I struggled with years of infertility and irregular cycles and once I was finally referred to Dr.Swanson, his team was able to pinpoint the problem and come up with a plan of action in 2 months and then I was pregnant 4 months later. Routine checks were great and then at 40 weeks I was massive, miserable and in pain and just wanted the baby out. Dr.Swanson informed me I was not even close to going into labor nor had I lost my plug, etc. He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us multiple options while helping us understand the pros and cons of each option. He then left the room and gave my husband and I time to discuss. I ended up deciding on scheduled c section and it went flawlessly. Dr.Swanson came to check on me the day after and my post partum visits with Carlye were wonderful too. Whenever I have any questions, I call the office a receive a call back that day from the medical staff. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Swanson and his team!

Front desk staff have been nothing but an annoyance for us. Their information was out of date with an insurance provider , their office staff completely relied on me and my spouse to get ahold of provider and have provider update their information. Also office staff love you take lunch breaks and then never turn the phone back on, office hours don’t show this break either. Don’t call between noon or two pm, they won’t answer.

Its starting to show a trend if you read the reviews down below. The front staff is not very helpful nor enthusiastic about seeing patients. Dr.Swanson is more than great. I highly recommend him. However, I highly recommend either retraining or swapping put the staff. How are you going to reschedule a patient until March of 2022 for a post op visit because they accidentally mistoke the date for their appt. I understand I am at fault. But over a year to wait for a follow up appointment for a major surgery you had is ridiculous. And on top of that the comment from the desk. Well its your fault and thats to bad you dont feel well. I called you and you didnt answer. So I cant schedule till next year hes booked. Is horrifying....I admittedly said it was my complete fault for mixing up my dates but her attitude is uncalled for. I surely dont appreciate it and Im sure based on the comments below theres a few others out there.

Not an endometriosis specialist. Using out of date surgical techniques and tools. After a poor-quality surgery and unnecessary lost time with this OB had to have another surgery with a real specialist who used wide excision (the gold standard for endo). If you have endo or suspect you have endometriosis skip the pain and go straight to a REAL specialist who ONLY treats women with complex issues like endo and uses wide excision.
