The owner of this place is a real hoot! Cannot believe the way she talks to her customers. Not cool lady, found them on Groupon and became a regular after 2 sessions but I was upset that after she charged me for a month when they were closed down she would not accept my gift certificate as payment. It could only be used as aftercare. She went on telling me how her other hundreds of clients didnt have a problem with this so i shouldnt either. Also you book beginning of the month and last couple appointments I have waited over 30 minutes when I get there and girls who come in later get walked back before i do. Not sure if they know but there are hundreds of places in the valley to go to for waxing, its the attitude that will set you apart in a negative or positive way.

The owner of this place is disgustingly unprofessional. I had a monthly membership and during her shutdown, she kept charging my card. I let it slide once because she offered a gift certificate for future use. She was also offering to do private sessions at home during her shut down but you had to “know her personally” and I didn’t. Come July, she charged me again and they were closed so when I asked her for a refund she flipped out and start messaging me saying very unprofessional things. I had to talk to my bank to dispute the charge which they did after a long process of me showing them messages from her and them investigating that she was indeed closed. Now, I have another payment because she decided to cancel my membership after I told her it was illegal to hold a customers money. And she still tried to charge me a cancellation fee. I am having her investigated because what she is doing is illlegal. Take your business elsewhere and do not give this woman the time of day.

Yea the way its set up is odd and I have to admit my Brazilian wax was not good... im not sure if they use quality wax or not but the grow back was terrible... will not repeat... way overpriced and Id rate the customer service a 4

The owner keeps lying on me saying I was never a client just so she doesnt look bad.. my Google is Darlene Johnson because thats my middle name and instead of her taking everything personal she should try to fix it and make it right the customer service is terrible the Brazilian wax was terrible they were totally unprofessional and disrespectful over priced for their services for sure... the owner literally stalked me on Facebook then blocked me all because I posted a review stating the wax service was terrible!!! She needs to get a grip and learn how to treat customers and clients i would never return because of her. Do me a A favor learn how to take criticism or your gonna fail as a business owner!

I’ve been coming here for Brazilian Waxing for a little over a year and Ashley has done majority of my sessions. I love it I hardly have any wait time to be seen. I definitely have slower hair growth and MUCH thinner. I recommend this place to my friends and family and just waxing in general. They also have deals for us students👍🏼 If you want to get waxed ask for Ashley she made me feel comfortable whenever I didn’t.

I LOVE this place! I have tried several other wax spas and Valerie is the Best!! She makes me feel so comfortable and her technique makes Brazilians dang near painless! I also love all of her advice and her bath bombs and sugar scrub is AMAZING!!! Definitely telling all my friends about Dare to Go Bare!

I looked for this waxing place on Google I found some really great reviews. Unfortunately whether the reviews were good or not my experience was terrible and I didnt even get a service done. I popped in to see if they would take a walk in. They dont take walk-ins. Unfortunately my schedule made it so I couldnt make an appointment and I was fine to say okay thank you very much have a nice day. When I was getting ready to leave another girl looked at me in a very snotty attitude said for future reference make an appointment now Im not from Fresno California I am from Seattle Washington I was here for a wedding. I have never been spoke to you so rudely by somebody in the beauty industry. It makes me ashamed to call myself a cosmetologist if thats the way they are treating people. Its awfully funny that right now the three ladies in that Salon are so-called booked up they are sitting there on their butts at their computers playing with their phones. Yes i can see how busy you really are. I highly recommend. If you are interested in this salon you choose a different one so that way you can have the experience that you deserve.

I got my very first wax, and I will say although I was nervous, my waxing expert made me feel so at ease with the entire process! They also have the cutest boutique ever! I didn’t want to leave, I love everything about dare 2go bare and that’s why I purchased a membership.

I love this boutique shop. All of the professional waxers are down to earth. They’re always warm and have a upbeat personality. I’ve met the owner a couple of times and she reflects her staff members.

Was very nervous at first but the estheticians their make you feel at ease. Not only do they educate you about your skin but the after care as well. They offer in house made scrubs which are amazing.
