I personally love her direct approach and her willingness to investigate a problem without automatically pushing pills. BUT she does expect patients to meet her halfway by being invested enough in themselves to attempt to follow basic wellness principals -- nutrition, exercise, maintenance medications and recommended vaccinations. Ive NEVER found her to be rude when I disagree with her or ask for a different approach. She does come from a culture with a direct communications style -- a style that I think most of her patients appreciate. Please do not go to her if you are looking for someone to enable a lifestyle that will lead away from wellness. I have recommended her to so many friends and family and all have had wonderful experiences and felt that for the first time in years they had someone who truly listened to them and wanted to partner with them on improving their health.

Dr. Sadlek is not a good Dr. she is a selfish woman.My daughter decided not to take depression pills instead she wanted something natural for her to get better and this Dr. gets mad at me and tells me .......I am very disappointed at you ......She is a selfish Dr. instead of understanding my daughter, she gets mad at me.Thank God my daughter didnt get in pills, she is a lot better now, her life is all together and she is succeeding in her life.Don trust this doctor.

I have been going to dr saddlers office for a few years now. She has been an ok physician up until last week. I came in for a routine check up on a back pain that I have been dealing with on and off for years. I understand COVID is a huge topic at the moment and have been asked by both her staff and herself if I have taken the vaccine to which I answered no for personal reasons. She continued to question me and pressure me into getting these shots that I mentioned I am not yet comfortable with. Saying my generation is the problem with this world. Pointing at me saying that I am such a selfish person and how I am making her generation sick and making this whole situation worse. I do take other people’s health serious which is why I wear my masks when going places even though I do not think it helps when you are not sick. I wash my hands very regularly. I do not go anywhere when I feel sick. I draw the line at injection for personal beliefs. I explained I had came in for a follow up, not an argument with her over vaccines. She called me a waste of time. I said I will go to a new practice if there is going to be unnecessary tension on the subject and she said you go ahead and do that. After that ordeal she basically said my back is ok, I do not have anything wrong with me even though other urgent cares and hospitals agree that I do. Very unprofessional visit and shut me out due to not believing her same views on a new virus that we are all still learning about.

Ive been seeing Dr. Sadlek for 10 years now and she has always been very professional. She listens to my health concerns and issues always giving the best quality of care and great recommendations. She is straightforward and always has your health care issues as priority. Best primary care physician ❤

I have been a patient for almost 25 years. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

This is the worst provider I have ever seen. Does not take the time to listen to your concerns. Told me she does not have time to sit here and go over my problems because she has other sick patients. I asked for help with certain issues and told me she can not help maybe I should go see someone else. Lack empathy and quality care. Wait time is always longer than expected and Doctor does not want to spend any time with you. Horrible!

Dr. Sadlek and her stuff are incredible. I have been through many hoops picking a primary care physician and the ones that I have seen in the past 2 years have been horrible. I had an appointment for 2 and they had me back in a room at about 2:02. Dr. Sadlek was compassionate and thorough. She listened before responding and I feel very secure having my health in her very capable hands!

Showed up 15 minutes early for appointment. Waited until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was told by the less than polite receptionist that it would be another 30 minutes before anyone would see me. The next appointment was three weeks out. I will be seeking a new primary provider.

I have been going to Dr. Sadlek for over 15 years. She always takes her time with me. She listens to what I have to say. If you dont like to hear the truth, than I would suggest finding another doctor. She tells you exactly like it is. Listening to her recommendations has put me in great health. Been with Dr Sadlek for 24 years. She takes her time with me and I dont feel rushed. She is an excellent diagnostician, funny and can be chatty. I enjoy this Doctor and will be with her til the end.

Wonderful front office assistant, horrible everything else. Bed side manner is nonexistent, she is very rude, and eager to see you leave. Unless you are using her cosmetic services she could care less about your actual care. The referral/clerical team in the back is also lacking; dont expect anything to be done for at least 2 weeks. Had her as primary care for 5 years, barely able to get new insurance and change physicians.

Dr. Sadlek is knowledgeable, caring, and a wonderful physician. I love her office staff and the way I am treated like family when I am there for an appointment.

Had to find another doctor. Very in professional. In respectful. I went for a back pain that turn out from a kidney and she wasnt patient not listening to my complaining. When I asked her a question she said google it .

Very judgemental and doesnt try to find resolutions. Also makes wrong non-professional accusations. And forces you to do things that you are not physically comfortable with. The wait is 1 hour to 3 hours. Then another 45 minutes in the room. She would tell me I was fine, over reacting, or to look at myself in a mirror and Ill see the problem. I really regret going here. Im too scared to go to a doctor again after the judgement and aggressive behavior she displayed time and time again. Others have told me they experienced the same exact behaviors.

Im very happy with Dr. Sadlek. She is straight to the point. Very honest and I like that.

Dr. Sadlek is terrific. I appreciate the fact that she gives you options to prescription medication. Knows a lot about vitamins and other complimentary medicine. She once suggested a Pilates class for my lower back pain. Problem solved -- Ive never had lower back pain since.

In my experience, she was very unprofessional and made me feel very embarrassed by her reaction to my concerns. Left very disappointed.

Waited 90minutes to see this physician. The reason I came into the office was for an annual check up, Dr. Sadlek spoke with me for about 10 minutes and had a horrible bedside manner. She did not perform the annual physical check up as now I have received a bill for this visit with a diagnosis for something I do not have. She did not seem to care about me at all and I will not be returning. I urge anyone else to STAY AWAY!!!!

Never have to wait long, I can get in for walk-ins when needed. Dr Sadlek is nice and professional as well as the staff.
