I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, they made me fill out the forms and insurance information, but after I got in the room they told me he wont see me in person but hell talk to me through the phone. His voice sounded like if he was either very sick or drunk. I needed someone to see me in person because of the conditions of my symptoms. Which I wasnt told he wasnt until inside the room. He told me a diagnosis and prescribed me big amount of medication. Before leaving I asked the diagnosis and he changed, so I canceled the prescription for safety of my health. In the parking lot, he parked next to my car and he couldnt step out of his vehicle (either sick or drunk). I took video. Then I canceled my appointment until he could see me in person which they never called, so I changed my Doctor and after running many lab test it wasnt any of the 2 diagnosis Dr. Orme gave me. Then they send me a bill for $ to collection for a appointment that was completely unprofessional

Just started being seen by Dr. Orme. He has great (bilingual) staff that helps with any questions you may have. Great service fast and easy and you can make last minute appointments very easily with out a months wait like other offices. truly recommend

I found this DR to be very nice and understanding. All the staff that work here seem to be polite as well. So far I have not had any issues. I only been here once the rest was through the phone, but when I went there I was seen right away. I never had a primary care DR before. I am going to stick with him.

The staff is the worst, I was waiting for my test results but no one contacted me and finally I got tired of waiting and called the staff says oh we didn’t find any abnormalities so that’s why we didn’t contact you and when I asked it’s basic responsibility of you guys to inform the patients she responded that we will not contact the patients unless we find any abnormalities!!!I asked if you treat patients this way you are basically saying for patients not to visit your office and she replied saying if that’s how you feel you should not come!!! Idk what else to say

Was in need of a Dr. immediatley due to very bad stomache acid that has been going on for atleast a year and Dr. Orme was able to fit me in that same day to get H. Pylori test done and once I recieved my results was tooken care of right away. It took 2 weeks for my stomche problem to go away and i have been good ever since with out any stomache problems. Office is very clean and Sanitized. Friendly staff.

Do not go here if you want a Dr. that cares lots of chasing nurses and the doctor to get the care you need. Does not follow HIPPA guidelines, he had a college research study conducted out of the office without my permission the students read my file and were attempting to ask me questions based on medication I was taking. I also changed insurance while at this office I called ahead and gave them the heads up they asked for all my new insurance information so my next visit would transition smoothly they “lost” my information so I had to do it all again. They continuously attempted to charge me a co-pay even though I had no co-pay. I could go on forever but these were the biggest issues that finally made me leave. Last time I went he couldn’t be bothered to walk between rooms he was stationed in one room with a stack of all the patients files he would be seeing that day while we went from waiting room to another room and finally into the room where he was just sitting like a blob.

Super caring staff. They can usually get me in within the day to a few days, especially for emergencies. I dont wait for 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. Doctor Orme is a great doctor who is very knowledgeable, and I can go to an appointment on a week day using my lunch break and be back on time, no taking time off.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. From the nurses not even knowing how to draw blood to Dr Orme nodding off during my visit while he prescribed Multiple prescriptions with no physical exam and without listening to the entire situation. Please do not visit this office, I cannot stress this enough. If there was less than one star I would have given it that.

My son had red rush all over, my pediatrician couldnt give me an appointment soon. But I could get an appointment immediately at Dr. Ormes office, then he examined my sons rush. He gave him injection. 30 minutes later, all rush was gone! And he consulted my son, he recommended not to eat red dye food. And he referred my son to allergy center. I am so glad we have Dr. Orme as our family Dr. My son has pediatrician since he was baby, but good to have family Dr. for all of us. He is a great experienced Dr.

HIPAA VIOLATION! This place is VERY unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They never call you back, they cant find test results, you have to call them to get anything done! Once I can understand, but literally every interaction I have had with them I have called first! They read details about my husbands test results to me without confirming who I am. When I told the receptionist she should have asked me to confirm my husbands DOB, she replied well thats my bad. They dont even care they just gave out private information to anyone!! I filed several complaints and I will not stop until something is done. To top it off they tested for the wrong thing, and cant even properly care for my husbands issue! This place should be shut down!

Doctor Orme and his staff are friendly, understanding, and very professional. He is understanding of his patients’ needs; he also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the service I received.I continue to go go to this office and continue to be treated with care and respect.

A nice and friendly place to go for a doctor visit. Friendly staff and caring doctor. Staff is always making sure we receive the care we need and concern to what other facility we need to arrive. They go beyond their duties to assure a great experience.

Billing error after billing error and now almost 2 years later they sent me to collections for 57 dollars that I do not owe!!!! I went in for hair loss and to get a blood panel done. Upon my return for the test results he let me know I was pregnant, which I already knew. I paid for test results to see if I was deficient in any vitamins. Doctor berated me for being pregnant and said I needed to worry about my baby and not my hair, I left crying. I mean this was my 4th baby, so not my first rodeo. I never went back. And now this, 57.00 they have to be kidding me! I paid them completely and was done. Never go here!!!! Horrible doctor and horrible staff.

Very poor experience. Did not feel he took my health seriously. I never received a call back or a follow up appointment despite arriving with very serious conditions. Sure they did a couple tests but they came back negative. Well to me that would be call for a follow up to run more tests and get to the bottom of the patients condition. Btw you don’t prescribe blood pressure meds when your just slightly higher than normal. But thanks for the wasted trip to the pharmacy. You’d get better service from an urgent care facility, I know bc I went there once I realized this guy was a quack.

New patients run the other way! Took 20 days to constant calling to have the doctor look at my xrays. It’s unbelievable how they are still in operation.Also had a billing error like others have mentioned so guess that’s common here as well. The staff also are not on the same page.

Dr. and stuffs are bilingual. Beautiful clean office. I had chest pain, dr. ordered EKG in his office immediately. My waiting time was about 10 to 15 minutes. They see patients by only appointment. I was relieved when I walked out clinic, my EKG was normal. Dr. gave me follow up appointment. Im so glad I have a good experienced Dr. and very kind professional stuffs.

Staff Is really kind, they all take the time to make sure you get the best care.Dr. Orme Listens to all your problems and tries to help out the best he can.

My parents went to this doctor. Dr was very dirty, long hair was dirty, shirt had stains on it, nurse smelled and could not figure out my father’s oxygen level until she found it on the paper. They charged up front a copay which they were not supposed to till after Medicare. Very bad experience. They will not be back!

Dr. Orme is very nice and the office is very clean and peaceful. The staff is great too!

I would not recommend going here at all this office is very incompetent. When arrived the parking situation was very difficult followed by terrible service when taken into the office. When you have health needs you want have faith in your physician and this is not the place to go. After the visit it was followed up by a billing error on there end that had already been paid.
