I got a microdermabrasion & chemical peel for the first time.Tracy provided a relaxing atmosphere answered all my questions and was very kind and friendly in doing so.My facial was amazing. After the facial two dark spots I’ve been trying to get rid of and was told my another place would be costly and a long process was gone in one session with Tracy.Everyone keeps complimenting my glow and skin. I have textured skin and had large pores, however I’ve seen a reduce in size of my pores and even tone throughout my skin, spots vanished.I went for my second session yesterday and I was very satisfied. I’m thankful that I found someone who truly knows what theyre doing.I highly recommend Tracy she very professional, great communication, and quick scheduling.

I’ve had her in past and her facials are wonderful but scheduling is so tough . I’ve tried repeatedly over the past 3 years to make an appointment coming back and hoping to get in but each time she fails to respond.

Bad customer service! Needs to improve communication or hire someone to do it for her, if she can’t.I Found out about this business thru Groupon, thought it was a great deal and purchased 3 services. Initially, it took Tracy days to respond to my inquiry about scheduling my 1st session. After she did there was a month wait for 1st availability, which I scheduled. The day of my appointment, a few hours before it, she cancels my appointment because she received her vaccine! When I reply to her text, NO RESPONSE! When I check her online scheduling system her 1st available appointment to reschedule is 2 MONTHS OUT!! Hence, my Groupon purchase would be very close to the expiring redemption date, therefore, I would not be able to redeem my 3 services in time since her appointments are 2 months out for each service. Thankfully, I purchased thru Groupon and they refunded my money!!Consider scheduling your vaccines over the weekend so that you can provide the service customers have already PAID YOU in ADVANCED. Unprofessional.

Purchased through Groupon 5 session, reached twice to Tracy Loggins Perez before responding. Tried to book only 5 days available in July. No dates available in August. My Groupon expires in September. Had a bad feeling when I seen someone else who bad problem with her after I purchased. Glad I too purchased through Gr6to get my money back.

She canceled on me because she wasn’t feeling well because she just got her covid shot.I can totally understand that but what I don’t understand is why she doesn’t return my txts about rescheduling. Since she canceled she should have rescheduled me in sometime soon. Not for me to reschedule for months later because I have already waited 2 months to get an appointment. She has already been paid because I purchased through Groupon. Sick or not she should have at least respond to my txts. Very unprofessional.

I’ve got major melasma/hyper pigmentation, now it’s minor! That says it all! Highly recommend Tracy.
