I love this European Wax Center location! The staff is friendly and welcoming and truly care about the atmosphere and experience for the customer. This is also the cleanest and best kept location I have ever visited. If you have been looking for a trustworthy and hygienic salon for your wax needs, I highly recommend this European Wax Center location.

The wax and products they use are great. Haven’t ever had a bad experience. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable of their services. Both Fresno and Clovis locations are clean, easy to book online. Wax services are always done thoroughly, usually done in 15 mins. I’ve used European Wax Center for over 4 years now.

At the appointment I was immediately greeted by lovely staff, the waxing service I received was not painful, my waxer talked me through the entire procedure, she was very educated. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time but my last appt I had a bad experience with the front desk and it just ruined it for me. I came 5 min early to my appt and they told me to sit down they’ll be right with me. I understood because one was on the phone and the other with a guest checking out. However after the lady got off the phone she didn’t ask to help me/check me in. 3 guests walked in AFTER me and both ladies (even the one that was helping a client pay) proceeded to help them out and get them checked in. I waited patiently but now it is 10 min after my appt time until I finally got up and asked them if they can help me now. I know they knew they forgot about me and I couldn’t even get a simple apology. I’m not one to make a scene either i was so irritated I just got my service done and left

I’m going to European wax center for a few years now and this location is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their team is great but management, scheduling, and customer service is probably the worst I’ve experienced.

Love EWC. Go see Mindy at the Fresno location! She is phenomenal. They just actually changed their line of products and have a whole bunch of new options. Prices for services are reasonable and they get you in and out as fast as possible. Also doing a great job with following any covid regulations currently. All very clean, everything is sanitized regularly, and with little unnecessary face to face interaction. 👏👏

I usually don’t like to complain but I’m just being honest. I had an appointment yesterday set around 530 for to do a Brazilian wax. As right when I stepped in the waxer didn’t introduce her name to me, so I had to see her name on her badge. As she was doing her job, I felt uncomfortable because she was doing my wax the way how she does it. I mean I understand each person does it differently but this one made it so uncomfortable I was getting anxiety, there were some pointers I had told her I want for her to do so my wax goes smoothly as she didn’t listen to my needs and wants. I felt really upset after my service which I didn’t say anything,because I felt really upset at that time and place.😔

First timer, booked an online appointment with Susana. She was exceptional!! Truly amazing! She made me feel so comfortable. I am so glad I picked her, I will definitely be going to her again!

I’m not trying to talk badly about other people that work there, but she’s definitely the best. She does a very thorough job, and she is an amazing person. She remembers you after the first time and she remembers things about you and your life that you share with her, all while being VERY professional and never making any experience awkward in the slightest. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I come here to get a Brazilian Wax and its worth it but usually hurts so bad. But today I had the pleasure of getting my wax done by Marissa! This girl knows her stuff! She is informative, super friendly, and it was the least amount of pain I have ever had with a wax! The girls in the front are always so nice friendly and helpful too! But wanted to give a shout out to Marissa for killing it and being amazing at her job! Highly recommend this European wax center!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I absolutely LOVE getting waxed here! And my wax specialist is more than amazing! Of course at first anybody would feel a little awkward because youre laying down getting hair removed from you body, but here I feel so comfortable! They have friendly conversation with you to keep your mind occupied and away from thinking about the pain waxing comes with (which I will admit, it isnt half as bad as everybody says). And the prices for your services are completely worth it. Overall, I will definitely be back!

I like this place. They have a monthly pass that you can purchase for services. They give you your first visit complimentary which is nice. Friendly staff and easy to run in and out of. They are near Macys at RiverPark.

It doesnt require any paper? linen? so it goes on super smooth and comes off easily. Will keep coming back :)

I been going to this location for quite some time and my experience has been great. Awesome staff. recently I had an appointment and was running few min late and I new I was 9 min late and by the time it was my turned in line the persons who helped me told me My appointment was already a no show. The person was not very friendly so I just made an appointment at the other location right away.

I have done my own Brazilian wax and it is extremely painful. Not only that but it doesnt look perfect when youre done. I went to the Europen wax center for the first time and had Carolyn . Words cannot Express how good my experience was!! But Ill try, service was awesome. I didnt feel any pain. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all and she was done in about 10 min. And it looks so perfect I just want to stare at myself naked...lol.

Horrible horrible horrible! Didnt get any of the baby hairs even though she waxed the same spot multiple times. I honestly did not have my glasses on so when looking in the mirror they give you i was not able to see everything left behind. But that has never happened before so its not something i look for. I just make sure my eyebrows are still there. She then plucked a couple hairs and applied gel & filled in my eyebrows before I left. Which was a great service I do admit but after taking a it off I noticed a good size chunk out of my eyebrow. Thankfully she didnt trim my eyebrows much with the horrible scissors she tried to use so I have the hairs around it to cover it up. I can say the safe is very nice but I will not be returning their products are not worth it. I could of done a better job plucking at home.

The lady I seen did a terrible job...I felt like for the price I paid i should have had better results , my session felt rushed and I just wasn’t happy with my results AT ALL...felt like she could have cleaned me up ALOT better 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Definitely don’t recommend

Beside being reasonably priced, I was not impressed by the two people working the front desk nor the rest of the staff I saw coming up front, there seemed to be a lack of genuine customer service, as a new client looking to have any part of my body waxed by a stranger, I expect a phenomenal first impression if you want my business and expect to keep it long term. That didnt happen, So I GLADLY left and will take my business elsewhere.

The staff was great so very friendly, but the business itself has problems1st. You walk into the room and they ask you to just drop your pants & get on the table they dont turn or give you any privacy.2nd problem is they do not remove any ingrown hairs from the skin.3rd they push their expensive products and a package deal on you during check in & out.

I would give this place a zero if I could...the staff seemed nice enough; but, when the girl took me back.... I very clearly explained that I had deep roots and very sensitive skin. She then proceeded to wax the areas not once- but, twice!!! She tore my skin off and I had to miss work today because one of my eyes is so swollen; I cane barely open it😢

The reception desk was ok not as friendly as I thought it would be for my first, my water made me super comfortable, the room was super clean. When I was checking out the reception desk was definitely a lot more friendly but I wished that my first impression was a lot better. I have worked in the customer service and know that first impressions are really important and hope that this review helps this establishment improve on that. Otherwise the overall experience was great, they informed me of all the deals they had. It definitely didnt hurt as bad as I thought it might. Thank you EWC!!

My first time Brazilian wax .Receptions desk was friendly.My friend recommended me to meet Susana but she out the town today so finally, I got Stephanie took care of me but she did to fast maybe she ready go home because almost 4 pm and she not clean my lip on the left side enough still have hair most of the left side not clean .I am disappointed a little bit but I am doing ok.Will meet Susana next appointment.

I had the best waxing experience. I had my underarms and a brazilian done today. This was my first time having a brazilian done and Myrissa did a great job walking me through it, helping me through the experience. She was extremely professional and did a great job. She kept saying that she is a perfectionist and made sure every hair was caught. That is a GREAT thing because who wants baby hair hanging around? She talked me through future visits as I progress in my pregnancy and what to expect and also how to help my hair growth. She is awesome 😁

This is the first time Ive even been waxed. I decided to get a Brazilian because my friend recommened this place, but honestly I was so nervous. The staff was friendly and my waxer was great at making me feel as comfortable as she could. And it only took roughly 15 minutes, so Im not sure if thats average? However, what I am upset about is that I didnt know until I got home that I had a bunch of very obvious hairs that were not waxed, so now Im having to clean it up. I wasnt instructed to double check her work before I left, which I probably would have taken the initiative with antthing else, but I was still very uncomfortable being this is the first time Ive ever done this. Ultimately, Im very disappointed that I have to finish the job. I really feel like I wasted money going here.

Let me just say that i love a good natural brow and the lady that did them make them sooo thin I literally walked out with chola eyebrows. I have thick brows and the lady didn’t listen to what i told her to do, i just wanted her to clean them and FOLLOW MY ARCH! And just know that they literally waxed your brows and filled them in will make up so they look can look “nice”. Hate this place so much i walked out really upset. When someone does your brows they shouldn’t fill them in with pomade,eyebrow pencil, or powder thats the point of getting them done so you can see the narural brow they did on you. This place does horrible job they tried soo hard to make themselves as if they do a good job. If you want to walk out with chola brows which it means if you want super black filled in thin brows go then. Ooh and not to mention their over priced prices. Ridiculous!

It’s been hit and miss at this place. I’ve been lucky with the services when I started receiving Brazilian waxes in 2015. 2 different waxers used very effective small strips. This greatly reduces the pain and leaves less strays behind. I took a break from the services and the new waxer used only 1 strip on the top portion as opposed to 5 strips. Then slowly peeled away only to reapply on extremely tender area without success. When I inquired about the change, she insisted it had always been done that way and would never consider changing. I haven’t been back since.

Best wax Ive ever had. We all know that waxing specially Bikini area always comes with a little bit of pain.. Well I can honestly say it doesnt have to hurt. I have tried hot wax, sugar wax, and always felt pain and I been waxing for years. I will be using European Wax Center from now on, and say goodbye to pain. Thank you :)

I liked the people who worked there. The area was very clean. My waxer did a great job. Didnt miss a thing. But I have to say, I got very very bad in-grown hairs. My leg hair started go grow out within a week. I usually wax myself using those very strips and I never got ingrown hairs and my hair growth didnt come in after a month. It was painless to the least. I had strawberry hairs for a month. I constantly exfoliated my legs 2 times a day. I had so many bumps from the ingrown hairs!! Looked like mosquitoes bites :( only way to rid of them I had to shave, which made it easier. Felt like I spent $80 on nothing just for me to shave again. :(

Today was my second visit & honestly I am a little irritated with the customer service that was provided to me. I called this morning to verify appointment time, then I get to my appointment to be told oh weve been trying to contact you, to see if you would like to reschedule because your Waxer called in today. I said well when I called to verify time that was not mentioned to me. This was coming from the gentleman working the front desk. Then says we can fit your in today or you can come in tomorrow with your Waxer. I said I can see another Waxer. He was so rude about it. My Waxer (Amanda) was awesome, she had a great personality and was giving me advice on all products. I even purchased product. After paying for my Full Bikini Wax and Slow It body scrub, the girl who was working the front desk looked over to where they have their bags & looked back at me & said your can put that in your purse. I was in so much disbelief I felt that was very unprofessional and it was an uncomfortable setting. I hope this doesnt get ignored & it is properly handled.
