfortable, for my next visit he offered me noise cancellation headphones! His assistant was nothing but kind and she kept asking if I was comfortable which I really appreciated because with my past dentist they did not even bother. Overall super excited to get my perfect smile with Plush Dentistry!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Plush Dentistry. Everyone was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. Even supplied a blanket when I got cold. Dr. K Was very thorough and cleaned my teeth herself which I felt gave her a better overall understanding of all of my teeth. Previous dentists simply went by pictures and a quick glance. And they made suggestions for my teeth that are sensitive. Overall I am very pleased with my visit.

I was overdue in seeing a dentist due to covid and other reasons...so I finally searched on Google for local dentist near me and found a handful of dentist offices with 4.5+ reviews or higher and decided to give Plush Dentistry a try for my teeth cleaning. I called the front office and ask if they were taking new patients (given covid) and was able to get on the schedule quickly. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted by the front office folks. Did some preliminary X-rays with dental hygienist before seeing Dr K.Dr K. proceeded with remainder of examination and thoroughly explained my situation and proposed options. Afterwards Dr K. performed my teeth cleaning and did an awesome job with her technique to clean my teeth without feeling any pain (I have really sensitive teeth). Throughout the cleaning Dr K. asked me multiple times if I was doing okay which spoke on the level of care they provide to each patient and to my own needs.Given that it has been awhile since my last dental visit (former dentist in Irving before moving to Frisco)...Dr K. and her staff made me feel totally comfortable throughout my visit (scheduling, check-in and check-out process, quick cleaning, consultation) and did not try to up sale me which was really nice.I got to see first hand why Plush Dentistry got 5 star ratings and will be giving one myself. I highly recommend going to Plush Dentistry for your dental needs as they will treat you right!!

I had the best experience here. Everyone was very welcoming and treated me with warmth. I didn’t feel they rushed me like I’m just a number. They took time with my cleaning and took time to ask me questions about myself to get to know me. I had been going to another Dentist for four years and complained about my teeth being sensitive and nothing was ever recommended. Finally, found out why I’ve had sensitivity and I have my follow up in a couple If weeks to repair some of my teeth. Highly recommend this office!

Love love these Dentist. They explained everything in my dental plan (No surprises). I love the crown, fillings and my bite is on point. Also the lab got my crown wrong and the Dentist refused to set a imperfect crown. They insisted that the lab make it right! Having massaging chairs and Netflix available was a bonus as well. I cant begin to express how thankful I am for how well this went for me. This was a great experience, one of many future experiences I hope. Everyone was very nice considering I was late and the last appointment of the day. They made me feel right at home and considering the amount of work that I needed on my teeth they didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed by what they were seeing. They also worked very hard to come up with a way to pay for the work in the least traumatic way possible. Plush has been the answer to my prayers! I was so afraid to find a dentist to replace my old cosmetic work.
