Gill is Great and is there for his students.He has helped me immensely. After injury and inactivity to my leg, his guidance has restored much of the movement and strength.If you need help getting back into a healthy body, you should consider One on One Fitness and Pilates Training.

When I started up with Gil, some years back, I was still recovering from a stroke and was dealing with the partial left side weakness. Plus, I was overweight and just generally out of shape. After many sessions of physical therapy, that didnt do squat, it was my training and the program Gil designed that finally got my left side up and running again plus I was able to shed about 30 pounds..For the first time in a long time I was no longer an aging clone of the Pillsberry dough boy as I had firmed up from head to toe. And as long as I kept up the training I was looking and feeling a decade, plus, younger! Then....I hate this part..I decided, very stupidly, to take a year off and pretend I could stay fit with a steady diet of TV from the comfort of my couch. Gee! What happened? I gained 23 pounds and the dough boy was back! Well, after looking at myself in the mirror and wondering what happened to that other guy, I am now back at One on One, with Gil, burning off a solid year of couch work. There is NO better trainer or training facility than this one! Its quiet and often just you and the trainer. This man is a God-send and I will not be taking anymore breaks!! At age 66 I cannot afford to! So what is your excuse? Get with it as soon as you can! And kick me when you see me for my dum-ass decision to take some time off! Good luck!
