I visited the Frisco Key Whitman Center for an annual eye exam and found the entire staff to be extremely cordial and professional. I was attended to in a very short period and was impressed at how Anita Jacob, OD explain the results of my eye exam and the need to come back in a month to monitor a potential issue.I highly recommend this office and look forward to going back.Michael Lee,

Key Whitman - Dallas and Plano are always efficient, courteous and professional. Never even need any pain pills and healing was excellent.

The front desk was great, I got to the back pretty quickly. The attendant (not sure of her title) and the doctor were absolutely wonderful!!! Doctor Phifer listened to my concerns and ultimately the conclusion she came to was the best for now, for my eye health. I would highly recommend the office!!

Highly recommend Key-Whitman Eye Center. Have been with them as a patient since 2016. Had cataract surgery and many follow up appointments. My husband is also a patient. They are all very courteous and efficient.

I was extremely happy with my experience in the both Key-Whitman Eye Centers, Frisco and Plano. I had a little difficulty locating the Frisco site, which made me late, but people didnt treat me like a juvenile ( seniorile?) delinquent and I was still seen in a timely manner. The staff, including Dr. Pfeiffer, were wonderful. Treatment was thoroughly explained and administered on the spot. I will be seeing these good people again, and I can safely recommend Key-Whitman from my two experiences.

Key-Whitman makes the process of of making an informed decision about a surgical process easy. I got my initial appointment in a timely fashion, met my surgeon and received a detailed explanation of what to expect thru out the procedure. Dr Pfeiffer was very knowledgeable and assuring about the prospects of the surgery.Surgery was promptly scheduled and was a success. Dr Pfeiffer did a great job.

I scheduled an appointment for Fri, June 18 at 9am. I show up to find that the doors are locked. I call and the lady tells me the doctors arent in Frisco, that theyre in the Plano office, and that I dont have an appointment. What a waste of my time. On the door, it says office hours are 7:30-4, so why are the doors locked at 9? Theyve been nice up to this point as Ive been here for maybe 4 or so appointments, but after this, never again!

Even after confirming the appointment twice, the office is closed during the appointment.. Worst customer experience 😡

Dr. Leslie Pfeiffer MD, is very detailed, explained everything in concise/clear manner, and makes sure the patient is comfortable at every step during procedures. Her high-quality training ( Duke, University of Texas, and USC Roki Eye Institute) are apparent with the techniques she uses to conduct surgery yet keep the patient awake, calm, and relaxed. Dr. Leslie Pfeiffer is an outstanding Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
