This place is a total disaster! They do not answer their own phone number. I ended up in the hospital with chest pains. Dr. Joshi of the “California Heart Medical Associates” was on duty and ended up putting two stints in me. In trying to make my follow up appointment I have found that the California Heart Medical Associates is pretty much non-functional! You can call all day and you probably won’t get an answer at any of the seven options you are given on their recording! I’ve tried for hours and NOTHING! So far I have no way to even contact the doctor that preformed my operation. Worse yes this guy doesn’t even meet with you before your discharge from the hospital. I’ve never seen anything like it. I have no idea what I can or can’t do physically...I have no way of contacting the doctor...nobody answers the phones. I’ve tried every prompt that they have and NOTHING...this place is a joke!!!

Dr Sandu was good when he wanted to implant a heart pacer on my grandpa and now that he has issues he has been super rude and doesn’t offer any help. Always brushes his concerns off and this last time he just did a hand gesture like an idk hand sign. To me that was the last straw and will be changing his doctor.! Also one of the receptionist in the front is super rude to the elders just because they become a little impatient because they are kept waiting but lady needs to learn how to talk nicely to them !

They made the appointments for too many people to get the Insurrance nothing else waiting time more than 2 hrs. Then doctor will come for two minutes then try to get you out.

Dr. Le is great, however, when attempting phone calls to office for information or RX refills a total mess. One time for RX refill I called 4 times, 4 days. Nurse called back finally and said she was calling it in but ever did according to pharmacy. I called regarding a procedure scheduling Monday of this week, no call back. I called again today Thursday and was transferred to a message line that was full and could not leave a message. I called back and was transferred to who was suppose to be responsible for the procedure scheduling. After several rings it wet to music, I was placed on hold without anyone answering. The receptionist picked up and took a message because the young lady had just stepped away from her desk for lunch. I spent over 30 minutes on this call. If I did not like Dr. Le so much............Dont judge the doctors by the staff, they are excellent and not all staff are inept.

From when I first been there (2years ago) to now 2016, theyve come a long way with new staff and updating their office equipment. The run or wait time isnt as long as before and when they do take a while theyve learn to apologize, explained, and work with me knowing I took time out of my busy schedule to come to my appointment. The girls or MA there are very knowledgable and are always educating me in medical terms, office procedure that I dont know, and finding ways to always work with me. I see both dr Sandhu and dr Joshi and they are always communicating with each other and with their staff to give me the best solution to my conditions for I know Im not the easiest person to work with. Even when I dont have an appointment and is having chest pains they always seem to find an opening for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a cardiologist for their heart or chest pains they may be having.

Dr Le is great! Very caring and knowledgeable. However, some of the staff are inconsiderate and very inefficient and are more intrested in chatting about vacations and dinner plans to consider the patient and their time constraints. Also, patient confidentiality is very lax as the signin sheet is left on the counter with patient name, address and phone number. One of the patients even asked my daughter about her last name as she had seen it on the signin sheet. I regret having to find another Cardiologist but the office staff is far too incompetent and my daughters time, health and well being seems to mean very little in this office. Too many people in medicine today are just there for a paycheck, it seems.
