I love this place! Lots of room, enthusiastic sanitation policies, and very friendly staff. Love the app, which not only logs my work outs but also tells me how busy my favorite location is. This helps manage my anxiety around going to crowded places and helps me get to the gym more often! Also use their hydro massage and their sauna pod almost every time I go. So glad I switched gyms. Now if they could open a gym closer to wear I live o would be an absolute nusance! 😆

Love the environment, staff are really friendly, the only thing is that I wish they had a sauna at this location. It’s advertised on the website. But the staff has nothing to do with this.

Only gym i go to with the choice of outdoor and indoor equipment due to Covid-19. The best thing i love most about this gym is the staff, they are welcoming and friendly and helpful to my questions, comments and concerns. I love the platforms they have here as well! They have the Necessary cleaning supplies here for the members to keep this gym so fresh and so clean!!!!

If youre looking for a REAL FITNESS CLUB go visit CRUNCH FITNESS. They have it all, from FREE WEIGHTS, MACHINES, CARDIO EQUIPMENT and I understand GROUP CARDIO CLASSES will be added. A visit is required, an explanation is not adequate to do the CRUNCH FITNESS FACILITY justice!

Love this gym for many reasons, but this girl stepped it up with the customer service and I’m forever grateful for a happy ending to a funny story. You rock girl!!

Clean quality equipment, beautiful color scheme, nice atmosphere, and great flexibility/benefits to their member packages. Luis is a solid asset to the team and very knowledgable, alongside with being amazing at introducing new members of all skillsets to the gym. Wish I had found this place earlier! This gym has a very clean culture with a great workforce behind it. As stated before, this gym just has a lovely atmosphere to it.

Very nice gym. Love that it has a outdoor gym as well. 5am wrk outs are great. Usually Kristina is working in the morning greeting everyone as they walk in making you feel welcomed. Kristina is always making sure the gym is clean n ready to wrk out. Love the atmosphere there. Not sure if Kristina gets enough appreciation there but she does above and beyond and we appreciate her.

Great gym! No need to worry about this gym closing if a shutdown happens from Covid. All the staff here are great people! They have all the equipment you need here, ALL BRAND NEW. The lockers, showers and restrooms are squeaky clean! Did I say brand new? Theres a few fit guys that come here with their boyfriends that talk amongst themselves badly about other people due to their low self-esteem. Dont let that bother you! Remember, youre doing it for yourself, your gf/wife, kids or your family and not for them. Their exes mustve cheated on them which made them insecure to stoop that low. Or maybe they must not be getting enough action in the bedroom other than with their boyfriends there. They probably have small veeners. I dont know but whatever it is, dont let their problems become yours and discourage/distract you from becoming a better you! Stay healthy and stay safe everyone! 😁

Took a day pass, was planning to join because its so close. Took a tour. Came back an hour later, worked out for 5 minutes and left. New machines but dirty! I did not see spray bottles! The outside gym looked worse than a southside alley! Machines looked like they were not wiped down. Tarps flying, trash on the ground. The guy who gave me the tour was super nice and did his best to accommodate. He was the reason for 2 stars! But you can tell it was mis-managed! With only 2 locations dont waste your money.

When I first walked in I was intimidated and unsure of what I was getting myself into. I was immediately greeted by Brodie at the front desk who has a passion for fitness and it shows through his contagious enthusiasm. As a business owner myself there is nothing better then a warm welcome. He was also very effective on providing me with the best family package. Concluding my review, Crunch Fitness has excellent customer service and supporting staff. Definitely recommend signing up at this gym.WE LOVED IT !!!

I gave it a 5 star on my review due to this GM who came from Clovis site and seems more enthusiastic. He is helpful and his staff members are even helpful too. The atmosphere is friendly. The music is awesome. Hope the gym can get to 100% soon.There are other benefits when u enroll in the higher price cause when this is opened full operation. You have sauna, water massage, tanning. That is awesome and can not wait. So stop by and experience the treatment of these staff members. The GM is really awesome and I may be biased because he is my trainer and is getting great results. Awesome body results.

Very clean facility and super friendly staff. Even with gyms being closed they stayed open and adapted to the change. Never crowded. Always get the equipment I want. Cant wait to get inside to use the hydro massage and tanning beds! Would recommend 100%

This gym is GREAT! They not only have a great outdoor area due to the pandemic, but when it is open indoors- Its great too! There is friendly staff, and clean equipment. The manager, Brodie, Is amazing and super helpful! If I ever need any help or have questions, he is friendly and always willing to help.AND you can bring a guest (an unlimited amount of times) for free, most gyms its like only for a week!10/10!

Great facility and great staff! Luis and Brody so were great during my first visit to the facility. They were so friendly and helpful when showing me around and getting me registered. You can get a good workout at most gyms but they wont have the great staff of Crunch Figarden!

Love that the staff give you a welcoming and friendly vibe each time you walk in. Gym and equipment is always clean and setup with many sanitary stations to keep everyone safe and feeling comfortable.

Crunch fitness is a good place to work out and good customer service

This place makes working out actually fun! The machines are easy to understand as a beginner, the employees are really friendly if you have questions, and the R&R station is a really nice way to end your workout. Always really clean too! I’m here daily.

The gym equipment is nice but the manager, Zach is very unethical and manipulative. Told me initially that I had to pay some fees when I went in to cancel. The contract I signed had no mention of any such fees and when I showed it to him, he told me he was “waiving” it as if he was doing me a favor, when he was not in a strong legal position to charge me any fees in the first place. I gave them 10 days notice and asked them to cancel, to which he responded I needed to give them 10 “business” days which again is false according to the contract I have. I don’t understand why someone would do something illegal for $10 when I have legal documents backing me up. Please be aware that they will try to do the same when you go in to cancel, please read your contract and understand your rights. I will never deal with Crunch fitness again.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money. Stars they open at 6, I would have to wait until someone would show up 30 mins later. Very disrespectful for consumers time, I cancelled my membership and they continue to take out the monthly dues. Like I said beware if this place.

This gym is the best around!! My husband and I tried out another gym before joining crunch and we can see a big difference in staff and machines. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Brody! They keep it very clean and sanitized. They have a whole cardio room with tons of ellipticals and treadmills and my husband loves the free weights!! And a major plus there’s indoor and outdoor 🏋️‍♀️ equipment! We are so glad we switched!! Highly recommend crunch!!

This place is awesome!!! Brodie is such an energetic trainer very patient and he has very good knowledge of the equipments. I recommend this place! Its a nice gym and very friendly staff!!

Associates not aware of group fitness schedule. I pay $29.99 a month to be able to join fitness classes and bring a guest. I usually bring my mom or my friends who live from Sanger to join zumba class. They drive half an hour to enjoy what supposed to be fun class, but it doesnt exist. Instagram page is not updated that the classes doesnt exist anymore, we tried calling before we arrive and the employee gave us wrong information saying that yes, there is zumba today. Both fig garden and shaw never clarified this and their instagram pages still claim that they do have it. This is not the first time. If theres no class then thats fine, but at least let us know!!!!!!

Due to Gyms being closed for some time, Crunch seemed to be my only option for the meanwhile. However, this gym has failed to provide clean and sanitized equipment for their customers especially during this pandemic. Also, they have rude customer service. I will be cancelling this membership!I do not recommend!!

I am highly disappointed in this gym! They only let you workout for 1hr and then they kick you out. Also I pay the $29 fee to bring a guest and they do not let you bring them inside of the gym, they have to workout outside!Ps: Gb3 has opened back up, their staff would never treat you like the staff here at Crunch! I will be canceling my membership at Crunch first thing.
