Dr. Oji is an amazing surgeon. I was only his 5th patient that needed a rare surgery for a ruptured anterior tibialis tendon. Post surgical recovery time is generally one year. I am 4 1/2 months out. I just completed physical therapy and am able to walk and stand with little to no pain. I still have home exercises to do in order to strengthen the muscle around my ankle, as I was in a cast and was none weight bearing for a few months. My gratitude to Dr. Emmy Oji is beyond words. He is kind, professional, makes you feel at ease and is an extremely skilled surgeon. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Oji to my family and friends. Oh, and I followed his post op instructions to a T and the benefits of that was very little pain, very little use of pain meds. So, follow doctors orders. Dr. Oji, if you read this, thank you so much.

I had my left ankle repaired due to instability. Dr. Oji was outstanding! From my first visit to his office, my conversation with him at the hospital prior to Surgery and to my follow-ups, Dr. Oji has been nothing but supportive and answered all my questions. I have found as with any Surgery or Doctor visits, ask lots of questions and take lots of notes. I couldnt of asked for a better Dr. And surgeon. He is truly amazing. I can never thank him enough for putting my foot back together. I will refer him to everyone I know. Yes, sometimes you have to wait passed your appointment time but there is good reason for that. He spends time with his patients and doesnt rush to get them out. He listens and explains things well.

Dr. Oji performed my big toe fusion almost two years ago with much success at Fresno Community Hospital. I have had several procedures there and haven’t had any issues. Now I’m having Dr. Oji do the same on the other foot soon. Dr. Oji has always explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with the needed treatments. Friendly and highly recommended.

I just had first surgery yesterday one out of two first is for Pan fasciitis the second is to come in 3 months to repair a tendon tear, I am so impressed with Dr Oji . He found so many things wrong with both my feet and told me that it is all fixable. I haven’t had any pain really at all with this surgery. I really love the way he spends time with his patients and explains what is happening and how he can fix it. My first foot Doctor I saw said it was my knee causing the pain and told to wear shoe supports, that wasn’t the case. I found Dr Oji and was told different. I would recommend this Surgeon to anyone who needs one, The staff is awesome also, so friendly and kind never have to wait long always seen within 15-20 minutes Very impressed, Thank you Doctor Oji Patricia Hennessy

Dr Oji did my ankle surgery for tendon tear. His post op care was great. His staff is awesome and the extern students are great. I will highly recommend him

A lot of people complain about the wait but has anybody ever bothered to ask why. He is one of only two podiatrist I believe in the entire Community Network therefore if you go down for instance to surgical services to see him he sees 60 patients a day do the math. Cut him a little slack. Very open , very nice and more than willing to answer your questions. I like that about a doctor.

Is always late from surgeries. Has full waiting room cause of it. Expects you to sit 2 hrs til he gets to you knowing your supposed to have your leg elevated. AFTER SURGERY CARE SHOULDNT BE WHEN I GET TO YOU WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR WEEKS. HORRIBLE AFTER CARE AND ALWAYS SAYS HE TOLD YOU THIS OR THAT. WHEN HE HASNT. THINK HE GETS PATIENTS CONFUSED.
