Had eyebrow and upper lip waxing done. Quality of service was good. I was very satisfied w/ the outcome. Customer service friendly which was quite enjoyable and welcomed. There was not any silent awkwardness if they had not been personable/sociable while we had been sitting in the chair. And we were in/out w/o any issues. Benefits bar is where well be getting my eyebrows done on a regular. Thank you

I have always booked brow service appointments with Mary at Fresno Fashion Fair for 7÷ years and she is always professional, listens and talks with customers about the service and shape of brows. She provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about beauty products, and the work area is very clean and organized. I would recommend Mary at this location to everyone. This was my first time with Alisha. After only going to someone else for the past year, but I was not able to get scheduled in with my usual brow girl so I made an appointment with Alisha. She did such a great job! I’ll definitely be going back. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my brows.

Mary was great! Had my daughter’s eyebrows waxed, she cleaned them up perfectly. She did exactly what I asked for and took her time.

Im really pleased with the service I recieved here. Mary was excellent! I learned some tips from her to enhance my skincare/beauty routine. This is also good place to get assistance with choosing make-up while keeping a healthy distance in these times of the pandemic. The prices and quality are really good, too. The most important element to me in life is quality, and whenever I come to Benefit, that is exactly what I receive. I’ve been getting my brows done by Mary for almost three years, and the one thing that astonishes me the most is the consistency. Many people have mentioned to me before that there are cheaper places in Fresno to get a wax which could be true; however, with lower prices you probably aren’t getting the same quality, and your brows might not come out impeccable, each and every time. If you want an extraordinary esthetician, allow Mary to work with you, as in my personal opinion, she’s the best esthetician in the valley.
