It’s a hit and miss with the staff.. Dr Dickenson is great but you don’t see him throughout the pregnancy until the very end. Your appointments take forever and when they get to you, they make you feel rushed out of there. Asking questions seems like an inconvenience to the staff. The other office has such nice staff and made me very comfortable. You feel like family at the other office, the staff even knew my name as I walked in to appointments. This one has been a whole different experience. I only come here because my insurance switched. Really eager to find a new dr office, sadly.

WOW! My fiancé and I are so relieved after visiting this office. I understand waiting can be frustrating from the other people leaving reviews but they were very attentive once they saw us and gave us more information about the pregnancy than we’ve received in 6 months. We are already recommending our other COVID Baby Boomers friends to come see them. 10/10 THANK YOU!!

TERRIBLE!!!! ....if you are considering going to this office, DONT!!!! THEY NEGLICT YOU!!If I could rate this place with CERO stars I would, I went there for my whole pregnancy I never saw the doctor, he scheduled me for delivery and he was not the one that assisted me, on my last appointment which is when they scheduled me for delivery and they gave me a piece of paper with the info for my postpartum appointment, the week of my :postpartum appointment I called to verify the time because they never called me to confirm the appointment, the persom that answered the phone told me that I did not have an appointment for that week, she scheduled me for the next week, that week I receive a call asking if I delivered and that I have not called for my 6 weeks appointment, when I told her the date I delivered she told me that it was already too late to get checked amd now they can only see me for family planning but not for postpartum because rhere is just a window time for them to be able to check me for that, so this is really disappointing because I was relying on this office my health and they just neglect it, now I cant get checked because the time already passed, amd the only thing they can do is check me if I have pain somewhere they can do an ultrasound if im in pain. So now I have to go somewhere else and see if they can check me still, and theyre phones during all my pregnancy never worked, I was never able to get ahold of them and there was some time where their fax machine didnt even work. One time I had a concern and called, the call was directed to the other office where they told me that someone from the Millbrook office was going to call me amd they never did.... they just pay attention to the other office because the people that go there have a another type of insurance rather than medi-calTERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Dickinson’s office since 2010. He truly cares about his patients and I always recommend him! With my second I delivered just minutes before he clocked in, he saw my name and came in to check how everything went. Best wishes Dr D!

What is the point of having a appointment if your still going to have to wait in a waiting room full of people for over 30 min while pregnant and with COVID19 around kind irritating and dont feel as safe not to mention almost to term and I think Ive seen the actual dr one time.

All of the staff, including Dr. Dickinson, is really friendly & helpful with any questions & concerns Ive had. Id recommend to ask for appointments as early as possible, less wait time 😊 only reason I gave 4 stars is because the parking area sucks :/

So frustrated with this office. I have been seen at his other location and the staff are all wonderful, but because of insurance I now have to be seen at this office. Dr. is hardly ever there and most of the PA’s are completely incompetent, they don’t even know how to properly take blood pressure. Office staff is extremely unhelpful. I took maternity leave when I was getting close to the end of my pregnancy and asked twice for my medical paper to be filled out and sent in, they never did it so now I am out the 3 months of pay I should receive. For future pregnancies I will absolutely never go back there. I tried to switch but no other dr would take me because I was too far into my pregnancy. Waited hours every time, including for my first check up after having the baby... in a waiting room full of snotty toddlers with a newborn. So frustrating having been to the other office and had such a good experience, but because this office takes medical it seems they don’t care. Bathroom is dirty, waiting room is dirty and rooms are bare and out of date. Dr Dickenson was great during delivery, but unfortunately the 9 months prior of frustration is not worth it.

I have been coming to doctor Dickinsons for over 17 years Ive had no problems with them I love their staff theyre fantastic only problem I do have which I would have gave them all five stars is the wait it is a little bit long but for the people and staff that are there in the office Ill wait for hours for them thank you guys I have four beautiful children thanks to you guys

Not good service. He waited until almost 24 hours to clear my cervix so it would dilate. I feel taken advantage of. The nurses told me they couldnt clear it bc ONLY doctor can do it. At the end, as a first time mother, I was scared after almost 24hrs of pushing that i had csection..which caused my skin to be raised n at times, these raised skin itch like no tomorrow!°$#Also, have a friend who is having bad service and bad luck with him, too. She recently went to his office and didnt know about his bad staff and the way he takes care of his patients. She works at a warehouse where numbers count and you cant take rests when its not break time. Well, this is her first pregnancy and had twins but miscarried one. Shes having dizzy spells and out of breathe at work. Dickinsons office is giving her a hard time NOT WANTING TO give her a notice to bed rest or stay home. I mean, this office makes you, a pregnant mom, feel like a criminal that just wants to get away and stay home. THEY DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOU AT ALL!! Thats how I felt when I was pregnant and I thought I was the only one they made feel like this, but now I know its not just me they treat this way. My friend is going through the same thing.I have asked around from friends and their doctors and they said that their doctors worried about them and lets them rest until they feel better.Dont go to this office. Spend your money else where where doctors and staff actually care and make your money worth it!!

Dr. Dickinson is amazing however his staff is so busy they cant even write a prescription. I waited two weeks and they never filled it. If you need urgent care or a walk in forget it, find another doctor. Plus you never actually see Dr. Dickinson unless you are delivering.

Worst experience.....Dr and NP are amazing but the rest of the staff is always in a bad mood and are so rude. I dreaded going to my appointments.

At first i really like this office and everyone whom worked there. I did have a few personal problems that i changed and the office made it clear i needed to. I went 5 months with no problems. Passed every test they gave me. But at 30 weeks i received a letter saying i no lonh could get care from Dr. Dickinson. When i called the office to find out what was going on the lady on the phone told me I had tested dirty for ecstasy! I was totally shocked as Ive never been involve with things like that. I begged to speak to the doctor and explain how this was a mistake and I wanted to be retested. But they refused to let me speak with Dr. Dickinson. I tried to speak with him for two day when I was finally told the Dr. Dickinson does not speak or call his clients back. I asked why because this seem wierd and they responded with just cause. I begged to speak with him and I said how the letter says I have an 28 days to find someone new why I cant keep my appointment , that was happening the next day. They told me it might nothing and I dont have an appointment anymore even if I got a phone reminder. I was so upset that Dr. Dickinson would even me the time of day. I understand he is a busy man but to not care at all. They brushed me off to another doctor like it was nothing. I dont recommend this doctor at all.

Had Dr dickenson with my first pregnancy unfortunately with my 2nd they no longer accepted my insurance but now Im on my 3rd pregnancy and they accept it again! I was super happy to be back with him great doctor and staff highly recommend only downfall is there parking situation I usually get dropped off to avoid trying to find a spot other than that there awesome!

Dr Dickinson and his wife and kids are very good people dr Dickinson has been there for me when I was pregnant of my last two boys hes a very good doctor I recommend everyone to this great doctor very manner and respectful and very family orientated.

Offuce staff have very poor professiinal skills fall into neglectful behaviir frequently not very office knowledgeable when it came to insurance and the level of care was literally beyond a zero and sucking to inadequate negelectful and purposely mistreating ling standing patients refusal to listen to patient concerns and address patient concerns and issues let alone verify run use accept the insurance submitted and would rather argue with client concerning running the insurance presented to see if an aannul checkup is approved

Love the doctor and hes staff the only thing I dont like is the wait but other than that great Doctor and nice staff

Dont see the doctor at all till the end of my wifes pregnancy and we wait for hours to be seen everytime.The nurses we see dont give us straight answers, we get a run around. Me and my wife are changing doctors. This is BS
