I have had problems with atrial fibrillation for over 30 years. I have been to several different cardiologist along the way. Three months ago I switched to Dr Kiel. It’s like a night and day experience. I feel that Dr Kiel genuinely cares and is doing every thing possible to improve my health. In this office the patient is the most important person and every interaction shows that. Thank you so much for the excellent service you and your staff are providing.

I love University Cardiovascular Center. I wouldnt trade it for another one. Some of my family go to another and they are always there for over an hour. This place is up on their appointments. Never too pack and if so I dont stay for an hour. Love them.

I enjoy my visits to this office. Its a very calm and friendly place to go. Dr. Ambrose is awesome. He takes the nervousness out of a visit that begins with Cardio-. It can be nerve wracking.This time I went for a Echocardiogram. The young lady that gave it to me was awesome. She explained in detail everything about the test. I asked her a couple of other medical questions she was happy to share her knowledge with me. She enlightened me on some subjects that I was on the fence about. I4rr thank her for that. I really appreciated it.We did my test and I was out the door quick as could be Dr. ambrose and his staff very. awesome people. They treat you with respectct and they care .

I changed cardiologists to Dr Danielle a couple of years ago. My beef with the other provider was unnecessary testing, poor communication and excessively long wait times. From my first encounter with Dr Danielle, my experience has been kind, efficient and educational. I have full confidence in her partnering with me in my care. The office staff is wonderful as well.

Professional and personable staff who are eager to be of help. My Cardiologist, Dr. Ambrose listens attentively, makes salient comments and suggestions, and orders appropriate, necessary tests/procedures. He is intelligent, up-to-date, friendly and is a trusted physician.

Dr. Rathod seems to be a knowledgeable no nonsense Dr. Appointments are easy to set up and did not have to wait months to see him. Thats rare to find a good Dr. That does not over book and manages patients so that there are enough openings to accommodate.

From beginning to the end this group provides excellent care. I highly respect Dr Woodbury and Dr Danielli. I always feel that they listen to me and attempt to solve my health issues. Highly recommend

The staff from the front desk to the nurse that takes ur blood pressure and anyone u meet behind the office door r very kind n professional. They make u feel like u really matter.Dr. Ambrose is an awesome doctor. He explains ur situation clearly n up front. He has a unique personality n puts u at ease immediately. He is a very fashionable man n always wear the most awesome socks. I love the Paisley pair. He makes a very stressful visit one that doesnt scare u to death.I thank him with all my heart for saving my life. Ask for ANY doctor but Dr. Rohit Srivastava!Went in for a follow up after a visit to the ER for chest pain and heart palpitations, and Dr. Srivastava didnt want to listen, was blatantly rude, & had a smug look on his face the entire time while he told me my heart was fine and nothing was wrong with it because we did tests MONTHS ago. How could tests from MONTHS ago mean that my heart is good for a whole different/new follow up after a visit to the ER just a day prior?! Hes a POS, stay away, youve been warned. I kept trying to talk and he kept on interrupting. Whenever I would get my 2 seconds in, he would just keep saying the same thing saying my heart is fine.He doesnt want to listen, doesnt care, and is only there to put in his hours. Ask for a different doctor.

I needed a carotid angiogram through the wrist. I called Dr. John Ambrose at The University Cardiovascular Center. I was told he does this procedure regularly; at least once a week-sometimes more often.Since I live in Las Vegas I called Dr. John Ambrose at University Cardiovascular Center several times to make sure that he indeed performs radial carotid angiograms. I spoke to Amanda Benitez and she reassured me time and time again that it can and will be done.We scheduled an initial consult with Dr. John Ambrose at the University Cardiovascular Center. I drove from Las Vegas to Fresno, Ca. a day ahead of time. Got a hotel room and got to the University Cardiovascular Center the next day for my consult with Dr. John Ambrose.Dr. John Ambrose told me he doesnt do that procedure and was angered and disappointed. I told him I had called many times over a few months period stating the exact procedure to Amanda Benitez radial carotid angiogram to make sure that Dr. John Ambrose did do this procedure on a regular basis. She even put me on hold to double check and repeated -he does the radial carotid angiogram- often.He had no answer for why I was told he did this procedure.I was frustrated and dissapointed I had driven from Las Vegas to Fresno for nothing...Dr. Ambrose took me out of the exam room to the office manager and directed her to cancel any charges involving me. I am grateful for that.I asked to speak with Amanda Benitez- she was not in. I asked the other office women to let her know how things turned out and I would call her when I got back to Las Vegas to find out why this happened.I finally connected with Amanda she told me that Dr. Ambrose scheduler -Jennifer told her- that he does this procedure all the time.I thought it best to speak with whoever was responsible for Amanda and Jennifer at the University Cardiovascular Center. I was referred to their office manager- (Dianne). I asked her how this could happen when I was reassured many times that Dr. Ambrose does the procedure? She took my name and phone number and said she would call me back with an answer.I told her I thought that there is a disconnect between Dr. John Ambrose office staff and the Dr. ; that I hope this would be fixed so no one else would go through what I did.Dr. John Ambrose office manager has yet to call me back.Today is friday July 19 , 2019My consult was on May, 30, 2019

Let me be the first to review your appointment scheduling. It is not good! I was referred by my physician. I got a call back from UCC last week to call and set up an appointment. I returned the call but only got a message service asking me to leave my personal info and phone number. I did just that --twice! I got a call several days later (from a person) to set the appointment and was then transferred to another messaging service and asked to leave personal info and my phone number again. Have called twice again, since, to no avail. Evidently the person returning calls to the patient cant set up the appointment when the client is on the phone and the individuals who set the appointments let the calls go to messaging.Frustrating and aggravating.Suggestion: If calls cant be forwarded to a scheduler and at least put on hold to wait for an opening, I suggest having some way to do it online.I notice you must click on at least one STAR above to be able to post a message! Its rather presumptuous, i think.

Horrible customer service is horrible... appointment was 215 got there at 130. At 330 got up and cancelled the appointment...2nd time this has happened
