7th Generation is such a wholesome place. I mean it really is a home away from home. The community at this gym is 2nd to none and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and patient and they really WANT to help you. This gym is great for self defense, physical fitness, mental fitness, and if you are interested in competing they will help you with that as well.

7th Generation is my favorite Jiu-Jitsu gym in Fresno. Our Head coach, Bernard is one of the most humble, welcoming individuals ive met. His goal is to make Jiu-Jitsu accessible for everyone regardless of age, skill, or experience. Also, its a ton of fun!
